Cleaned house to got it ready to sell, very good.

Horrible service when the owner arrived. We were told something was cleaned when it clearly was not done.

Tina and her helpers do an excellent job. She is pleasant and listens carefully. Her work is exceptional and she pays good attention to details (corners).I have used her several times and have been very pleased each time. She is very thorough and I like that.

She did a great job from top to bottom. Called me after the job about some things that were left in the house and left them neatly in a corner for me. Very professional, thorough and kind. Couldn't believe how fast they did it. We were in a hurry to get the house ready and she was able to do it. Would highly recommend Tina and her crew.

One of Tina's wonderful crew - I have met Tina and 2 others - cleaned my house. She was completely focused and pleasant. This was the second appointment. A couple of months ago I asked for a 'spring' cleaning and 2 of Tina's crew came to work on the house. They cleaned as above plus washed all of our many windows. Tina checked on the job. She wants to have a clear understanding of what is needed and what is offered. I have company coming in a few weeks and I have scheduled them again for that.

I was called prior to the cleaning person arriving. They were prompt and really did a lot of cleaning. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.

She came over and gave me an estimate. I have some antiques so I told her that every time I have a cleaner over they break something and she said don't worry. We made a schedule the week before thanksgiving and she brought a new girl with her. Tina and I were working downstairs and then I heard a crash in my guest room which was a glass lampshade. The girl was actually crying so I had to tell her it was ok. I left right away to get a new one. She was rushing the girl and Tina was doing my kitchen with the vacuum and the vacuum took a big chunk out of my cabinet. When you pay someone you don't want them to rush the job. She did do a good job anyways.

My house is 2 story approximately 3700 sq. ft. and we've lived here for 20 years. I have always cleaned my own house and could usually keep on top of it. As I was planning my daughters wedding this year, my attention to cleaning was cursory at best! I needed a good whole house cleaning and knew it was too much for me, so I looked on Angie's List. Tina's company was the top rated, and I recognized names from her reviews, so I emailed her. I received a prompt reply and we set up a time for an estimate. Tina and one of her staff came toured the house explaining their process and what they charge. I needed the service fairly soon, and Tina rearranged her schedule to accommodate me. On the day of service, Tina and staff arrived promptly at 8:30, and worked extremely hard all day. The house was gleaming when I returned home!! Baseboards, blinds, under table cobwebs, chandeliers...they got it all. I know it was a little expensive, but definitely worth it. I'm considering having Tina's come on a more regular basis! Once of the things the other reviews said was that they were prompt in returning calls. There must have been a glitch in this one. I was working with a tight schedule and I did not call them again.

My 2 BR apartment was a complete mess, I needed mostly organizing and a bit of cleaning. I called Tina and she came the same day to take a look and estimate my needs. She then came back a couple of days later, even though she was extremely busy, and basically helped me organize my apartment and put everything in its place in 5h. She also did a bit of cleaning and gave me advice on natural, non-harmful products to use. She was very professional, friendly, open, and nice. Would gladly use again and recommend to anyone.

The price is too high, even accounting for insurance and business expenses, and I suspect the workers do not receive anywhere near $40 an hour.

She charges $35 an hour for herself and the other person. It cost me $70 because it was $35 each. They did a very good job. The person Tina called the maid did an absolutely wonderful. They missed a lot of things so I was glad I was there. She said she could not clean my light fixtures because it was a liability for them, but that was one of the reasons I needed them to come out.

Tina and assistant arrived as scheduled.Tina spent the first hour and the assistant spent the rest of the day.No complaints,and we have retained her service on a monthly schedule.

They were good workers. They were very detailed in their cleaning. Everything they did they did very well.

Tina came by the day before to discuss the job. She also came the day of the cleaning and introduced me to the woman who would be cleaning my house. She told me ahead of time about how many hours it would take to do the job so there were no surprises with the cost. It did take about 6 hours which is more than I would want to spend every other week. but the house did need a good going over. If I were to have her again, I would pick and choose things for them to do so that it might limit the time to 3 hours.

It was the best cleaning service I've ever had (I moved here from Atlanta)! Tina's team will be back tomorrow for regular maintenance cleaning (should be between $150-$160 for around 2800 square feet). I am VERY excited to have found her recommendations on Angie's List. The reviews (including mine) do not do her enough justice - SIMPLY THE BEST!!

Contacted Tina's Cleaning Services for a deep cleaning of my home via email and received a response that same day. Tina came out the next day to give me an estimate for the work and was able to work me in that same week. Subsequent visits were scheduled via email, and Tina/Luiz were very quick to get an appointment set up. I couldn't have been happier with the service. When I returned home, the house was spotless. Having used several cleaning services in the past, I can say that Tina's stood out for a number a reasons, attention to detail being the most important. Floors were swept and washed, including under my furniture. All furniture had been dusted as well the pictures and decor. Baseboards washed, blinds dusted and wiped down and all windows were cleaned (and there are 36 windows in our home). Bathrooms including all fixtures, toliets, showers, tubs, and baseboards looked great. Cleaned the microwave, oven and even dusted my lightbulbs and fireplace screen. Great work and highly recommended!

