Description of Work: Pumped out tank, cleaned filter gave advice on couple of things affecting tank. Sold me some tank treatment packets ($75). Prompt service, neat work, very knowlegible. My only criticism is that they seemed in a bit of hurry to get going and left without totally closing one of the tank covers. |K

Description of Work: Very professional people. We could find the septic tank since it had be many years since last pumped but could not locate it. Was given information about how to find the tank using a plumber and then notifying Brian's and they would come back out and do the work. As soon as the plumber comes out and does his thing I will calling Brian's back to do the pumping. Excellent people and service.

Description of Work: Replaced drain field on septic system. I was selling my home and had already moved when the work was done. The buyers had a home inspection done after the work was complete. I have had no complaints from the new home owners.

Description of Work: On a Saturday afternoon I noticed a few puddles of septic water in the backyard and I thought I would have to wait until Monday morning to call someone. Sunday evening I decided to look at the website for Brian's Septic Service and saw where I could use the web to request service. I filled it out and within 30 minutes, on a Sunday evening, Brian had emailed me back with a suggested time for that Monday morning. Needless to say I was impressed and I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They came promptly and cleaned out our septic tank. They made recommendations for maintenance and set us up with some products to use. They put us on a schedule for timely checkups.

Description of Work: We had a limb fall and break the high level alarm for our septic system. We called Brian's Septic Service and they were quick and professional, and got the job done the day they started. They didn't tear up the yard, and they used high quality parts to replace the broken stuff.

Description of Work: Routine septic tank service. Brian was very prompt, nice and did a great job. While digging for the septic lid, they hit a sprinkler pipe that was not installed correctly. He replaced the pipe and advised on having the sprinkler pipe moved. Also advised on monthly treatment for septic tank. Very pleased with service.
