Description of Work: We are just shopping around for flooring that plan on having installed in June. The salesperson was very professional and helpful. We decided against them because they use independent installers and do not guarantee their work and you have to pay the installers separately.

Description of Work: Had existing carpet and tile removed in entire 2200 sq ft home. Replaced with porcelain tile that looks like wood- 5x32 inch tiles. Dave was our salesperson with Direct Floors and he was great to work with and did everything he could to get us the best price. He followed through on everything and made sure we were satisfied once the job was complete. Carlos and his team did the installation - they were neat and professional and the job was started and completed as promised. The tile looks great and we have received several compliments. I would recommend this company to anyone needing flooring and I would use them again if I need flooring.

Description of Work: I saw that Floor Direct was listed on Angies list with a lot of great reviews. I have been shopping around for tiles for 2 months. I had the pleasure of meeting Clay Copeland. I explained to Clay what I was looking for and my price range he guided me to beautiful 20X20 porcelain tile. I had narrowed my selection down to 2 tiles. Clay told me to take the tiles home and see which one I like better. One the way home I stopped at 1 more tile store that had the same tile at a lower price. I picked the tile and the next day I told Clay I had found the tile at another store for less, Clay not only matched the price but came in at a lower price. I would recommend Floors direct to anyone who is looking for great service with an exceptional prices.
