Description of Work: "After receiving a bill on 2/26/16 that was extremely high for the services that were performed, I called and asked for an itemized bill and to speak/Jason. I was told that he was not available and my E-mail address was given. On Monday the 29th I had not heard from them, called again and asked to speak with Jason. I was told he was in a meeting and the info would be given to him. I have not had a response! | | "

Description of Work: "We have been VERY frustrated by the largely incompetent performance of Florida Vendors EXCEPT for DOC's which is a rare port in the storm. They have always been on time, communicate, extremely well, do a great job, and have fair pricing. | |I cannot recommend them highly enough, and not only would use them again but have been doing so for the last 5 months as new projects come up and we want a trusted and competent vendor to do the work! [:-)}"

Description of Work: Doc's Restorations has a great employee named Josh who did excellent work to repair some stucco damage I had on a back wall & corner. A quality job done on time and on budget. While they were out I had them get me a quote on painting and thought it was a high quote. But the repair job was great and priced reasonably. Would definitely use again for repairs.

Description of Work: The subcontractors were wonderful, polite, very skilled, and cleaned up well. The painter was Awesome! |I felt that the communication from office workers could have been better, but I let them know. For instance, when I was expecting them at 9:00, I called at 9:30 to ask where the workers were. I was told they were delayed because of the rain. Fine, but it would have been better if someone had called me. Also I wasn't aware that the trim work was to take place on a different day, which was Monday, so the rooms were still torn up over the weekend.

Description of Work: They were efficient in installing a custom cabinet under bar in kitchen.

Description of Work: Renovations on both bathrooms. We took out the tub in one bathroom and installed a large shower and redid the stall in the other bathroom. We used Bellastone for both showers and also on the countertops. We refaced the vanities and tiled the floors. Bathrooms look great. Doc's was great to work with. They are prompt, professional and clean. Communication wasn't always perfect but I really have no complaints. The will be coming back to tile my kitchen floor soon and I suspect we will use them for other projects in the future as well.

Description of Work: Estimation was 3 x cost of others for painting, crown molding of entire house plus bathroom cabinet replacement. Went with someone else who was able to do all jobs for fraction of Doc's cost plus the job was well done and on time. When I told Doc's their price was waaaay higher than others the salesman then said he could negotiate-I value my time way to much to deal with this type of business.

Description of Work: Removed existing wall. Installed ceramic floor tile. New kitchen cabinetcs. And granite counter tops stalled new electric fixtures.i felt they went a step beyond there obligations in trying to please. But did not feel we received the full 10% off labor for Angie list members. Separate labor costs were not broken down.

Description of Work: Doc's Restoration installed a tile floor on my lanai. While they were more expensive than their competitors, I decided to use their services based on previous work that they did for me. They arrived on time and completed the work, as promised. I would recommend Doc's Restoration.

Description of Work: I joined Angie's List so I could get competent workers, they had such a high rating on Angie's List so now I am wondering who wrote the reviews. I contracted Doc's Restorations and sign a contract on July 8th 2014 to refinish my cabinets in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms and a wet bar, they gave me a price and I paid half on the 8th of July. I was told they would start the first week of Aug, which went passed with no word. I called and they didn't know anything about it. I was then told I could have new cabinets for the same price I can't go though the whole story but I will say they didn't answer my calls couldn't tell when they would start. I ask if I could buy extra tile that I had chosen for my backsplash I wanted to trim my fireplace with the same tile It took them 2 weeks and many calls by me to find out how much it would cost. They held up my tile man because they would come one day and maybe show up the next week. I was not living in the condo at the time so I would come over and wait and no one told me they were not coming. bottom line they finally finished around the 5th of Sept., but not really. They were short 2 knobs, two handles, and on shelf, which they will finally get to me Oct 8th. I printed out Angie's coupon which said 10% off, no expiration . I told my sales men who said it was just on labor but the coupon didn't say that. I see they have changed the coupon now. I hope they are going to honor Angie's list coupon the way they should we will see. If you choose to use them keep on top of them but I would suggest not using them. I am disappointed in Angie's List.

Description of Work: Replaced counters in two bathrooms with new material. Performed on time as contracted and at price estimate given.

Description of Work: Repaired a section of roof. Did great work, matched shingles and replaced several boards and decking.
