It got put back up to ceiling rafters , the guy did a good job ,but felt over charged because of the desperate need to get it fixed promptly. Was 1 1/2 hour job for over 700.00

Dustin arrived at the house and looked over the unit and provided several options for addressing the issues. After discussing prices, we decided to replace our 10-year-old unit with a newer 15 SEER Bryant. What can I say about Dustin and Priority Air, TOP NOTCH!!!! They were very polite, on time, did excellent work, and explained every step of the process from start to finish. I have had my unit now for 2 weeks and I can hang meat in my house now compared to the sauna I used to have. I highly recommend this company for your future needs.

It turns out the unit is 20 years old and needs to be replaced but that is not under our control :-(

I found them to be professional, courteous and helpful. After they left I found my UV light wouldn't come on. They came right back out and corrected it at no additional cost.

They were timely, professional and performed work well. Had to call them back a few weeks later for some minor problem and they were out within a few hours and took care of the problem.

they installed the unit today and never slowed down. the two of them worked non-stop and did a great job. they went over the system and showed how to work the new thermostat. excellent attitude, answered questions and cleaned up. for having no a/c fir almost 6 hrs the new system cooled the house qickly. when the time comes to get the spring/fall check ups done, you can be sure we will be calling priority.

Fine. My system is old and it was a patch job knowing I'll need to replace it. I don't think the repairman gave me stuff I didn't need.

Everything went great, was expensive but the quality of service was excellent. The cost for weekend visit wasn't bad and they did not charge me again for second trip. Cost of coil and coolant on Saturday and Monday drove up the cost as it was leaking badly.

I called them as soon as they opened at 7:00am. We were scheduled for that same day. They showed up promptly, were very professional and friendly. He truly went above and beyond. We had our AC back up and running quickly! I would highly recommend them and would hire them in the future!

They use this tune up to get you to buy into spending a lot of money on you air conditioning unit.

.As a new home owner and not knowing the history of the house, I decided to have the ducts, dryer vent cleaned and the heating and air conditioner checked. Robert arrived at the early part of the time frame I was given and set right to work. He was meticulous with every aspect of the duct cleaning and I was impressed. He encouraged me to follow him around to see what he was doing and readily answered any questions I had. The dryer vent cleaning and air conditioning system check up was handled with the same meticulous care and it took him most of the day to get everything done. He is a delightful and professional young man and I purchased the contract so that I can have him come back to check my air conditioner in six months. I can now rest easy knowing that the heating and cooling system is functioning at it's best and that my ducts and dryer vents are clean and problem free. Thank you Robert for a job well done.

ON TIME, PROVIDED SERVICE AS ADVERTISED

This company went out of their way to reschedule because of our mistake. The technician who was extremely courteous and knowledgeable was right on time for the appointment. He worked right thru the job, not wasting any time. This company is the one I would call for any heating or air conditioning service or repairs. Would like to give them an A+ in all categories.

I am so angry i spent $29 for someone to sit in his truck the whole time, i went out to watch him 3 times and he never got a single tool or cleaner out ( i have it serviced every year) nor did he take the cover off ...which i didnt know untill he left after taking off the sprinklers ect from the top it had rained and was dirty and wet...the same marks were there when he left meaning it had not been removed...didnt calibrate the thermostat did not do a single one of the promised 20 pint service list nor did i get an invoice, i just signed a blank page with my finger... I will never use Angie's list again or your company...and i would fire him !!! Wendy Mccall My desired resolution is to be refunded my $29.00 as no work was performed, you have to take out 25 screws and use my hose with cleaner to spray the coils which wasn't done since he never took off the cover.

Checked AC system out. Did not find any issues. I did not like his last parting comment about not make any money on this service.

It went very well. System is 7 years old and after taking about 5-6 tests, was told it is working well. The service went good, the HVAC Technician came in the 2-hour span and he was professional and thorough. Very happy with Priority Air Conditioning and when I need an inspection next year, will use them again.

AC stopped cooling. I called Priority Heating & AC with whom I have a contract, and the repairman arrived within an hour. He fixed the unit and showed me the component that was not working. Because I am under contract, I had a discount on the part and the service call.

Technician did an excellent job of explaining the system as he checked out everything inside and outside the house. The readings on the condenser unit were weak and he suggested a booster element. He showed me how long it took for the condenser to cool down before and after the booster was added. I can feel the difference in the A/C in the house.

I've been a customer for years and once again they have not let me down. The tech today was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and there was no pressure to perform additional work. I asked him to install a float switch on one of my units and he was able to do so. Overall, very satisfied and I would highly recommend them.

He did a great job, showed me everthing that he went over, what was about to go and went by the service part# to see when it was last replaced and how old the parts were. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

They were good. I really liked their service.
