Excellent work. They came within hours of my call and did excellent work at a very reasonable price. They also applied the Angie's coupon, which lowered the price even more. Micheal is friendly, courteous, and helpful. What else could you ask for? We will be happy to hire him again. My neighbor already has followed our recommendation and has used his service.

Everything went well. He was flexible about scheduling and came when he said he would.

Didn't cover bushes and the chemicals burned the bushes on 3 sides of the house. 4th side has no bushes.

Mike and his crew arrived exactly on time! They cleaned my driveway, sidewalk, and pathway in less than an hour. It looks clean and bright. I would definitely recommend this company's services.

The patio has never been cleaner plus they cleared out the drains and debris. The driveway had a big stain from AC condensate and it is gone. They have special equipment for tough jobs like this one. Very happy with their service and speed.

Michael (and Sammy) were very punctual and professional. They removed all the furnishings and plants around the pool area (and put them back!!!) after the cleaning. The white screen enclosure was quite moldy looking....but they made it bright white again. Very easy to do business with and will use them again. Highly recommended!

Great! Even though I gave him very short notice, Mike was able to work my job into his schedule. He replied promptly to all of my messages in order to do so. He was extremely polite in person as well, and made sure that I knew he and his employees had arrived before starting any work on the patio. Price was extremely reasonable. Michael was fun to work with. He's a very funny person and I enjoyed having him. He cleans very well and has all the attributes that a customer is looking for i.e. arrives on time, keeps you in the loop by phone, does a great job etc.

Michael did a great job. The wall looks new, like it had just been painted. I will continue to call on Michael to do all the pressure washing and painting at my home (Michael painted my trim last year and it looks great). He is reliable, honest and fair.

I have never been disappointed with this fella. He's responsive, flexible and does a great job. I usually have a lot of furniture on the Patio and they are cautious with it. He's a professional with great prices.

They arrived on time. I feel that it could have been a better job on cleaning the driveway and I will contact the provider to discuss that.

Michael gave me an estimate the day that i called him. He and his helper arrived on time, moved everything out of the lanai and did a thorough cleaning of all areas specified above. Everything was neatly replaced in the lanai and surrounding areas.

Mike did an excellent job and went "the extra mile" in providing great service. The weather had not cooperated and the appointment date had to be changed but as soon as skies cleared he was here and got the job done with efficiency, and thoroughness. He was exceptionally courteous and very kind in the help he provided.
