Description of Work: Replaced bathtub, repaired leak, corrected the hot and cold water lines which had been previously reversed, installed new fixtures, set us up with a really good tile guy who replaced all the surrounding tile. They were all very, very punctual. We were extremely pleased with the service we received.

Description of Work: The hot water was tepid. They replaced the element and showed me how t drain the system to extend it's life. They never tried to sell me a new heater even though it is 10 years old. I have used them before and they are reasonably priced, a good value. John's plumber's are very professional and helpful. Always on time.

Description of Work: The owner Ken came out saw us on a Easter Holiday weekend. We had a shower valve that would not shut off. Which meant we had no choice but to turn off the water. So no toilet.....can't start cooking....do dishes... I'm to prepare the holiday meal :(...ugh! He came out within the hour....had all the right parts & tools....fixed it quickly. He replaced the old shower cartridge inside the shower shutoff valve that was 40 yrs old & cororide inside the valve. I was so appreciative that his responsive was so prompt. Thank you Ken...you were my life saver :) I thought he was polite, prompt...and honest. I would use him again... So nice to have people care enough to come on a holiday. Thank you.....again. I would recommend this company to anyone.... I could not have been more excited to have Ken willing to help us. &....I....told my husband to keep his day job :) From now on I'll call Ken!!!!
