Very courteous and professional - major job that took almost three days but the workers were great about finishing each day with the room started to completion. Cleaned up everyday and punctual every morning.

I was told the process would take two days, howerver, it more realistically took 4 1/2 days. However, the installer Travis Ansely was outstanding. Travis was very detail oriented in the process of installlation and everything, right down to the caulking was done consistently well. It was really refreshing to see a talented craftsman who takes pride in his work. The windows are beautiful and easy to operate, easy to clean. Highly recommend Window World.

Installers were very prompt and introduced themselves. Very exceptional customer service. Job was scheduled for 3 days and was completed and cleaned up in 2 days. 2 young men that were extremely polite and efficient. They did not even mind answering questions about what they were doing and why. There was no mess and anything left in the yard was picked up and swept up when they were done for the day. The windows are beautiful and we are very pleased with the whole experience.

I read all of the positive reviews on Angies List so I went to the Window World web site a week ago and requested a quote. Having heard nothing several days later, I sent an email. Still have not heard anything from the company although they did put another one of those annoying yellow stickers on the front page of the newspaper. I would probably use them if I ever heard from them!

Everything went smoothly. They were on time and did the work in 2 days, which is the time estimated. We have used them before about 2 years ago and were happy with the results. We had windows and doors installed in the original part of the house and the recent ones were in the addition. We have also recommended them to friends who were also happy with the results. One of their claims is that their window are more energy efficient and we have found that to be true. In the heat of summer and coldest in winter, our electric bills are usually 100.00 less than what we paid with the old windows. We also got the government rebate the first time around.

The owner came to do a demonstration and give a price. They worked with us over the phone to schedule a time. The installer was on time, did clean work and was very knowledgeable and efficient.

We had the owner come out and measure the windows, he gave us a great price. The window got ordered and came in quick. We got on the schedule for the install. The installation guy came to the house at the scheduled time. He worked non-stop. Then returned the next day to install the rest of the windows and sliding glass door. It took longer than it was suppose to install the door. He returned the next day to do all the finishing of the windows. The installer showed us how to open the window and how to clean them. He installer cleaned up after each day. I didn't fine one piece of the old window.

The windows are dougle-hung and are a great price. The installers did a great job and were pleasant while doing their work in the hot sun for two days. They cleaned up afterwards inside and out. They even painted after they caulked on the outside. Both Kirk and his wife are very courteous and easy to work with while making your decision and the windows are the best price around. They also followup with a letter after each installation.

Their price was very reasonable. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. We had estimates from several different companies. Their price, professionalism and knowledge were way above any of those. They were very courteous.

Great service, they came when they said they would and I'm pleased with them and like the product too.

I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. The owner came over and measured all the windows, demonstrated what our new windows would look like and even agreed to converting 2 large windows to a sliding glass door as long as the city approved! He wanted us to have the windows WE wanted and did not try to sell us any extras. A few weeks after our order, the technician came and over the course of a week, carefully removed the old steel window frames and glass, and installed new windows. He never left a mess, he didn't harm any of the 50 plus year old tile windowsills or any of the outdoor plants around the house. Each window that was removed, was replaced immediately, so that no holes stayed for long. All of the windows were beautifully finished, inside and out. The look and feel of our house has improved one thousand per cent! I am not afraid of the house getting too hot this summer (we got the UV reflecting windows) or losing heat next winter since they are all tightly sealed and double paned. We paid half down and half when the job was finished to our complete satisfaction. The company was also happy to work with us so that our pets were not upset by the work being done. They did the rooms in the order we requested and always called prior to their arrival. We love our new windows and we love Window World!

The whole experience from getting an estimate to having the windows installed was great. They delivered and installed them within the time they had promised. We were impressed enough with the service and quality of the windows that we've ordered 12 more to replace all of the remaining windows in the house.

I found the company to be very professional, prompt and polite. I was satisfied with the work and the quality of people who work with them.

