Junk Patrol Junk Removal & Hauling

Called to schedule an appointment to receive an estimate to haul off a lot of unwanted junk at my home. Answered promptly and professionally. Referred me to their website for pricing on their service. Found website to be very informative. Two men arrived on time with a large bed truck like the one on their website. Looked over the job of hauling off my junk and gave me a fair price for all of the work they had to do, including breaking down the trampoline and kid's playhouse. Had to make two trips to my house in order to pick up all my junk. Second trip had to be scheduled for another day due to previously appointments that they already scheduled. They arrived at times agreed upon and picked up and hauled off all things I wanted them to take. Well mannered and professional men that work hard and cleaned up well. Will definitely use them again plus pass their name along to family and friends.

They were great. I've used them several times. They're very professional, very prompt, are very thorough. They cleaned up the area, rigged up the yard, and brushed up the garage and around the driveway. It's actually cleaner when they left than when they got here. They came out shortly after purchasing the deal, there wasn't any issue with them getting there.

Guys were fast and very helpful. I had a coupon that cut the cost in half.

The service description didn't give the size of the truck's, so and quot;1/8th of a truckloadand quot; isn't meaningful. The advertisement on the truck is and quot;1-800-Junkand quot;, which I've used before, but thought was too pricey. So I feel mislead that they list themselves on Angie's list as and quot;Junk Patroland quot;. I ended up paying $300 more than the $49 Angie's Deal [which was for 1/8 of a truck]. The stuff my husband wanted hauled amounted to less than 3/4 of the truck. The personnel were well dressed in matching green shirts, and very professional. The returned my call promptly, asked for a general idea of the kind of stuff to be hauled, and set an appointment time. They arrived within the time frame, and perhaps based on the quantity of our stuff, had to first empty their truck before returning to load our stuff.

Two men arrived on time, called me before coming (day before and day of service) and were very polite. They loaded the materials, told me I still had room and then collected some big limbs I had not put int he pile so that I filled my space. For 49.00 this was worth it as I could have limbs as well as old furniture hauled away, didn't have to rent a truck, or cut limbs, etc . I am not sure as great as they were I would pay full price which was more than double that price. Although looking at prices for junk removal, this company is not out of line, and I would recommend them, but caution Angie's members to wait for coupons. Junk removal is very expensive and as nice as they were, I would feel burned if I paid them well over 100.00 for the material they removed in 10-15 minutes.

They communicated with me if they were. Ruining late. Offered to reschedule if I was unable to adjust to a minor delay. Most important thing they did other than haul. Off the junk they kept in contact. Related to schedule. I had to reschedule twice and they were very accommodating. They were polite well groomed did not leave a mess or scattered stuff when they drove away. I hope they are successful with their business.

It took a couple of phone calls to get this scheduled as their computers were down the first time I called. Otherwise things went very smoothly and the junk was removed promptly and for the price I expected.

This was an Angies deal for hauling junk. The call back was quick and polite but when they came to look at the piece of concrete I had that I wanted removed they added $150.00 to the cost. I told them I had concrete taken away before and it was a lot more for less than $200. and the man didn't care. A three by Three piece of concrete was going to coste me $200 to remove. He said he would refund my and quot;big deal moneyand quot; but I have not received that yet.

Never happen. They were not flexible to come over to North Raleigh.

I had a Big Deal coupon from them. They were very good. They were very professional. They did an incredible job. There were no additional charges other than what was offered. They were excellent in every respect, they called me right back or they were in uniform. They had a huge truck and took more than they would have and they didn't ask me for extra money. I would recommend them to all my friends.

This was a very good experience and will use them again when we clean out our garage and attic. We got rid of some old printers and useless stuff that had been stored in and behind our shed for years. The two men that came were very nice, professional and quickly removed our junk for us.

Showed up on time. Smartly uniformed employees. very polite and helpful.

It was very easy to make an appointment, and they gave numerous email reminders of the time and date. They showed up right on time, estimated the amount of space I would need on their truck, loaded the stuff up and were gone in 15 minutes. Perfect.

We contacted each other easily. Set Up a Time and Date. Easily. Stuck to the time lines and dates. They were a little early but I was ready and waiting. VERY efficient and productive. Drove away with my junk and I was very happy, glad to have it gone. Thank You.

They were great to work with! I received a call almost immediately after purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal. The man that called me explained how everything would work. I called them back this week and scheduled my pick-up. The driver - Tom - called me when they were about 15 minutes from my house. Tom and Richie arrived within the window of time I had been given. They were neatly dressed, friendly, and introduced themselves with firm handshakes. I showed them what I wanted moved and Tom once again explained how the pricing works. They worked very quickly and efficiently and allowed me to add on some items that I found (I could see them once the junk had been removed!). When they finished Tom explained the amount that I owed (no surprises) and emailed me a receipt. I would absolutely use this company again!

I needed to dispose of 2 book cases on our second floor. They were unusually heavy and awkward. I paid a little more than the Big Deal price willingly. The gentleman that arrived were in uniform. They were very careful of my walls, staircase and photographs. I was impressed with their patience and professionalism. I would definitely call them again.

Quite frankly, I really needed to get rid of the stuff that was in my garage, so I really did not complain about it. It would have been nice to have a company stick by their quote, at the same time I had never used a service like this so, I did not know what size the truck was and they did not make that clear. I did tell them what I had when I was initially on the phone and scheduled. They should have made things a little more clear. Other than that, I think that they are trying to expand their business. I think there is a need for companies like this. I would tell people to shop around for a firm quote, find out how much room they have in the truck. It was a small truck. I thought that the quality was fine. They need to improve in communication. They were late. I would shop around first. I took it because it was a deal. I would not recommend them to friends and neighbors, because of the price factor.

The call was placed approximately10:30 AM. They arrived to the property approximately 2:00 PM. The response was great, and they were extremely helpful, polite and willing to assist. Yes, I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Very well. The team arrived when scheduled, collected the items that I wanted removed, loaded the truck much faster than I had anticipated. I would definitely use this service again and have recommended them to friends.

They must have been in training mode because 4 guys showed up, were very professional and did the job quickly. I bought the $49 special for 1/8 truck which would normally be $100 - not sure the pile of stuff I had them haul away would have been worth paying $100.
