Description of Work: Replaced two parts in AC system. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. We would happily use their service again. (It's been awhile ago so the approx. date of service is very approximate!)

Description of Work: The tech arrive on time and checked out our A/C system as we expected. He was courteous, fairly knowledgeable and diligent. I was very satisfied, but wished he could have explained better the different items that he was checking out. I like to hear what he is doing, what he is looking for and potential symptoms that I can look for in the future. Otherwise, it was well worth the $29.

Description of Work: Not much, he didn't have a ladder. As far as I could tell he only changed the filter, something which I can do. I was very unhappy. Not what I was expecting. Since it was paid upfront I had no recourse. Maybe I misunderstood what sanitizing ducts involved.

Description of Work: This was the second time I have used them; the next is already scheduled for October. They are on time, professional, thorough and their pricing is better than comparable. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: The drain pipe was clogged; they poured white vinegar down the drain, followed by a glass of warm water, and freed it up. I also had installed, per my request, a UV bulb which lasts one year and cost is $159 plus tax.

Description of Work: Besides doing the Tune up on my A/C, the person discovered that the blower capacity was failing. I decided to replace it then so I wouldn't take the chance of damaging the A/C first of all but also, so I wouldn't have to pay a service charge the next time he came out to replace this part, if that was all he had to do. He replaced the part quickly and satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Cleaned mold from plenum and ducts. Also sanitized the air ducts. The technician explained what was to be done, how he would accomplish it, and progress during the cleaning. The entire procedure went very well and he cleaned up any mess that he made, as he progressed.

Description of Work: Unfortunately a technician not only missed the first time window of arrival I was given but the second as well. I didn't get a tech until late at night. The tech did the inspection but then proceeded to tell me that our new thermostat was "junk" after he took it off the wall and couldn't get it to come back on. The thermostat is new and we haven't had ANY problems until that moment. He eventually got it to work but he made it seem like the thermostat was the problem, not the fact that he took |It off and messed with it.
