They were great to work with, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

The technician, Anthony, arrived at the appointed time, quickly diagnosed the problem, told us what the repair job entailed and the cost of the parts and labor. He then did the repair work in the most efficient manner, checked all of the other parts of the machine and the hoses as well, and tested the washer to make sure it was operating correctly. He then moved the dryer back to its original place, since it had to be moved to be able to take the washer apart. We are completely satisfied with Anthony's professionalism and the service he gave. We will definitely call this company again when we need repairs.

They came out and did the repair work on a Saturday, even going downtown to get parts.

Another company had replaced air damper mechanism on refrigerator, but temperature wasn't regulating properly. Don came out and identified the problem almost immediately i.e., that damper wasn't tightened down properly. Within 15 minutes he had fixed it. The other company had come back twice and couldn't find the problem.

I scheduled service the evening before and Don promptly arrived. He was professional from start to finish. Including identifying the problem and giving us excellent advice on other things, he completed the job within a half-hour. I had an excellent experience all around and would highly recommend this company's service.

Called them late on Friday afternoon & said they could come out on Monday, that they would call me Monday to advise where I would be in the days schedule. I received a call approx. 7:30AM to advise me that he was 15 minutes away. Arrived promptly, got right to work, solved the problem promptly, packed up, got his money, gave me some tips on how to avoid the problem in the future, & was on his way. Elapsed time less than 1 hour. Charged for a service call only.

I contacted DiChristopher by email and they called the next day. They came out the day after that and Don was very nice, professional, and we were pleased. Don came back with the part for the oven and it's working great now. We tried to replicate the washer sound and again couldn't do it. He asked what we were washing and we said sheets and towels. He advised us not to mix sheets with towels, but if it happened again, he's in the neighborhood and would be glad to replace the suspected part. A very, very nice approach!!

I awakened in the morning to find a smelly mess on my kitchen floor, and the contents of my freezer were defrosting. I tried to troubleshoot, hoping that perhaps I had inadvertently failed to completely shut the door. After watching for improvement in cooling and finding none, I contacted DiChristopher sometime between 10 and 11 AM. They said they could be out there between 1 & 3 the same day. I was thrilled. I managed to go to work for about an hour before returning home to meet the technician. Shane arrived a touch before 1:15. He did not hear the compressor running and was able to quickly confirm his suspicion that it was the relay that was the problem. He replaced it immediately and gave me time to clean under the fridge. He took the time to explain the repair. Rarely have I encountered such efficient service. Christmas was a few days away; the freezer and fridge were packed with food, and I was worried I'd be waiting for days for someone to come out. I highly recommend them.

THESE PEOPLE SLEEP LIKE BABIES. HONESTY AND INTEGRITY ARE THEIR HALLMARKS. I WILL REMEMBER THEM FOR FUTURE NEEDS.

Our refrigerator had been pooling up with water. I called DiChristopher Appliance and they scheduled service the very next day. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They even helped me clear the food items off the shelves and cleaned up some of the pools of water. I'm thrilled that I had such a good experience and now I know who to go to with any future appliance repair.

I called and told them what the problem was and the time it would best suit my wife and I, that they arrive to fix the washer. They called the morning of day they were suppose to come and fix the washer. They arrived and were very polite and fixed the part in fifteen minutes. It would have taken me forever. Very well worth it.

I will not call anyone else. They always provide responsive and expert care.

Ice maker/dispenser stopped working. DiChristopher repaired rather than replaced to keep cost down.

Good. Simple repair, but if I did the job, I would have had to disassemble a lot more parts with no guarantee of reassembly.

The company was extremely responsive and gave us great pricing compared to another Appliance Repair. They beat the other repair company's price by about $200.00! They ordered the parts needed and installed them within 1 day of them coming in! From the time we called them to the time my fridge was fixed it was less than one week! We highly recommend and will use again.
