Description of Work: Wonderful nothing they cant do and if its not done right they come back to fix it. I don't know what I would do without them. They are trustworthy I feel very comfortable with them just coming into my home They are doing handyman work for me at this time. I have never seen anything like the punctuality that they have they are always on time.

Description of Work: Staff extremely helpful in making choices for materials during kitchen remodel. Recommendations included cost considerations which were helpful as they did not steer me towards the most expensive cabinets, tile, back splash, etc. The drawing helped me to visualize the final product. I can't say enough good things about Jimmy's installation of my cabinets. They were installed to the ceiling. His attention to detail and skills shine through the installed cabinets. I was kept apprised of schedule, when items were coming in and who would be coming out to do the work. The personnel were professional, beyond competent and communicated.

Description of Work: in 2011 Docs built two hutches and kitchen cabinets and put in quartz counter top. In 2012 they re furbished a kitchen closet to house a washer and dryer.

Description of Work: Remove and replace 1,800 sf. of screening for patio and birdcage walls and 8 X 12 ft. birdcage roof and 3ft. screen door.

Description of Work: Contacted Docs on the ninth of July to get an estimate to rebuild a wall between my two bedrooms and to remodel my bathroom. He showed up 4 days later and told me he would have estimate in the next couple of days. I waited 8 days before calling him to see if he had the figures. He didnt and another couple of days went by before I called him again. He said he would stop by that Friday morning. He did show up and we discussed several other things . Again he was to get back to me. To make a long story short, I got another estimate from a different company in the meantime, and when I never heard from Docs again I called to cancel his services. If they didnt want to do the job all they had to do was say so. They will not hear from me again.

Description of Work: Screen repair for exterior "bird cage".

Description of Work: the furniture is resin wicker and difficult to cover, but he took it away and when he brought it back, it looked great. He also moved some furniture for me. I asked him to do some indoor special painting for me and he will be doing that 5/25 (today) he has done a great job--love it. very neat and looks terrific.I am very pleased and will use Doc;s again.

Description of Work: We have an older home and the screen door on the slider needed new rollers so it would stay on & open and close.

Description of Work: House, deck, and shed were sprayed with chlorine based solvent for mold and then pressure washed. Rotted facia board had to be replaced Stucco paint had to be mixed with correct size and amount of pieces to match existing Stucco paint. New topcoat paint had to be applied that would be mold resistant for years to come.

Description of Work: We contracted with a representative from Doc Restoration for a small remodel of our laundry/utility room which included 3 new cabinets, custom-made table for over washer and dryer, sink and plumbing basics, and open shelving. We were relying on the abilities of the workers to build what they designed. In addition to this project we had a new window installed, fixed cabinet under ktichen sink, hung some items on the wall, and built a custom cabinet in a small bathroom. Some of our complaints included issues such as the custom-made table not fitting in the space properly; formica not cut correctly and corners looking worn instead of new; shelving not matching the look expected and size of faucet selection not fitting the space. Problems were resolved but solutions were a compromise on our part. The biggest complaint was communication and timeliness as this project took almost 3 months to complete from contract agreement and many times workers were pulled off the job to work at another customer's job or for reasons of which we were not aware. Within a week of our final deadline and work not yet completed we called the company and the owner and manager came out to the house to personally discover what we were upset about. We appreciated the personal touch at service and the job did get finished very soon after this visit. We requested more services for some smaller projects a few weeks later (after expressing to them we would give them a second chance) and we experienced similar issues. Worker not arriving on time, leaving to do other things, promising to finish after a trip to the store but never coming back or calling to say it would be the next day before a return visit. Another call to the office and again apologies and promises and reasons why this worker did not finish the job. Our expectations for this company's work was set by comments made about them on Angie's List and so we were disappointed by our experience. Growth is a good thing when it comes to business but being spread to thin to meet the demands of the increased workload is not. Workers complaining about their jobs while on the job does not make a customer feel good about doing future business with the company either. Our grade is C overall (which honestly felt like a D because we were expecting A work.)

Description of Work: They repaired some damaged face boards and replaced a screen wall to my home.

Description of Work: The services included removing damaged stucco exterior wall, wire, plywood, down to the wood studs. Determined extent of damage and replaced studs (sistered), installed new layers to exterior wall including stucco finish and new gutter.

Description of Work: Called to have 6 vent caps installed at my Fl. home. They charged me $161.00 to place 6 "caps" on exhaust vents. I could not believe it. Needless to say, I will NEVER call them again.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough good things about this company. I dealt mainly with Ron from the estimate to the work performed and explaining the final invoice. All work performed were of the highest quality. Finished job on time. Very understanding and agreeable to almost daily changes in work order. I highly recommend them for small to large jobs.
