It went very well. I used them because of the deal and that made it worthwhile. At double the price, it would be expensive to me.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. I had them do a little more so it cost more than the Big Deal price. The two guys showed up and were pretty much on time. They got my stuff out without incident and nothing stood out good or bad.

Our call was immediately answered and an appointment was scheduled for three days later at a mutually agreeable time. Because it was only a few-items pick-up, we put the Angie's Coupon in an envelope with instructions on the items to be removed, and taped the envelope to the door. The staff were very punctual, and quiet, and removed exactly what was requested.

The guys were great! They called about 30 minutes before they were going to get there to give us aheads up and then came over. They were professional, and did the job quickly and without any problems. We will definitely use them again!

They were really good and did what they said they would. It ended up costing more than the deal. But, they were courteous, prompt, and took everything away. They said the deal was for a quarter of a truck, but I had no idea how much that was. It may be good to call the company and get an idea how much it will cost for the amount you have.

Extra charge becaause the tread mill was a and quot;heavyand quot; item. The people who were sent out did not know about the prepayment and discount and had to call the office to get instructions.

They were great! The were flexible in scheduling, showed up promptly, and hauled away a whole bunch of stuff from my shed, yard, and closet. They were organized, efficient, and professional. Definitely recommend!

I had more things than what the big deal included so I had to pay a bit more out of pocket. They are outstanding. The people were extremely nice and they were very careful. They had to remove a treadmill as well from upstairs and they didn't nick the walls or damage anything. They had to remove a very heavy TV as well. They were friendly, clean and polite. I am overly impressed with their service.

This company, the service it provides and employees I met are exceptional. Before the appointment: Scheduling process was efficient and easy. Questions I emailed about my upcoming service were answered almost immediately. Reminders for the appointment were sent by email and text (with my permission that they asked for in advance). Arrived during the promised time window and called about 30 minutes in advance to notify me they were on the way. The employees and service provided: Four polite , friendly young men greeted me and introduced themselves and seemed eager to get to work. Even though they were picking up junk, they all wore nice matching shirts, khaki pants/shorts and work shoes. One man was the team leader but participated in the work, and the others were respectful and responsive to his direction. They were all very professional, and I felt comfortable to have them in my home. The team leader looked at the items to hauled away so we could agree on the total cost before starting the work. He wanted to confirm my rough estimates I gave him when I scheduled the appointment were accurate. They took great care to avoid causing any marking or damage to my home when carrying out the items I identified. They closed doors and gates behind themselves, even when I might have had it open for them. They take credit cards, checks or cash as soon as the job is completed and provide a receipt. Other: The team leader let me know that Junk Patrol will also provide services other than hauling away junk. They can offer pricing to move heavy things around the home, carry things into onsite storage containers (like Pods), help load and unload local moves or load rental trucks for people who are moving out of town.

The Junk Patrol has just left my house, and I was very excited to write a review for them. Their service was professional, courteous, prompt, and quick. They were very clear and upfront that I would exceed the Angie's List Coupon load allowance, and that I would to pay difference. I very much appreciated that they let me know this as quickly as possible, and I happily moved forward with their services. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I bought an Angie's List Coupon from this provider thinking that it was an 1/8th of a big truck. Instead it was an 1/8th of like a Lowes truck and my stuff was much more than an 1/8th. Then when they came I was told it would be an EXTRA150 (of which I was not prepared to pay). They fit everything in the truck and I gave them 100 cash on top of the coupon that I already had purchased. If I knew it would be so expensive I would have found another way to haul away the stuff. Live and learn I guess. Nice guys, came on time, did finish the job.

This was a very positive experience from start to fiinish. C.T an Zach arrived in the window of time that was promised, and efficiently removed all of the junk items that I identified (including microwave oven, propane tank, rain gutter, part of basketball goal (concrete filled pole), and part of a wheelchair ramp). They were both very customer oriented and operated quite professionally.

they were very professional and even gave me a curtesy call 30 minutes before they arrived. They also do labor calls like moving furniture etc. which will come in very handy for me in the future.

I purchased a big deal on Angies LIst. Mike from Junk Patrol contacted me to make an appointment to remove the junk. He would be at my house in two days and provided me a two hour window. The day of the appointment they called within the two hour time frame and let me know they would be at my house within the next half hour. They show up within 20 minutes and parked their truck on the street. Mike and Zac came up to the house and I showed them where everything was located. Some items were in the backyard and others items were in the garage. They looked at all the items and let me know that it would be 1/4 truck load. Mike asked if i would mind if he brought the truck in the driveway to load the items which was very nice of him to ask. They gathered all the items and loaded the truck within 15 minutes. They were very professional and friendly. Mike had an i-pad where he entered the information and send me a receipt right then. Junk patrol was a great company to work with. It is hard to find a company with people that are professional, friendly, timely and did the job they were hired to do. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

The guys were totally professional, from their tidy uniforms to the high-tech communications. Before they came to take the stuff, I removed all the screws attaching the entertainment center to the wall and scored the caulk. Even then it was a trick because it was so heavy. They did an outstanding job and didn't damage anything. I will definitely use them again when any type of heavy lifting is necessary.

I called the Junk Patrol around 1:15 in the afternoon. They were able to come to my house by 3pm. (I'm so sorry it happened so quickly I forgot the young man's name) He looked at the size and amount of junk to be removed then gave an estimate. They then removed the trash from exactly where it was- we did not have to move anything. They moved, lifted and loaded everything for us :) We couldn't decide if we needed 3/8 or 1/2 of the truck. By the time we finished, (I kept finding one more thing) we had at least 1/2 of the truck full. The couple that came out were both very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend them to everybody!!

They called the same day to set appointment and confirmed by email date and time. They were running late from earlier job and called to let us know the time they would arrive. They completed the first part of the job and set up time to come back two days later. Truck was full on first trip.

Junk Patrol responded within a few hours to my email inquiry. The two young men that showed up the next morning were courteous, polite and professional. The estimate was more than fair and accurate. They worked quickly and when they were finished, refused to leave until they had borrowed a broom to sweep up the sidewalk where we had deposited the yard clippings for removal. I will call them without hesitation the next time I need any debris removal. Exceptional service.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to come the very next morning. The two men who arrived were on time and very polite. They were able to remove everything I asked in about 15 minutes. I would definitely use this company again if I had large items that I needed removed.

I found Junk Patrol on Angie's List. I made the appointment online. They verified the appointment. They were a little late, but I understand that they can't really know what they are getting into until they get to the job. I would plan on more than a 2 hour window if possible just so you don't give these guys a hard time. Think about the fact that they cover a lot of area too. They looked at what I had, gave me the estimate, I agreed and they did the job. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. They left my carport and side yard spotless! Well worth the cost!
