+ -1 moreWOW! If you need something hauled away like magic, I would highly recommend Junk Patrol. From the first call, to the two reminder e mails, to the PICK UP and HAUL AWAY, Junk Patrol was professional all the way. I admit I was skeptical when they said they would give me the final haul away price when they came to look at my extremely oversized sofa and love seat...but the price was perfectly FAIR. Two gentlemen arrived, were professional, courteous, and on task.
Description of Work: Removal of HUGE oversized sofa and oversized love seat. We could not donate since these were many years old and the cost to recover was cost prohibitive.

+ -1 moreThis was my first time using a company through Angie's List, and what a great experience it was! They arrived promptly, and worked quickly and efficiently to remove everything that needed to be removed. They even cleaned up the area under the wood pile, which I hadn't expected. Both gentlemen had great attitudes, were hard workers, and I especially appreciated the fact that when they were finished, they took the time to chat for a few minutes. I chose the company to support a local veteran, and it was a good decision. I will use them again if the need ever arises.
Description of Work: Removal of yard debris and the wood from an old playground that had been dismantled.

+ -1 moreJunk Patrol is excellent and I recommend them completely. CT, who is the team leader is on time, on point and did what he said he would do. Professional and courteous. Appointments were scheduled online and they called me to let me know when they started the work. They had the best price and I can't recommend them enough. A fresh change from the routine customer service usually provided by other South Florida businesses. If you have junk, these guys are your best choice by far.

Description of Work: Cleared backyard of unwanted debris: a cemented pond, cemented clothes line poles, a hammock pole, and several rotted tree trunks. They demolished a large rusty shed and disposed of it all.

+ 0 moreCT and his partner arrived and carefully dismantled my entertainment center/wall unit. It was rather large - 4 pieces with glass doors and shelves. They were going to see if it could be donated to a charitable group since it was in really good condition. All of the charities I called would only pick up a three piece wall unit. Some would not take entertainment centers at all. They were very nice and thoughtful.
Description of Work: Removed my wall unit and took it away.

Description of Work: The first time I used them it went very well. The second time, the provider did not actually perform the services, but agreed to act as a back up for another person who did not show up. When the person did show up I canceled. All in all, CT was very professional, flexible and helpful. It put my mind to great ease that he agreed to be a backup as I cannot run my business without the compost he was going to deliver for me. I have been stood up by way too many contractors in the past who say they will deliver the compost and then just never show up. This could potentially ruin my business. CT was a real refreshment.

They paid attention to our instructions and followed them completely. We would, without hesitation, use them again and recommend them to everyone in need of their services.

+ -1 moreCT and crew hauled away numerous items (old couches, TV's furniture, etc..) that had been stored in a basement area of our house. It was not an ideal location due to the fact they had to climb a small but steep hill to get back to the truck... CT and crew were not only on time, but communicated with us via email, text and phone to notify us of their arrival status. They took care of everything and re-booked an additional appointment to cover what would not fit the first time... They were professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to any one who needs this kind of service...

Was able to schedule quickly; they were prompt (actually early); removed the items I wanted removed -- even going the extra step of pulling a flower pot out that was sunk into the dirt under the deck. I can see under my deck for the first time since I bought the house. Definitely worth the money!

One of the items removed was an old stove (still functional), but they were very careful in removing it from the house. We were very impressed about how careful they were not to damage either the items being removed or the interior of our house. Bottom line: they did an outstanding job.
