Smith's plumbing provides excellent customer service and quality work. The owner went the "extra mile" to be sure I was satisfied.

I contacted Smith Company Plumbing and spoke with Stacy the owner’s wife and asked for a estimate to Have a backflow preventer installed. She gave me the estimate of 975.00. This is what I expected to pay Once our job was completed. I had already called two other plumbers asking for estimates and the Estimate that I received from Stacy was less that the other two plumbers and I read their reviews so I decided to go with Smith Company Plumbing. Their plumber came out and installed the backflow and Charged us an additional 200.00 for something that my husband and I don’t even know what the additional charge was for. I called Stacy at Smith Company Plumbing and explained to her that our Estimate that she gave us was 975.00 to install a backflow but we were charged an additional 200.00 and I wanted to know what the additional 200.00 was charged for. The first thing that Stacy said was our plumber had to tap of the water in the back that goes to your hose bibb. I told her that her plumber didn’t do that because my husband said that we would have to hire an irrigation company to do that. Stacy swears up and down that her plumber did this work and he didn’t. Even on our invoice this was not listed as work their plumber completed. Stacy is very rude and she talks over you when you call in with a problem. If she gives us a quote of 975.00 that is what I expect the bill to be. If it was going to cost more, Stacy should have contacted us for approval to charge an additional 200.00. She never got this approval she just charged it. I asked for a return call from her husband Kenny and she said he would call me tomorrow June 29, 2022.

Smith Plumbing was very professional, scheduled the appointment, made reminder call before arrival. Assessed the hammer issue and recommended the City check the system prior to any plumbing work. The City repaired the connection at the street and Smith Plumbing came back to repair the water pressure valve on our site of the system. Regarding the leak, arrived that morning, repaired the leak and assessed water damage under the house. All staff knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

This was the second time we used Smith Plumbing and their service is great. Had a garbage disposal installed. Always professional and courteous. Will definitely hire again for all our plumbing needs.

Our contractor used Smith Plumbing in our master bathroom remodel. Our main concern, which is not yet resolved after 4 attempts, is that our free standing tub leaks. They can't seem to figure out why. We asked for a partial refund and never heard back from the owner. We didn't have any problems with the undersink installation, but they did install one of the bathroom faucets unevenly. They came back in a timely manner to correct it and put it the same distance from the backsplash as the other faucet. Another issue we had was with the installation of the valves for the shower. The handles were suppose to be flush with the tile, but they stick out quite a bit. Once the tile was installed there was nothing to be done about it.. We are not pleased with the quality of work that Smith Plumbing does and would NEVER use them again. Neither would our contractor.

I have used Smith Plumbing for 10 years. He and his staff are always on time and very professional. They are quality plumbers.

The owner of the company has a knack of picking qualified plumbers, or they have one consistent training program. In any event, I have this company service each of my homes, as a bought and sold, and the quality of the service has never disappointed.

Needed a new part which had to be ordered. Once the part arrive (wrong part sent to them initially) they came in a timely manner and did a good job finishing the job. They were on time and professional. Would definitely use again.

Went well. Came out and gave quotes on the work to be done. Made a recommendation on another item. Good service and communication.

First they installed a tankless water heater, including running new gas lines (there was existing gas service to house, but previously an electric water heater) and regulators. Mr. Smith showed up on time for the estimate, gave a fair price ($1,600), and after I agreed, the work was done quickly and well. I would give an A on this job. Following that, I called them back to do a few odd jobs at time-and-materials. They sent another worker, who made a new leak while doing a poor job of fixing another, suggested I replace a leaky sink faucet without apparently attempting repair, and didn't even attempt several other small jobs, and then invoiced me for two hours of work (I was out of the house while this was going on). The coupler is a job that would have taken me 15 minutes, and most pros could do in five, and I subsequently fixed the sink faucet for the cost of a $4.00 cartridge and 20 minutes of my time, so what this guy was doing for two hours is beyond me. I would give an F on this job. Bottom line, they seem to have some capable plumbers and give fair quotes, but they have one worker who just didn't do the job he was called in to do.

Two weeks later I received a voice message asking me if I got my problem solved.

Our washing machine drain was overflowing so I called Smith plumbing as we had called on them before and were very satisfied with their work. The plumber was courteous and on time. I started a load of clothes and on draining showed him how it was filling up the drain line and stopped it when it was about to overflow. He got the snake out and went to the roof and cleared the line. We ran the washing machine through the rinse cycle with no backup or overflow. I was a happy man. I asked if he could replace washers and O rings in the bathroom valves. He said he was due at another appointment but a plumber probably could be scheduled to come by the next day. So I called and they scheduled a visit for the next day with no problem. Again the plumber was on time and completed the work on the faucets in the bathrooms in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with Smith Plumbing and will call on them again if the need arises.

Kenny and Chris and all of Smith Plumbing are fantastic. They were punctual for the estimate, even coming in the pouring rain to give me a free estimate. He ended up being slightly higher priced than the other providers I got estimates from but that's because Kenny was the only one to recommend the larger water heater size because he said that's what was needed for my home. After I priced everything out online he was actually pricing me lower than retail and none of the other provider's could have matched his price on the bigger tank he gave me. I'm really glad he made that recommendation because he was absolutely right, the smaller tank everyone wanted to sell me would not have been enough for my house. They made several trips to install items through no fault of their own. Some of my items didn't come in when they should have so Smith's was great about coming every time I needed them to install a new component and didn't charge me any extra for the hassle. They also were very prompt in troubleshooting a leak that we had because of the cheap fireplace logs I bought. They identified it quickly and got me in touch with another provider in town to get good logs that wouldn't spring a leak like the crappy ones I bought. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I've already referred them to two neighbors and a co-worker all of who had work done that they are very pleased with. You can't go wrong with Kenny and Smith's Plumbing!

The service person responded within 24 hours, and came out and checked the old water heater for leaks, and determined that it was around the top element, and did not warrant economical repair, as it was in the tank. He had a standard water heater on the truck, a 50 gallon model, that was adequate for replacement. I considered putting in a propane gas tank, but due to the time without hot water, and the need for a special order (another 3-4 days), we went back with the electric model. The replacement went well, and in about one hour, we had hot water on the way. Installation and delivery of the tank charges was about what was anticipated for an install in the garage, so I was pleased. These people respond, keep their promises, and do not overcharge. I am grateful for that.

The plumber was knowledgeable, proficient and courteous. He had all the tools and parts with him to get the job done. I am very happy with the quality of the work. I will be scheduling another repair with Smith Plumbing soon. I certainly recommend them.

I'm disappointed. I first called them to repair my water main and they did an excellent job and were very prompt. Months later, I was replacing the toilet internals when I found a leak in the water shut off valve on one toilet. Not having a blowtorch and such, I called them, and while the plumber was there, he asked about replacing the toilet internals. I had only done one at the time, but since he was there, I thought I'd have him do the other with his own, more expensive parts. Less than a year later, the flapper and bowl to tank seals both began leaking. I'd have them come back out, but I have no idea if they warrant their work, and I'd have to take more time off work. Instead, I'll replace everything myself, because non-plumber me fixed one toilet that is working perfectly, while the other toilet is leaking in at least two places. I find that very disappointing and can't recommend them based on my mixed experiences.