I was a little concerned because I've had mixed success with local cleaning agencies. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised! The person Tina sent showed up on time, even a little early. She brought everything with her that she needed and she began right away as soon as we did a walk-through to review what I wanted. What a superb job! She did everything exceptionally well, all the little details, even the baseboards/shelving in the closets were sparkling, and the outside porch floors were washed. I didn't have to keep pointing out things that needed work. It was, like my mom used to say, "clean enough to eat off the floors". Tina herself stopped by after a few hours to see how it was going and she pitched in to make sure the house was finished by my deadline. I asked Tina to come by after the owner's inspection, just to finish any details the landlady might have thought were missed, but there was no need. The landlady said everything looked and smelled wonderful and the deposit would be fully returned! I plan to use Tina for move-in cleaning and organizing in my new home, and for regular cleaning service. She was great!

My home has not been this clean in years. She missed the woodwork. by doors, but other than that, outstanding.

I am at work when the cleaning is done but have always been pleased with the results.

I was looking for a house keeper last year and decided to test my luck and look on the internet. I found her website and liked the reviews that I saw. I sent her an email to let her know that I would like an estimate. She called me the very next day and asked when she could come over to do an estimate. My home is 2300 sq ft. The initial cost was $160, but WOW., she was worth it! Her and her employee cleaned everything from the windows, window seals, baseboards, nooks and crannies, to the vacuuming and mopping, the dishes, ceiling fans. They even vacuum and wipe down my furniture. To say the least, I was impressed. I have her come monthly and it has been almost a year and they are still outstanding in their work. She even sends emails to let me know the date of her next visit and if it is a convenient date or not. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

They arrived on time and promptly began working. They brought ALL of their own equipment & supplies, with is great! They're still here as I type this. I will update my review if anything should go awry, but I highly doubt it - they're doing a great job!!

Tina and her staff were MAGNIFICENT! I joined Angie's list for the specific purpose of finding someone to deep clean my home and found Tina's Cleaning and Organizing Service. Only three weeks prior to her visit, I had another "big name" company come in and provide me with a "deep" clean. The other company's version of deep clean was a joke. After reading the other reviews, I contacted Tina. She was professional, prompt, and enthusiastic. She came to my home to provide an estimate the very next day (which was a weekend). She showed up on time and with her staff and they were ready to work. Since she already had a walk-through, she gave her staff a walk-through and pointed out details to me that the other company missed (such as dusting the back of furniture and baseboards). I was able to leave my home knowing that it was in good hands. Tina and her staff were at my home from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm. When I returned home, I was completely blown away. The house seemed to sparkle. Every inch of my home had been dusted and cleaned. I could smell the cleanliness from my garage. It wasn't that harsh chemical smell, but it was absolutely clean. She and her staff were thorough beyond measure. My husband and I literally walked the house LOOKING for dust and COULD NOT find any. She cleaned the vases and decorative items on top of my kitchen cabinets, she moved furniture and vacuumed behind and under it, she took the cushions off of the sofa and cleaned the sofa, she even dusted and cleaned my shoe organizer in my closet...I mean each and every individual cubby! That's about 60 cubbies! Not only cleaning, but she organized the closets in my laundry room and all of my kitchen cabinets. She changed some things around and made it more functional for me and my family. I can actually find things now. She re-purposed items when she could and is a "waste not want not" kind of person. The price may be higher than the other "big name" companies, but it is completely worth it. I have a larger home and understood that it would be slightly more expensive. Not one penny of my money was wasted! I highly recommend her.

A professionally-dressed employee came to the house at 8:05, when we were scheduled for 8 AM (to me, that's on-time). She worked on our master bedroom and bathroom for two hours, then continued in the rest of the house. Tina came to the house around 10 AM to start organizing my kitchen. It took her two hours to organize, and two more hours to finish cleaning the house after the first woman left. After a thorough walk-through beforehand, we were quoted $140 for the cleaning (about four hours) and $35/hr for Tina's organizing services. Unfortunately, the cleaning took longer than expected, and we ended up having to pay $280 for eight man-hours of labor. It was quite a bit more than we expected, but they did an excellent job and the organizing was well overdue. We do plan on using Tina's cleaning services again in a few weeks, but will stipulate that we can only pay for four hours maximum.

Generally they do a very good job in the cleaning and I have had only a couple minor problems which were addressed promptly. Excellent communications and scheduling. It seems the cost is a little high, however, but it is acceptable to me since everything else is very good.
