Description of Work: Mays-Munroe came through with flying colors (again). Earlier in the year, I needed a new washer. Rebecca knew all features of every washer and began by asking me what I wanted most in my new washer. She then found the perfect one. In December, my fridge broke so went back. Mark also asked questions so he could help me find the best fridge for me and my needs. Very impressed by the knowledge everybody has--they can answer any question which makes me feel confident. TOP NOTCH!!

Description of Work: Service tech replaced the cracked plastic end caps on the control panel of my Speed Queen washer which had been purchased at Mays Monroe and still under warranty. Mike Monroe, our salesman, spoke with Meghan, the service manager, and the parts were ordered and installed upon receipt. Very efficient and no hassle. The staff at Mays Monroe, a locally owned and operated appliance and mattress store, is always refreshingly professional and knowledgeable.
