Technician was very efficient and honest- didn't try to sell stuff that wasn't needed.

Came to service system and discovered some problems I am unable to get repaired right now because of price, but tech was very honest and made some great recommendations.

Besides doing the Season Tune Up on the A/C and Heater System, I needed a part replaced and that is what the extra cost was for. He had the part on his truck and was able to replace the part while he was here. He was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use their services again.

Called for quote on motor of Air Handler. Quoted one price and then added a $75 when I called next day to schedule the appointment. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told the owner was busy and would call when he could. Owner did call later on and was a jerk on the phone stating that he didn't care what my concern was and that he had to charge the additional money because of the fuel for his trucks and the pay for his employees. I stated that this wasn't originally quoted and that this pay that he was speaking of was already in his $369 quote. The owner didn't care and said he would take the additional fee down to $59 but couldn't go anymore than that. Owner told me to go somewhere else. I did gladly.

Went well, arrived promptly and seemed to check all that needed checking,

Service man had been here before and was on time. He went right to work doing all the checks and taking all the readings involved. He told me that I had one part that was beginning to fail but was not yet at the reading where it really needed to be replaced. He gave the me the choice to replace it now or later. I chose later because of the cost of the 2-yr. UV light. I had bought a Groupon for $35 that covered the cost of their yearly maintenance, which is usually twice that. He knew I had paid that already and wrote my ticket up for just the bulb, which went on my credit card.

Very professional and courteous. Did exactly what was expected. Very pleasant and friendly technician. The technician took the time to tell us about maintenance requirements, etc. We felt very satisfied when the job was completed. Would definitely recommend.

It was okay. There was no service charge. I had a little gone shy with air conditioning because I do not think that the blower motor was burnt out before. He did the regular service and left. In the afternoon, I thought mainly caught an air. I checked the thermostat and it was like set on and it was poured on hold. He specifically asked me where I kept stay a thermostat on and I told him 78. But he had poured on whatever it was in the 80’s and poured it on hold. So, I called and said if he can walk me through fixing this. He said that he will come right back out. It was 7:00 at night by the time he got here which I thought was really wonderful. However, when he did something with the thermostat, he went in to check the thermostat on the air conditioning system on the garage, and whatever he touched or whenever he touched it, sparks flew and that blew that motor. They were very pleasant and accommodating people. They came out in the evening which was fine. As a matter of fact, when they got the new part, I was about air for like 5 days. They came out but it was like 7:00 and I was grateful to see him. They were very nice and accommodating but I get this weird feeling that that motor was okay until he did whatever he did. And I do not, like it was purposeful. They did just something what happened.

Have been using them for years. Have had major repairs, annual inspections and even had ducts and a new ac installed in new addition to home. Scott is a good guy and has done a great job always along with his techs.

Finally! An honest and trustworthy a/c company! The company that we bought the unit from and signed a yearly contract to maintain it properly...didn't. I won't name names. Scott from Priority explained everything clearly, offered options and was so competent and professional it was a breath of fresh air.

good installation and good follow up on questions about installation

Technician checked out the unit and informed us that the compressor was bad. He then gave us a quote for a new unit. It sounded to me like the compressor was working and that there was obviously some other problem. I contacted another company and they checked the unit and said the compressor was working but that the freon was low do to a leak. Upon examining the condition of the heat exchanger we decided to replace the unit. I believe the unit needed to be replaced but didn't feel I should have been told that the cmpressor was bad.

Called at 11P.M Friday night when the air conditioner went out. I was called back in 20 minutes and an appointment was set up for 8-8:30 Saturday. He had to wait a few hours because of heavy rain but was back when the rain stopped. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour (blown capacitor) ran a system check and had everything fixed in an hour. This was done without outrageous weekend labor fees by a courteous well groomed service person, Will definitely keep their information for future user.

Our unit is working silently and 100% efficiently now. We have been able to rely on honest service from this company. Also, capable representatives. We were even given a coupon book for restaurants, businesses, etc. good until 08/10.

They did what they said they would do. They were on top of things, and they provided good service and sold us a good unit.
