Description of Work: Converted a garden tub to a large walk in shower with all new faucets and additional plumbing; installed new toilet, converted a single vanity to a double vanity with new faucets and extended plumbing. Replaced leaky outdoor spicket. Contracted work for tile layers. We were completely satisfied with Smith's work. Very professional and excellent communication.

Description of Work: Robert removed a leaking toilet and replaced it with one I purchased, and replaced faucets for both the bathtub and basin, which I purchased also. He installed a new line for the basin. The work took a little longer than the estimated time but it was worth it.

Description of Work: Cleaned drain pipes in bathroom and connected sink drain pipe properly. Kitchen remodel... relocated the sink drain under the house; hooked up the dishwasher, the new sink and faucet, and put an ice maker box for the refrigerator in the wall.

Description of Work: Fixed running toilet and snaked shower drain. Two men in the crew and they (at no additional charge!) also snaked the other bathtub drain "while we are here." Have used them on numerous occasions for my home and rental property and always gotten great service and very competitive prices.

Description of Work: Smith Plumbing made an initial onsite visit to determine repairs/parts needed. A $79 service fee was paid. Subsequently, Smith Plumbing gave me a phone estimate of the repairs/parts cost to replace a Kohler bathtub diverter as well as a rainhead replacement. We decided to order a longer arm for the rainhead. Approximately one week later, Smith Plumbing called to set up an appointment to install the parts. I called the office back a day later to set up appointment the following day. Apparently, the office sent the plumber to my house to do the repair before I called them back to set up the appointment, but I wasn't there so this is a reason I gave them a B for professionalism because the customer should be contacted and confirmed before sending the technician to do the work. Chris was professional and courteous. Final bill was $450.

Mark was adamant that the new installation be done right and spent the time and great deal of effort to get the installation completely right. He did the job in one day (as promised) and I am most impressed by his attitude and pride he took in his work. I will recommend Smith Plumbing Co.

Description of Work: They were here on day and there was a leak. They fixed the leak, then there was another leak so they fixed that. There was a problem with the copper pipping, so they need to replace that.

In this case, it was somewhat of an emergency, and he got one of his plumbers (Mark) on-site the same afternoon despite a full load already on his company's appointments schedule for the day. After correctly diagnosing the dishwasher's ills, the plumber adjusted the flush on the commodes in the house before moving on to his next customer. Well done, Kenny and Mark!
Description of Work: Came to check/fix leaky dishwasher, but it turned out not to be a plumbing issue (Smith's Appliances, a completely different company fixed that), but the plumber did adjust the three commodes in the home.

Description of Work: Chris was prompt, efficient and professional. he immediately assessed the problem, made the repair, and cleaned up behind himself. I had a ceiling leak from the HVAC unit in the attic. Even though this was out of his realm of responsibility, he brought his ladder in , diagnosed the problem, and made recommendations for repair without charging for this effort. I will certainly call Smith's for future plumbing services!

Description of Work: I used Smith Plumbing to redo the plumbing in my kitchen, two bathrooms and the laundry room. They were switching out old stuff and putting in new stuff. They moved a drain over in one of the bathrooms. It was a complete remodel and they did all the plumbing in those 3 rooms.

 + 0 moreI was having ongoing problems with the main sewer line getting clogged and had Smith's out a couple of times a year...when it happened twice within about 30 days, Kenny, the owner and I talked about further looking into the issue. When he did this he found that the city had bor through the sewer line when installing the gas line. Hw calle the city out to see and take pictures and deal witht the gas line then did the repair. He thought the city would own up to the problem and held off on collecting my payment, but the city said they had a hold harmless agreement with the contractor and had me contact the contractor. Being that I had not had any luck, I call Smith's to pay my bill and was charge the original quoted price, even though they had to take more time due to the gas line issue witht he city. The city really owes him for more time spent and having the line exposed for them to do the gas line work, but he was fair to to me and charged me for the original agreed upon price for the repair. I have always felt like Kenny and the other two plumblers I have dealt with from Smith's plumbling were very professional. I highly recommend their services.
