A DiChristopher Appliance Service Inc.has been a family owned and operated business in the Tampa Bay area since 1992. Don DiChristopher, the owner has been servicing appliances for over 40 years. Anthony DiChristopher completed the Major Appliance Technician Training & Certification Program in 2006 and has been working for his dad ever since. Alison DiChristopher runs the office and day to day operations. We are truly a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, quality repairs and fair prices. Response from A DiChristopher Appliance Service
This customer called to scheduled service for his dishwasher. The person at our office asked what brand it was and he said it was a GE. He said the dishwasher was leaking so we worked him in the next day. When the technician saw his dishwasher he noticed it was an LG brand. Unfortunately we do not service the LG dishwashers. We do service some of the other LG products but not their dishwashers. This is why we ask over the phone what brand your appliance is. The technician told the customer to call LG factory service, apologized for not being able to help him and did not charge him for our trip out.

I HAVE USED DON BEFORE AND CALLED HIM TO FIX MY DRYER WHICH WASN'T HEATING. I WAS REALLY IN A BIND WITHOUT MY DRYER BECAUSE I HAD A SICK DOG AT HOME AND NEEDED TO WASH THE DOG BEDDING FREQUENTLY. HE WAS AT MY HOUSE ON A FRIDAY AND FIXED MY DRYER. THE VERY NEXT DAY, ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, MY WASHER BROKE. I CALLED TO SEE IF HE HAPPENED TO BE WORKING AND WAS TOLD BY THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE THAT HE WAS FINISHED FOR THE DAY SO I MADE AN APPT. FOR MONDAY. WELL, DON CALLED ME ON SUNDAY AND OFFERED TO COME AND FIX MY WASHER THAT DAY BECAUSE HE KNEW OF MY DOG SITUATION. I THANKED HIM BUT REFUSED TO MAKE HIM WORK ON A SUNDAY! HE CAME ON MONDAY AS SCHEDULED AND FIXED MY WASHER. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND HONEST. I WILL DEFINATELY CONTINUE TO USE HIM AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!

WHEN I CALLED THEY PROMISED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY- LATER THAT SAME DAY THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY WERE RUNNING AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND ASKED IF IT WOULD BE OK TO COME BY. WE ASKED HIM TO TAKE A LOOK AT OUR REFRIGERATOR ALSO. THE SEALS WERE SWEATING. HE SHOWED US THE CORRECT SETTINGS TO USE AND ALSO VACUUMED THE COILS UNDERNEATH AND ON THE BACK. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIS ADDITIONAL WORK. VERY PUNCTUAL, HE ACTUALLY CAME A DAY EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED (HE CALLED FIST OF COURSE). CLEAN CUT, PROFESSIONAL. CLEANED UP BEFORE LEAVING. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN WHEN NEEDED.
