I spoke to Jason on the phone, he was very professional and courtious. He does not do pool main. in my area but after knowing he wasnt going to get my business, he still gave me tips about my pool. He referred me to another pool company who is also highly rated on Angieslist. His referral was prompt, cleaned my pool the following morning and dropped off an invoice, educated me on all the pool equiptment.

Jason returned my call promptly and came the next day to repair a pool leak. He was extremely courteous and punctual. He quickly fixed the pool leak and even added chlorine to our pool to help with an algae problem we were having as a result of the leak. He called a week later to make sure we were happy with his services. Another pool leak detection company wanted nearly $300 to come check for leaks. I would not hesitate to use Jason in the future, and I highly recommend him!

Jason removed an old pool pump & filter and replaced it with new ones that I had purchased awhile ago. He also fixed a leaky pool light. He was on time, neat, clean, efficient, and his price was better. He was good.

Then, for some unknown reason, we noticed a slight leak around the seal of gasket leading to the pump. Jason came out within several hours and fixed the issue without any additional charge. I only estimated that his parts and labor cost $20 for this recent visit, but he charged us nothing for the follow-up. He is outstanding! I highly recommend him.

He knew exactly what was wrong. He is a young guy, but he is very knowledgeable. No monkey business and I would highly recommend him.

The previous guy who used to come doesn't do well and this new guy is wonderful and excellent. He goes above and beyond what the other guy did. I am impressed that he would do stuffs more than the other guy for the price. He always comes when he is supposed to be here.

We played phone tag twice. Having just moved here only a few days ago I was busy getting established into my new house. He called when I was away and in the middle of something. I returned the call but never heard back. So he didn't get my business. I'm hoping he was just too busy with a lot of work but he still should have tried to follow up.

I noticed that the pool pump was leaking when i went to shut it off one day.Checked Angies List and called Jason at Precision Pool and Spa.He was here the next day when he said he would be. He looked at everything and turned on the pump.. as soon as it leaked, he took the pump apart and showed us what was wrong. He replaced gaskets and something else. ( i can't remember what it was)All is still well and pump has run ~ 9 hours a day since his repair and no leaks apparent. He said to call him if we had any leaks the next day. Jason is professional & knowledgeable. We would use Precision Pool and Spa again with out hesitation and recommend him and Precision Pool and Spa. Thank you Jason.

i had just bought a house and the pool needed help. the pool was sitting for a few months and the waterfalls werent working. apparently the falls had a seperate pump which was taken out before i bought the house. . jason came to the house to evaluate the system and told me i didnt need to spend money on anothe pump that the pump that ran the filter was powerful enough. jason came to the house the following saturday and performed the work and got everything working as promised. jason could of sold me another pump but he didnt and it saved me plenty of money. jason is honest and personable and i would highly recommend him

I called Precision Pools and Jason answered, I told him the problem I was having with my pool and he came out the next day. He was able to pick up a new part and fix it the same day. He is professional and kind and is very accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend his services.

Jason was very prompt, both in returning my phone call and in showing up for the appointment. This was the initial consultation and services were also performed that day. Jason was very knowledgeable and answered all my (and my friend's) questions--and there were a lot of them! He took special care to keep my patio clean and discussed both immediate and long-term goals in maintaining my pool. I need a new filter for the pump and a basket for the skimmer. Jason took a moment to order them on the spot and said he'd drop them off in a few days. Although this was my first meeting with him, I felt very confident in Jason's abilities, professionalism and even his sense of humor. :)

After a cold snap, our pool pump stopped working. I called Jason after finding him on Angie's List when my pool builder couldn't get out to fix it for over a week. Jason was at the house first thing the next morning, quickly diagnosed it to be a simple problem, and explained the problem in detail to my husband. He replaced the part the same day at a very reasonable price. He also kept me posted on the status of the repair and let me know when it was completed and we were up and running again. He was very polite and honest. We would definitely use him again.

Jason is just the best. I bought a foreclosure house and the vinyl 32 x 16 pool was a swamp. Jason cleaned and saved the pool (amazing). It took a long time before I could afford a new liner and Jason work diligently to keep the pool working in the meantime. I have used Jason ever since for weekly pool cleaning and maintenance. When ever I need him to check on something or whatever, he comes out promptly. He is honest, very knowledgeable and hard working. Highly recommend!!

Jason came and evaluated the problem and gave me and estimate. The problems with the control device showed up when we were trying to get things running. He determined what the problem was and fixed it, saving me the expense of ordering a new part. It is obvious he is very honest and also pleasant to work with. Even with the additional time required to do the repair do the repair he stayed firm on the original estimate. You will not go wrong with Jason and his company.

I contacted Jason at Precision Pool. He was punctual, friendly, and professional. He looked at the pump and that filter housing and quickly told me that I wouldn't need to replace the pump or the housing. To be clear, he could have easily taken advantage of me and made much more money. It is refreshing, particularly in this economy, to find an honest professional who does good work at a fair price. He made the needed repairs and everything is working beautifully. I will definitely call Jason/Precision Pool for all of my future pool issues.
