They were very thorough without doing unnecessary work. His price was fair. He was top of the list in Angies List and there was a coupon which made me choose him to do the work for me. I will use him in the future.

Over last weekend, I noticed my 25 year old primary septic tank was bubbling up in the back yard. I checked the list for Septic Tank Services and called Brian's Septic Service and spoke with Brian. No waiting, no calls left - Brian answered the phone. I explained the problem, he suggested pumping the tank, and also said it sounds like my drain field may be clogged, since most drain fields have an effective life of 20 years . He set an appointment for 1 PM. The operator and assistant arrived in their "Stool Bus" early and were waiting when I arrived a few minutes before 1.After introductions, I found they had already located my septic tank, opened the access cover, and assessed the situation. They backed the (very impressive) tanker into the driveway, linked the hoses to the tank and got to work. While the draining was underway, the operator offered to also clean the secondary tank which services the laundry room, which I agreed to. The price for the primary was $250 and the secondary was $125 for the total of $375.In my opinion, these people were VERY professional, neat and clean about their jobs, most informative (including a discussion of the possible causes and effects of the drainfield aging, suggestions of where to put a replacement field, and approximate cost range to add the replacement field.When I am ready to replace the field in a few months, I will be calling Brian!

Our septic tank was extra deep like 8 feet and we wanted it pumped since we recently bought the house. Back in December we had a different company come out and they couldn't find and said they'd come back with a backhoe. They did not come back. In May, we decided to try again as the drainage in the house was slow. Called Brian, he came out the same day to look at it. (Thursday) gave me and estimate and said he'd come back Saturday with a backhoe. With my permission they completed the work on Saturday even though I was unable to be there on time. They were professional did all the work they said they were going to do and the final bill was less than the estimate. The only thing that I would have different is that when they dug up the area to find the tank they dug up a bush stump that was left in the bushes instead of by the road. It would have been easier for the backhoe to put it by the road than me. I'm sure had I been there and asked they would have. Overall a very pleasant experience and I'll be calling Brian for anything septic that I need.

We had to have our septic tank replaced and a new drain field put in. We thought we were going to have to cut down a lovely old oak tree in the backyard, which would have been very traumatic. Brian came out and said there was no problem leaving the tree. He and his crew showed up on time, did the job in a few hours, and we were very happy with the result.

Brian showed up early, located the septic tank and drain field after exhaustively searching the property (they were not located where the property survey indicated) and thoroughly cleaned the tank. He made sure I understood the entire process, and advised regarding the possible need for a new drain field and potential locations on the property for it. He was the consumate professional during the service call, answering every question completely, no matter how inane.

I have used him only once. He was very timely and did a great job. He located my septic tank. I knew where it was but I didn?t know completely. I had to get him to locate the drain fields too. He was very nice, very helpful, and very professional. He was reasonably priced too.

Brian, the owner and person who did the work, was the person I spoke with from the beginning, unlike other companies that I contacted. He was very contientious, even taking extra steps to pump liquid back into the tank to loosen more sludge so that more could be pumped out. He also took the time to answer my many questions about septic tank systems and their maintenance.

When I called Brian to set up an appointment, he was ready to come out the next day. On the morning he was to come to our house, he called and said he was running early and asked if he could go ahead and come over. He was here and finished the job before our original appointment time. He was very friendly and answered my questions while he pumped the tank.

Brian was excellent throughout the entire process. He was onsite when the permit person came to assess the area, when the work was performed, as well as a follow up visit after completion. As is common, our phone lines were cut accidentally (though the lines were located prior to the work being done). Brian called and met with the phone repair person to ensure that we were back in working order. He went the extra mile to provide great service, and we were very pleased.
