They did an outstanding job, much better and more thorough than others I've used in the past. They didn't try to "upsell" me anything (which others have); they explained everything they were doing, etc. I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely wonderful. I made sure to get on their call back list. They are my new go to guys. Prompt, efficient, pleasant and just downright knowledgeable. These weren't kids-they knew what they were doing. All in all, a great experience.

Steve & Josh arrived Monday morning and checked my vents and air handlers. I had bought a "deal" from Vortex Air Duct Cleaning that included 1 air handler, 10 vents and dryer vent cleaning. Since I have a larger house, I had an additional air handler and 9 additional vents. They gave me the total price before starting work. They were very professional, personable and hard working young men. It took most of the day to get it all done and they worked diligently. They vacuumed and sanitized all the vents and replaced them. They even had to move a large heavy glass cocktail table to get to the vent in the living room. They replaced all the vents, cleaned up their mess, and moved the large heavy glass table back into place. I am delighted. The air conditioner is cooling better and I don't have the dust coming through the vents.

They were great! Ran late, but called to let me know they were stuck in traffic. Professional, thorough. Definitely recommend!

Josh and Steve were great. They did a fantastic job. They took their time and explained everything. Our ducts had never been cleaned and I would definitely make this a routine part of our home maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the job that Vortex did in my house! The company arrived at the scheduled time and the men were very courteous and professional. I already had the cost of the job up front, so unlike a lot of other companies there were no surprises or any unethical tactics to try and raise the price on us. The men put down tarps all over the work area to keep everything clean and even put plastic 'guards' on the corners of the walls to keep the hoses from messing up the wall board and paint. The equipment they used was large / heavy duty and there was no doubt that all the vents and A/C were clean when they were done with the job. The total job took three hours and I'll gladly refer them to other family members and friends.

Perfectly. They called ahead of time to be sure we were home, etc., and arrived on time. It turned out their truck was too large for the space allowed by the building, so they re-scheduled and returned the next day with a smaller truck. They were prompt, thorough and courteous. Also advised us on how to better care of our AC and ducts in the future. No complaints.

Company was very professional. Answered all my questions completely when I called and explained how they they would go about cleaning vents. Employees showed up exactly on time and went about thier work quickly, but thoroughly. Left house clean when departing. Answered all questions. Work appears to have been completely and thoroughly done.

After a change of appointment on there end ,which I was fine with they arrived on time ,TRACY and TOM very polite young men who went right to work.They explained the procedures to me and showed me where the problems were and how they would correct them the job took about 4 hours.When they left the area was very clean and neat.Very happy with the work,will recommend them and use them again.

The service was great! I miscalculated the vents and there were additional cost, but he did offer a discount on them. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. They were great!

After a false start on my end, Steve was very accommodating and rescheduled my appointment. Steve and Josh arrived last week on time and prepared to work. They protected the areas of my house that might have been in the line of their equipment and took the time to answer the questions I had about the process involved. After removing and cleaning the vents, they did a very thorough job of cleaning all of the ductwork. Both men were conscientious, friendly and went out of their way to alert me to any irregularities they found during the course of their work - including a significant amount of lint in the dryer ductwork. I initially hired Vortex because I was experiencing an unpleasant odor coming from the ductwork in the home we recently purchased. The cleaning process and deodorizer they used completely eliminated the odor.I couldn't be any more pleased with the end result.

They had a huge coupon and that was awesome. It was a coupon for cleaning ducts and dryer duct, and that unit it was awesome. They cleared the duct down. Our air quality is wonderful. We have never had it done. We have been in this house for 13 years. They showed up on time. They were here for the length of time that they said they needed to be here. There was like an extra duct outside of the quote, I did not realize it, it was in the closet somewhere, and they did not charge me for that. They were just all around really nice guys. They are up priced a little bit.

Overall, Vortex provided excellent service and we will be using them in the future.

As I said above, they showed up when they were suppose to, got right to work, were neat and clean, and when they left I did not even know they were there. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the first time I had to perform these services, so I relied on Vortex's expertise in pointing out what had to be done. They were very precise in every way, and pointed out exactly what had to be done. When they were finished all the vents looked brand new, even though they suggested that a few of them needed to be replaced. I was impressed with how quiet the equipment was, and how little disruption was involved in the process. Those two men were truly professional and I would not hesitate to have them back again...

We had a misunderstanding on the booking. I had booked it one month in advance and they called my other phone number that I couldn’t be reached at. They didn’t come on scheduled time, but they did try to reach out to me. The work was okay.
