DESTROYED MY PLANTS: While my roof is clean, he destroyed all my beautiful plants and grass so my house looked terrible for the holidays and still looks terrible two months later. When I sent him pictures of the damage he DENIED RESPONSIBILITY. He said: "I'm very sorry YOU THINK IT WAS US we can do will machine next time for you to feel safe but THEY WILL COME BACK WITH THE RAIN I do apologise." Attached are pictures from shortly after the cleaning and pictures from two months later. You can see that the damage was very clearly caused by the pressure washing and was significant. If you hire him, be prepared for your plants to look like this too for many months to come.

Michael's business says they are open late hours and true to word Michael answered the phone late night on a Saturday. He showed up to my house that Monday and did a phenomenal job cleaning my driveway (even the HOA was pleased, tough task). I recommend this business to all my friends now and I invite this community to hire Michael as well. He is definitely my "pressure washing guy" now.

A couple of good jobs were completed in a crunch with a lot of flexibility.

Michael and Sammy arrived as promised. It had been one and one half years since he was here cleaning the roof (tile). Once again, the roof looks like new a very professional job and a great person to work with. The price is very good and I will continue to use his service.

I am so pleased with the overall experience. They called the day before to confirm, arrived on time (early, in fact!) and were very courteous. They were very thorough, and everything looks amazing. The pool cage looks new! I definitely recommend and will absolutely hire again.
