The day after I made the on-line purchase of the Tune-Up deal, I received a telephone message from the owner, Tracey, advising that they could have a Technician come out between 8:00a and 10:00am on the third day that I had listed among my choices for dates for the service call, with a request that I contact them to confirm that this date and time would work for us. I also received an e-mail from Tracey advising of the same. I sent a reply e-mail advising that that date and time frame would be fine. My husband and I waited, expecting the Technician to arrive between 8:00a and 10:00a as scheduled. When the Technician had not arrived by 10:10a, I called the owner and inquired about the delay. She said that the Technician may have been delayed as a result of something on his first job that day. I responded that I understood that unexpected things can occur, but we would have appreciated a call advising us of a delay and an approximate time when we could expect the Technician to arrive. Tracey said the Technician was usually good about calling customers if he was going to be delayed, and she would call him to find out when we could expect him. About 15 minutes after I called Tracey, the Technician arrived. About 15 minutes after the Technician arrived, Tracey called back and advised that we could expect the Technician to arrive in about 20 minutes, to which I responded that he had arrived 15 minutes ago and was already at work. The Technician was very polite, professional and knowledgable, and able to get our garage door opener back on track. He did a thorough inspection and tune-up. He determined that our Sensor was bad, as were our Rollers, which was not surprising considering how long it had been since we had had a tune-up done. We knew ahead of time that repairs, &/or replacement of any parts, were not part of the tune-up deal and were an additional charge (in our case, $328.00). Despite our garage being extremely hot and humid from typical late-June summer temperatures (although we did put a fan out there to cool things down a bit while he worked, and offered him a Gatorade) the Technician worked steadily until the job was done. When he was done, we could not believe what a difference in how smoothly and quietly our garage door now opens and closes. Except for the slight tardiness, it was a very positive experience and we would not hesitate to hire Guaranteed Garage Service again, or to recommend this company to others.

Called Tracey at 8am. She moved the schedule around and was able to get some out by 9am. Within a half our goat was freed and door was fixed.

The lubed the garage door and fixed on of the lights that was not working. They dide a super job.

I called at 5:02, they said they would be here between 6 and 7pm. They arrived at 6:02! Very friendly, fixed "eyes" on floor, said rollers were shot, gave me 10% off because I'm a teacher. A little more than I thought it would be but I believed them because they were cool, and I am not a garage door professional, lol :-)

Very well. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Do need additional wheels for door tract and there was no sales pressure by technician to purchase them, which I appreciated.

initially, went very well; timely and everything was in working order. i left for 2 months and upon return, the garage door opener did not work. i called in the morning and the owner and service tech arrived in the afternoon and replaced the circuit board. the owner explained that my garage springs needed adjusting which put too much strain on the opener; she indicated this should have been explained to me initially. they made some adjustments and performed some other needed service work (for a modest fee). overall rating of B is based on the initial work. the second visit was very responsive. the owner and service tech were very professional and knowledgeable. would definitely call them for any garage door related services.

They fixed the door and then a few days later we had a horrible thump noise when the door opened. I called them and they came back the evening I called, assessed the situation, fixed it and there was no additional charge. It works like a charm!

They were prompt and found some issues that were corrected that could have caused problems if left in place.
