The young men that performed the work were very professional from the beginning, during and to the end. The service was completed with minimal distractions and it was completed in a very timely manner.

Julie from Window World called and made the appointment for the installation. The installer came to our home on the day promised and completed the job in 2 days. The installer Jason took out the old 35 year old windows, installed the new windows and sealed each window with flashing. Jason cleaned up all debris and did an excellent job. Window World provided excellent customer service as Julie made a followup call to see if everything went well. Thanks to Window World, we would recommend them to everyone.

This was a big job, in fact the largest for our installer. Jason was always on time, well prepared and he did excellent work! The company owners and office staff were friendly and helpful. We are extremely pleased and have recommended the company to folks we know who also need their windows replaced.

It went very well. The price was the best we got on all the estimates. The window looks great and is much better quality than the original one, as was the case with all the replacement window we previously had done by Window World. They look good, function very easily and are energy efficient. The price was very reasonable, and the installation was done extremely professionally, at the agreed upon time and quickly. Two installers worked around our schedule to get 18 windows installed. Great windows for the price.

This company had been recommended to me by 2 different friends. Then when I checked Angie's List they had great reviews. I didn't think I could get any better than that so I gave them a try. I have 8 windows in total to be replaced, but with the fear of having a bad job done, I started with replacing only 3 windows. The owner, Kirk, showed up on time to measure, and show me the options available. He was knowledgable and punctual. It took about 4-6 weeks for the windows to arrive. The two guys who showed up for the installation were great. Very professional, punctual (actually early). They got right to work and replaced the outside trim work better than the previous 3 attempts by other contractors. The guys took about 3-4 hours to install all 3 windows. Old windows and misc debris cleaned up both inside and out !! The house and yard were left looking great. I have already spoken with the office and have plans to get the remaining 5 windows done soon. I would definitely recommend Window World. I just had the windows installed so I really can't speak to the $$ savings to my electric bill yet. However, they look great.

The installers arrived on time. They started on the section of the house that I requested because of pets. They were very careful with my things and laid plastic down to catch any mess from the old windows. I was very pleased with their service. Most importantly, I am very pleased with the product.

Everything went very well. Our installer, Kent, was extremely professional and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the finished results.

My first face to face contact was with Kirk. He came to my home and gave me an estimate for replacing all my windows in my with energy efficient double hung windows as well as replacing 2 sliding glass doors with French doors. The estimate was far lower than any other estimates I had received, even after getting a 10% discount from their competitors. He promised the windows would be ready for installation in about a month and they were actually installed in about 3 1/2 weeks. The installation crew consisted of 2 men (Anthony and Jimmy) who were very hard working, professional and respectful not only to me but of their employer also. The doors were a bit more problematic through no fault of Window World. The doors were not installed until about 2 weeks later, but Pam (the office manager) kept me informed of progress making it a totally painless process. All work was completed in a reasonable amount if time and all windows and doors are beautiful as well as energy efficient. I would definitely call them again and most certainly recommend them to everyone.

It went great. Curt arrived on time as scheduled and set right to work. This man is a genius with caulk. I've never seen anyone do such a neat job with caulk. He's courteous (although very quiet) and professional. Although we had installed low-e windows previously, these windows seem to be warmer and it's more comfortable sitting by them on cold nights. We had requested that the old windows (which are only about 3 years old) be removed so that we could reuse or sell them. Curt took them out intact with no damage. I'm sure it made his job more tedious but he didn't complain at all. This is the second time I have used Window World and only wish that I had known about them when I had the majority of my windows replaced by Sears years ago. We now have good quality, low-e double hung windows throughout our house and garage. Since installing the low-e vinyl windows, our house is a lot warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. The price was reasonable for the "top of the line" windows.

When we first called Window World we were a bit apprehensive. We have owned several homes, but had never done a full window replacement. Since we bought the house in 2003 we were regularly having to place window panes because of fogging,and the whole house was tempered glass. We also had a LOT of drafts in and around all of our old windows. The entire process with Window World went extremely smoothly. Kirk arrived as scheduled, showed us samples, explained the whole process to us, and gave us an estimate (which was less than we thought it would be). We had to get the job done before the Thanksgiving holiday as we were expecting a large crowd, and the windows arrived and were installed completely as originally scheduled. While we were waiting for the windows to be delivered we went by their shop several times with questions. Everyone there was very helpful and informative. The installers also arrived right on schedule. They were extremely professional and friendly, and we felt very comfortable with them in our home. The job was set for four days and that is how long it took. Most of the heavy work, removal and installation, was done in the first two days, and days 3 and 4 were final installation, sealing, re-checking, and cleanup. Everything went completely as planned, promised, and anticipated. Our new windows are a 100% improvement over what we had, in appearance, functionality and ease of use. We are extremely happy with our new windows and the job that was done. It has greatly improved the look of our home, both inside and out, and we are now draft-free.

It went really smoothly. The installer Terry was fabulous and meticulous! A day and a half and it was done!!

I particularly appreciated the salesman taking care of all of the details. The installer arrived when he said he would, was professional and stayed at it until the job was done.

Kenny arrived around 9:00 daily and left around 5:00. He was very quiet and went about working till the job was complete.

Husband and wife owned branch. They were very nice and knowledgeable in the showroom. Both visits to the house were prompt and professional. The quality of the door is great. Took 3 hours to install. My only complaints are it took 3 weeks for the door to come in and I would have appreciated a follow up call after the installation. I will recommend Window World and will use them again in the future if I have the need.

The owner came out to our house and measured all the windows then provided an estimate. We visited their storefront to look at an example. The staff walked us through the City loan program process and filed the paperwork for us. Then their installers booked us for 3 days. They were extremely polite and professional, even complimenting our home and puppy dog. Initially they thought it would be a 3 day job, but they worked longer on day one and actually installed ALL 13 of the windows. They returned the next day to finish all the finishing work. The windows are beautiful and look great. The difference in energy quality and sound is amazing. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
