I don’t even know where to start from the time that I spoke to the office the staff was more than professional the technician showed up so fast I thought he was in my driveway while I was making the appointment he took the time to walk through the job explained everything to me did all the repairs adjusted everything he needed to explain everything to me and I have a garage door that operates like the day that I bought it thank you again for your professionalism and your staff.

Excellent- i contacted them outside Angie’s LIST ORIGINALLY TO GET MY QUOTES STARTED AND THEY WERE ABLE TO BEAT THE COMPETITION , obtain my permit and install within 3 days. Great workmanship and excellent customer service experience. I would highly recommend them.

I can't tell you how happy and relieved we were. The spring broke the night before on a very heavy garage door which trapped our car in the garage. I called first thing in the morning and the technician, Derrick, was here in less than an hour. He was extremely knowledgable, explained all that he needed to do as well as offered solutions and alternatives, since the door springs and unit were almost 22 years old. He worked very quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after the job, and even took the time to preprogram and talk us through the setup, saving us hours of trying to learn on our own. We absolutely will call Guaranteed Garage repair with any of our garage door needs!

It was exceptional, they were able to come out right after a storm. I called the early morning. They came within the window time frame. They were licensed and certified with warranties and everything. They were very friendly, but the price was high but it was fair for the quality of the work.

The tech was fantastic, professional, and fair. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

I have no complaints on his services just for the pricing.

The technicians arrived promptly, inspected the garage door, and gave me a firm estimate. They replaced the rubber strip on the bottom of the door, replaced several rollers, and balanced the spring tension. I was very pleased with their work.

It went well! All metal joints lubricated. The door is more quiet now. I did have to ask if the tech would check the tension in the chain and an adjustment was made. I think any moving parts should be included and checked. Overall, very pleased, any questions were answered satisfactory. I would call this company again.

Very good. I used Angie's $99 discount but had to pay additional for the job. I was told that I needed longer rollers for a fee which was in the description of the package offered....

All is well with the door now. I can now sneak in and out the door without the strange sound going off each time.

Did a very good job he also had to adjust spring on the door when putting in the new system my garage. did not have a garage door opener to start with so had a lot to set up.. work was done quickly has worked perfectly since installed

The mess it was in was sorted in less than 2 hours. I was grateful for the work done and very fast response - I called the number Labor Day just to get opening times from the answering machine, but they answered! And they arrived next day! but I thought at over $200/ hr this was expensive, it wasn't an emergency, but of course I wanted it done quickly. The cost is the only reason why I couldn't give a better rating, but maybe I am being unfair, perhaps this is the going rate for a garage door tech? No parts were needed, one guy, labor only. I think the springs still need adjusting after I added some more wood to door while finishing the repair, and the resetting of the opener (as advised by them after adding wood) didn't work - door struggles to open, but I shall do this myself due to potential cost.

Technician James was very thorough and knowledgeable recommended I rollers on doors but because of time constraints couldn't do it will reschedule for later this month or the next. Would use them again.

Really glad I got this done because I needed new change and a new remote I also needed a remote control for that door. They did a fabulous job

Persons stated I needed new rollers for $160.00 to correct issue. I was suspect of their assessment due to their insistence I needed this repair. I refused and upon subsequent inspection found my rollers to be in satisfactory condition. My issue was wholly unrelated to their diagnoses and I suspect the intent was to run up fees.
