Doc's Restorations

We contracted Doc's Restoration to build a custom pantry cabinet for our kitchen to match the style of the existing base and wall cabinets. From our first call to request a quote to the final quality control inspection after installation, every step in the process was executed with the utmost professionalism and kindness. We love it and Doc's Restoration is first class in all aspects of their business. Prior to the cabinet project, my wife and I hired Doc's Restoration to perform handyman services on our recently purchased house and their performance was impeccable. We recommend Doc's Restoration without hesitation.

They were immaculate, they guarantee their work, they have a different person to come and check their to make sure that the client is satisfied and the work is done correctly.

They are not cheap but they did an excellent service and they met my satisfaction.

Began the design process on June 12,2020. Deposit of $2576.60 paid toward total cost of $5153.20. Still waiting for the drawers to be installed. They measured drawer fronts incorrectly and had to reorder. Also installed inferior particleboard drawers with cheap soft close mechanisms that did not always close. And I had specified NO particle board of any kind in the bathroom. The design consultant said the drawers were a mistake and would be replaced, but if I did not call it to their attention I am sure they would have done nothing about it . So now it is Sept. 27 and I am waiting for a date to complete the work. I do not feel that I got my money’s worth. Overcharged and underdelivered. Complicated sliding glass door installation DOC'S GETS IT DONE RIGHT. In a world of no service contractors that don't return calls, don't show up to appointments and worse don't know or care what their doing Doc's got the work done correctly.

Very well. Job was clean and nice results.

Signed contract/gave deposit 6/2/17. Work not started until Mid September. 2017. Virtually no contact unless I called them. Work dragged on until final payment on January 31, 2018. June 14. 2018 still waiting for "warranty" work where they still haven' t installed a much needed downspout. And still can't get a response.

Went well. Offered to come back and regrout if the grouting was not sufficient the first time.

Everything was done very professionally and in a timely manner. The person who performed the estimate for repairs was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what needed to be done to restore the damage properly. Their employees were helpful, courtesy and very good at their jobs. Once the job was complete it is as if the damage never existed. I am very pleased with Doc's and will use them for future repairs and upgrades. I also strongly recommend them for anyone who has need of this type service.

Bill showed up on time, called ahead before he got here and immediately went to work. He was efficient and effective working in the laundry room and on the roof. We have used Doc's before and they were excellent then as well.

They did a beautiful job! Very pleased and very pleasant people to work with.

When I called I thought the fellow was coming to give me an estimate. But he came with another guy and the jobs were done right away and under an hour. I was very pleased.

Got two other quotes which were considerably lower than Docs. Went with a handyman for $40/hour who made plumbing, electrical and other repairs which were completed in a more than satisfactory manner.

Excellent work. Price per hour was higher, but work was performed very quickly...about 2/3 the time I had estimated. Unfortnuately, they can't do plumbing ot electrical or we would have had them do more. Frank was very good!!

Extremely well, with reasnable price and fast service

This company is fantastic. They have been the best company we have worked with in this area. The solid surface shower is beautiful and the details are exceptional compared to what we researched with other companies. The quartz countertops are gorgeous! All the work done was of high quality. Everyone was punctual, professional, and personable. The first thing every person did was lay drop cloths down over the floors they were going to walk over to get to the bathrooms. They all cleaned up after the work was done and replaced any items moved during the work. Josh was excellent in all he did. He pulled the old shower out and prepped it for the new shower and plumbing fixtures, caulked, repaired drywall holes and painted the repaired areas where needed as well as helped with the repair of tile grout in areas where it was missing from the house settling. The 10yr old grout was difficult to match. They were not satisfied with the initial grout we picked and reapplied new grout 3 times.They succeeded with a perfect match the third time. All the individuals who worked on our bathrooms arrived when scheduled or called us if they were going to be delayed which was rare.. Stacy, the project manager, or her assistant Addie contacted us almost every day to ask how things were going and if we had any questions or issues. When we emailed Stacy with questions she got right back to us within a reasonable time even on the weekend. Stacy met with us prior to the work starting to go over the schedule as to what was going to be done any given day and who the people were who were doing the work. They were open to some additional tasks added to the original contract such as taking the old ceramic towel racks out and provided these at a reasonable additional cost. The plumbing and electrical work was done by subcontractors who were also punctual and professional and did an excellent job. They were open to our purchasing the sinks, lights, and plumbing fixtures to be installed. The best is we have a 10 yr warranty on the solid surface shower and 5 yr warranty on the all the work done by Docs! We are extremely happy with all the work done by this company and their contractors and highly recommend them. We will definitely use them in the future for any work we need done at our home.

It was all very good; their professionalism, clean up and service. They did what I asked them to do, when I asked them to do it and there was a slight change because the estimator did not include a box price on one of the counters. So I had them add that to it which they did and I just had to pay materials on that basically.

Workmanship is high quality and workers performed at a high level.

Provider did a very good job repairing a gutter that was coming off of the house. They also cleaned debris from all the gutters as part of the service.

Waited a long time for a response to our phone call asking for a quote. We wanted a new kitchen cabinet and replacement of the old granite countertop. When a man finally called, it was still quite a wait before he could schedule a visit to our home to look at the project. Then, it took SEVERAL months before they finally contacted us with a quote. It had been so long, we actually forgot about them. In the meantime, we had the job completed by an excellent craftsman. The job was completed at about 35% less than the quote from Doc's ... with better quality materials. I will NEVER bother contacting Doc's Restoration again. Can't imagine how they managed positive reviews from other reviewers.

He came, never measured, gave pamphlet,and never submitted a bid even after several emails requesting bid. Would rate "f" but at least showed up! Too big a job I guess?

called office to request handyman services and dryer cleaning. called back promptly and told someone would be there in the morning. handyman arrived promptly and fixed door that had come off hinges and wouldn't close. he also replaced a broken ceramic tile in shower. another tech arrived and did dryer vent cleaning. both were very professional and did a great job. would use company again.