They did a great job. The work was done a few years ago. They were professional and cleaned up as well.

The product is good, the customer service is dismal.I called five days in a row to have someone repair the sliding door and no call was ever returned or could I get anyone to tell me when an installer would be here to fix it. When I asked for a receipt showing what was installed on the rental unit, the bookkeeper refused, or simply couldn't do it. Just terrible customer service with this company.

Replaced windows in my new home built in 1953 - most windows were original, single-pane, jalousie windows. Window World replaced the 17 old windows with new, double-pane, double-hung, vinyl windows and the house looks completely different - very updated from it's 1953 birthdate. The new windows allow me to NOT turn on my heat nearly as much as had to with the old windows, I no longer hear the train (about 5 miles away) when it comes trhough town at 6am, and I do not even know it rained until I wake up and see the wet yard the next morning. The workers were friendly, professional, and cleaned up everyday and arrived each morning when they said they would be there.

Overall the service was excellent! I had one installation complaint, though. Since they had just opened one of the installers must not have been very experienced. He was really sloppy with the caulk. After I called, Mr. Cunningham came out to inspect the problems. He also helped the installer put in the French doors which were a difficult fit. I wish we'd put in sliding glass doors there instead because there is no screen, so we only open them to go in and out and can't actually enjoy them. Re: the B rating for quality. The seals failed on 2 windows (one custom, the other a double hung) blurring the glaze but these were replaced promptly. Since there was an $80 charge to re-install the custom, a few years back, we elected to do it ourselves but haven't yet because it's too hard for us old folks . Also a lot of the little tabs at the windows' bottoms have fallen out. Not sure what they are for but the wasps like to go through them! But after being in business for over 9 years now I'm sure the initial kinks have been worked out and I have highly recommended Window World of Tallahassee to everyone looking for replacement windows that are attractive, low-E argon gas, and wind rated to 173 mph, plus great service!

Installers were on time and fully equipped and prepared for the job. Very knowledgeable and professional, worked quickly, left work areas clean. Finished on time. Would recommend highly.

Mr, Cunningham was prompt and brought a window sample of his product, along with warranty and product information. His product and price were by far the best when compared to my other estimates. The windows were of good quality and I ordered double-hung, low-e windows at a price that was lower than my other estimates. The installation went well although I was not aware that double-hung windows are thicker, thereby reducing the sill in the windows. However, it would not have mattered as double-hung windows are the way to go. I also visited their showroom and Mrs. Cunningham was extremely nice and helpful and gave me another demonstration on how the windows work. I plan on replacing the rest of the windwos in the house now that this worked out so well.

They were great. It is locating owner, private business. They are professional, on time, and to the tee on the detail of the work the perform.

I would have given Window World straight A's except one large picture window had a large crack in the vinyl cladding when it arrived. I do not think this was due to the local Window World operation or installers but rather damage done at the factory. It could have occurred in shipping as it was not visible until the window was unpacked and ready for install. However, the installer reported it to me immediately and arranged for a replacement window to be shipped and installed ASAP. This was the best resolution to the problem and it was handled well.

They were very good. They were very prompt and professional. They replaced all of my windows except one in one day. He was very friendly and cleaned up when he was finished. There was no mess when he was finished and their pricing is very competitive. I would recommend to anybody

They did a great job. They are great and their workers are great. The quality of their work is fantastic. We were so impressed with the quality of their windows. We had three different companies that we were looking at to do siding, because it is a huge expensive job. We are going to go with Window World. Even though they don't do a lot of siding, I trust that they will be clean and everything. They are going to be putting siding on our house probably in a couple of months. They were very informative about the job they were going to do, and the written estimate was written in detail. I would use them again in the future.

We didn't think we would want windows, but cleaning the house due to all the pollen from the pine trees that surround us was a continuous job for my wife. They have a yellow pollen. It was also turning the screens yellow. My wife was always cleaning, but since having the windows installed, she doesn't have to clean so much anymore.
