They did the job without me being present. Everything has been functioning well since. I have hired the company for my pool maintenance. The two brothers make for a easy to consult and responsive contractor. Good experience overall.

I call with the problem, even though I have at the time a different pool maintenance company. Jason understood and went to check. It diagnosed correctly and went later to replace the damaged part on the timer. It accepted pool maintenance and It has been doing this so far great. Very professional

When my pool pump stopped working I checked Angies list for a repair person. Precision pools was well reviewed and close by. The owner, Jason, came by and within no time diagnosed and repaired the issue. I thought I needed a new pump motor which was over $300 but Jason replaced a small electrical part for $40. Saved my day and saved me money. Thanks Jason !!

Outstanding work! Our Hot Springs spa needed a new circulation pump - thought it was a much bigger problem. Jason came within a day, quickly identified the problem, assisted us with getting correct part quickly, then can back within two days to do the repairs. All for a very fair price. Bravo!

I contacted this company for an estimate via Angie's List and within a day Jason, the owner, responded. We made arrangements for him to stop by my house while I was at work and he would call me afterwards with the estimate. When I got home from work, sitting on our counter, was a note from Jason. He had a second hand timer and replaced it free of charge, including putting a wire guard on. We want to update the look of our pool when the budget allows and Precision Pools and Spa is who we will give our business to! Excellent customer service!

Jason, the owner of the company and his brother came over on time and quoted me a price for weekly pool and spa service. My prior service was progressively getting sloppier by the week. I have a large pool and spa with screens missing so it was pretty dirty. They cleaned my pool until it sparkled! I haven't seen it that clean in a long time! We just had the screens repaired so the job won't be as tough, now. He is also going to do some repairs on the pool.

Not enough accolades ...two brothers work together and they are great! Very professional, friendly, polite, dependable and thorough. My pool has never looked better. I definitely recommend this company.
