About us

We provide individualized residential house cleaning and house organizing services to your home in the Tallahassee area. Our maids are trained to perform maintenance and routine cleaning, as well as deep cleaning. We use green cleaning products that protect our customers and our employees as well as the environment. All of our vacuums have HEPA filtration systems which help people with allergies and dust mite problems. Our Maids are background checked. We are licensed, insured, and bonded. For either deep or regular cleaning we require a minimum of 4 hours per visit. We deliver consistent and reliable residential cleaning services and maid services. We specialize in eco-friendly and green cleaning. We can also clean with conventional cleaning products. Bellow is some additional information about services we provide: •For deep cleaning, once a month cleaning, move-out and move-in cleanings, we charge $40 per hour, minimum of 4 hours that cost $160. •For regular weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, we charge $35 per hour, minimum of 4 hours that cost $140 each visit. •In cases that we have a small house or job, and it takes up to 3 hours of cleaning time, we charge $120 per visit, which is the minimum we charge for any house or job. •For organizing, we charge $45 per hour, minimum of 4 hours that cost $180. Usually, 4 - 5 hours should be enough to clean an average size maintained house. However, if a house requires a deep clean meaning that baseboards, fans, toilets, blinders need a through cleaning, it will take more time at the first time. After the first cleaning, we will know better what it will cost the subsequent cleanings. Also, the cost of our services depends on the size of the house, type of floor, presence of pets, amount of clutter and the type of customized services that you need. Prices will be different for a house that has normal day-to-day living use and needs basic cleaning versus a house that has not been maintained and needs detail deep cleaning. Description of Work: The service provided was poor at its best. To be fair the house to be cleaned had been vacant for over two years and probably hadn't had a good cleaning for some time prior to that. However, Tina personally came to the house, walked through and inspected the house, and outlined how it would be cleaned. The cleaning element of this equation was marginal, for essentially if it did not get cleaned with a magic eraser, it did not get cleaned. As an example, and I took pictures, under the kitchen cabinets there was a thick layer of dust and after two visits, the dirt and dust was never touched.

Description of Work: The individual from Tina's Cleaning arrived on time and provided a thorough cleaning of my house so that it was ready for tenants to move in. She was professional and completed the house as promised within the allotted time. Since I cannot compare the price of the cleaning to other cleaning services, this is why I rated the price an overall B. I would recommend the service to family and friends.

However, we are a small business and due to the the high volume of phone calls we receive, it is not always possible to return all phone calls from unknown numbers. Description of Work: We had Tina's Cleaning come to our home twice. The first visit there were two people. The price was about $235 for 5 hours. They did a very nice job. Second visit with one employee was $175 for about 3 hours 45 minutes of work.

It went very well. I liked the person Tina assigned to us, and will ask for her again. Tina gave us a follow up call to she if we were happy. I was impresse.d
Description of Work: I interviewed with Tina, a very friendly lady. Tina was not the one to do the cleaning, however. After touring my house, she went into detail what cleaning products she uses, how her employees are trained etc to turn a professional job. The cleaning lady was very punctual, sweet, very detail oriented, and worked so quietly I hardly knew she was here. OH, but what a difference she has made.

to employ Tina's Cleaning.he wood floorsing (wood work, bathroomTina's work is impeccable and she personally trains her employees to follow her lead. Tina has worked with me about finding a regular time (once every two weeks). The work done here is always a quality job and carefully performed. Her employees are courteous. professional and carry the supplies they need. I can recommend Tina's Cleaning without reservation.
Description of Work: I have a complete cleaning performed on two of my three floors in my house. Tina and her employees clean bathroom, scrub woodwork and walls, where needed, vacuum the carpet and clean the wood floors. They bring their own supplies and empty & collect the trash and recyclable glass, papers, cans, etc. I am very pleased and will continue to employTina's Cleaning.

She cleans my home every two weeks. She offers different levels of cleaning and prices. She is very competitive. She wants everyone to do a good job. On one occasion we weren't satisfied with the work, and she sent someone to correct the problem. We will use her services in the future.
