It was a quick and timely repair

I purchased this package on Sunday and then called them on Monday morning to see if they could come out that day. Tracy was wonderful and it was scheduled for around 2 that afternoon. They actually arrived a bit early and repaired the door in about an hour and a half. They were very professional, did a very thorough job of finding the issues which needed to be repaired and then fixed the door. The new nylon rollers are some much quieter and the door is operating perfectly. I would definitely hire them again.

Extremely quick service. Came next day. There was additional work that needed to be done outside the scope of the Angie's List coupon, but were given a discount for those services as well. Also we got a 5 year warranty on the work. Would definitely hire again.

right on time and extremely knowledgeable. immediately identified and fixed the problems: safety eyes, springs, and door out of balance. also programmed two more openers for us that we had on hand. in comparison so smooth and quiet going up and down now - just like new. excellent work!! highly recommend!!

Very Well. He did the tune uo and then our sensors were not working so for $79 he rewired them so now it is safe.

I would certainly use them again. I was very pleased with them. They didn't charge for the service call because it was free. They charged for the parts and labor. I was very happy with them and they were very prompt.

It was okay. I'm not sure I needed it. I thought it was probably a bit of a come on because they say they will come out for $25 and then for them to touch anything, it's probably $100 so I wouldn't recommend them. Our house was still under warranty and I should have just followed up with the company that did the installation, and they would have probably done that for free, but I went with my emotion so I just continued with it. The technician was a nice guy and knew what he was doing, but it was my fault for not pursuing this with the company that did the installation since we were still under warranty. It was clear that for the basic fee that they charged, they weren't going to do anything. They would have done what he did and then he would probably spend another 15-20 minutes so we can do other things. They were expensive. He fixed all the issues I had. He was very responsive. This guy should have told me upfront. This was my own fault for not pursuing this further. He was a good salesman.

Technician arrived early, Did a thorough job lubricating the wheels and the mechanics of the garage door. Even re-set the door to where it opens more efficiently. Made suggestions to future repairs that may need to be done.

They were excellent. The owners name is Tracey, she was wonderful. She came out with the repair person. They not only did that, but when the door opened, it was squeaking so they replaced the bearing rollers. I looked on the internet and the price wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I called them and I don't think I got the phone hung up before she called back and asked me if there was an emergency. I said well I can't get in and out of the garage. She said will you be home in 20 minutes and ok we'll be right there, don't worry. They were wonderful, and then she came with him. She said she likes to go out every now and then with her workers to make sure everything is going well. She is super nice.

It's an older manual garage door...it's still in good condition and having it looked at helps. With the exception of my 8 am - 10 am appointment not occurring until very late afternoon due to multiple "emergency calls" on their end, everything else went smoothly.

I'm a pretty handy DIY'er but this is one job that needed to be done right. Dave, the tech knew exactly what to do. He knows all the tricks that a DIY'er would overlook and would wind up calling for service anyway. Angie's List and the vendor had a coupon special for this service. Let me tell you it was worth every dollar. I'm super happy my garage door opens/closes quietly and correctly. Thank you Dave.

The guy who showed up was nice enough and pleasant. However he really didn't do anything other than spray some WD40 on the tracks and tighten the chain which made the door more noisy. Wanted to sell me new springs for 180 bucks. Dont waste your money !

I can't say enough about Guaranteed Garage Repair. I had Jim come out to repair a broken spring on my garage door in 2011. I opted not to change out the second spring; why change it out if it isn't brtoke. Instead I changed out my rollers as they are in bad shape. It took 6 years for the other spring to go. I contacted Tracey and she scheduled my repair same day at the same price from 6 years age. They really stand behind their customers. I would recommend them to anyone needing a garage door repair.

When the garage door spring broke, both of our vehicles were trapped in the garage. My disabled son had therapy the following morning so it was imperative that the spring be replaced the same day it broke. Guaranteed Garage Repair responded immediately to my Home Advisor inquiry and the technician responded that evening after 5:00 P.M. "James" did an excellent job replacing the spring and took the time to explain to me what caused the spring to break in the first place. More than satisfied with James's explanation, I know it will be many years before this spring will wear out.

There repairman was very proffesional and the work was done very quickly.

They followed up on my request for service promptly. Provided same day service and showed up right on time. Quote was fair, and work was carried out in a timely manner. I was dealt with professionally. The work has held up to date.
