"Avoid MasterTouchPool at all costs! This extremely overpriced company is a straight-up scam run by Nilson Silva, a liar, a thief, a greedy person and con artist who preys on people’s trust. He took my money, promised quality work, and delivered nothing but cheap, low-quality trash. After paying over $55,000, everything went downhill. The turf he used burned one week after installation, the water fountain stopped working, my pool pump broke, and now the pool light doesn’t work at all. And to top it off, the tiles in my backyard are staining for no reason, and despite having a one-year warranty, this dishonest crook refuses to replace them. Nilson is a fraud who blames everyone but himself. He dumped those worthless, bargain-bin tiles on my pool deck, replaced them twice before the tenant even moved in, and now the stains are worse than ever. Instead of owning up to his incompetence, he’s flat-out refusing to come a third time. Pathetic. Now, blaming the tenant’s furniture for the stains (total BS, cause the tenants outdoor furniture is made of plastic) but the real truth is the tiles are staining because he used the CHEAPEST materials on the market. He can’t even take responsibility for his shoddy work. Instead of owning up to his mistakes, he hides behind lies and excuses to avoid fixing what he ruined. He is nothing but a scam artist stealing people’s money and delivering broken promises. This man is a total crook, and he’s hiding behind a facade of honesty when he’s nothing but a LIAR. I regret ever trusting him and working with this garbage company. If you value your time, your money, your peace of mind, and your sanity stay far away from MasterTouchPool and Nilson Silva. If this issue isn’t fixed immediately, I’ll take legal action, and you can bet I’ll make sure everyone knows about his terrible, dishonest business. To make matters worse, their lazy, unprofessional workers clearly hired for cheap labor left their leftover food plate on the disgusting, low-grade turf they installed in my backyard, crawling with ants, as if I’m supposed to clean up their mess. The audacity."

"I initially hired OP Pool Leak Detection and Repairs in January to find leaks in our pool. All things started off great, Onarbin was very responsive, showed up as he said he would and seemed professional. He found leaks quickly, which is where I wished I would have stopped. Unfortunately, I hired him to replace my leaking pool skimmer. The installation was extremely poor. When we expressed our concerns, Onarbin was quick to give excuses but told us he would return to make repairs. He never did. I now have to hire a new company to repair the work done by O.P. Pool. The photos and video show the issues. Problems with the skimmer installation include: 1. Skimmer was installed too high, it is now sitting above my patio pavers causing a tripping hazard. 2. Skimmer opening at the deck is too small for the skimmer basket to be lifted out. To fix this, Onarbin cut up the skimmer basket so that it could fit through the hole that is too small. 3. One pool pipe under skimmer basket is now filled with loose gravel from the installation. 4. Grout around the skimmer is crumbling. And the top of the skimmer is falling apart 5. Deck pavers around skimmer are now all loose."

"BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT do business with Eagle Concrete Corp, Louis Machado, and his family operated business. After working with them for 6 months, they decided to walk off our project b/c they realized they weren’t qualified to do the work, but only after they poured our driveway. We contracted with Eagle Concrete to rip out and install a black concrete driveway with a stamped design, which was discussed at length prior to signing the contract, including pics and videos of what we wanted. We were assured by Louis, multiple times, they could do it. After four months of waiting for our permit, due to several clerical errors by Eagle Concrete, the day finally came to pour. I noticed immediately the concrete was not black and stopped the work. Turns out Louis never ordered our color. He even tried to cover this up by calling me the night before to tell me the shade might be off due to the mixture, but that would be fixed by tinting the sealer. He tried to use the color slate in place of the ultra-black we had selected. Now they had to demo the driveway again and order the correct color, costing us 2 more wks. When they finally poured, they messed up the design so badly that the entire driveway had to be demo’d again. Louis did not communicate or coordinate with his crews about the design. They didn’t even have the correct tools and began to modify the ones they had in an attempt to make them work. At one point, Louis told me they’d fix the errors by “grinding” the design into the driveway, which isn’t even possible. They also failed to measure properly, so as the design was cut in, our squares eventually turned into diamonds. They failed to protect the newly poured sidewalk, so the black concrete ruined it. They failed to protect our newly painted garage door, which was splattered with concrete, ruining the paint, and now has to be repainted. The next morning, Louis had his crew demo a portion of our driveway b/c of how messed up it was, leaving us with an inaccessible driveway and a safety hazard. We didn’t hear from Louis again except to tell us his parents pulled him off our project. After pleading with Eagle Concrete for a week to finish what they started, they chose to walk off the job, stating they no longer had the qualified manpower for the work. They offered a full refund in exchange for our silence (see pic). We had to start the process all over again with a new contractor, and quickly found out prices had increased significantly since we originally contracted with Eagle Concrete. We were left with no choice but to sue Eagle Concrete, who’s still holding our $13k+ in payments."
