On or about June 15, 2020 I called this company to arrange duct cleaning. I was told the first time I could make an appointment was three weeks later, July 6. Because my tenants were concerned about dust I called another Company. AAA All brands and they did the work on June 23. On July 6th the appointment date Duct Doctor arrived and never called me to confirm the appointment and to be fair I didn't call them to cancel. When the technician looked for payment after finishing from the tenant (tenant not familiar with American standards) but the tech was supposed to call me for payment. I told the tech I already had someone clean the ducts and he said to call his Manager Tray which I did. Tray said they always check before starting work to see how clean/dirty the ducts were and he said there was no evidence any work had been done. I certainly paid them and I am certain they did the work. In an interest of civility I asked if we could work something out on the bill. Tray said he never had this situation before and would call Corporate. Tray and I missed each others calls but he finally said they would settle for $325 instead of something north of $400. Yes I suggested I had a Angies list coupon. I offered to pay $250.00. Our conversations have been civil and Tray seems like nice guy but we're at odds about a fair solution to this problem. Duct Doctor is at the high end of what they charge in this area of Palm Beach Gardens, Fl and this unit is less than a 1000 sq ft. In my opinion the office needs to follow up on appointments made so far in advance and make a call to remind people of the appointment What does Angie have to say about this?

Although the workers were on time and enthusiastic and truly wanted to do a good job and please the customer (me) I had to remind them to go back and clean up and I had to point out smears on several vents and request them to retouch the paint! With more training I know the workers who came to do the work could be more through and do a really great job! The screws also needed to be tightened after the workers left. Again using a checklist and more training could resolve this! There was miscommunication as to exactly what service would be done and the price! I originally contracted for cleaning 9 vents and cleaning the ducts but after the workers came to see my ac ducts they recommended a painting/coating of the ducts and I agreed to the additional work. As to the vents- The issue was that I had paint to match the existing color of all the vents but the job only included spray painting with white paint. Due to additional cost and the fact that it would be a more time consuming job and would require coming back another day.I agreed to having vents spray painted white but I would have appreciated more options even if more costly! And when I originally contracted the work. I also told them I had 9 vents but they only did 7-telling me the remaining two didn’t need removal/cleaning-however they remained the original color so now the majority of vents are white and don’t match! As I explained when I first called my vents were very dirty and I had not been successful in cleaning them myself and akso that the vents were quite old! I can recommend Duct Dr- but be very specific as to exactly what the work will be and maybe get an estimate only after the company actually views your vents/ducts in your home! I do find the company honest and reliable! That is rare these day!

Two fine young men came on time, worked hard and were perfectionists in what they did. I would definitely use them again in the future.

These guys, AJ and Matthew, were so polite and did a thorough job as well were very careful to clean off al the air vent grills before replacing them. Highly recommended." Really, these young men were on time; really polite, helpful, and professional; and they were efficient in getting the job done! I'm already feeling the difference in the AC with the air flow. I would call them again when needed and recommend them highly.

There is no room for improvement for Steve and Tom!! They are "PERFECT," and you cannot improve on perfection!! They did all the work that was contracted. They were extremely neat and cleaned up very slight "fall-out" from removing and cleaning the vents. I could not have cleaned better and i am a "neat freak!"

2 guys came to my house and spent about 5 hours doing an aweome job on cleaning all 17 vents. They did a fantastic job and I am happy I chose them.

Technicians were VERY thorough with cleaning process and explaining what they do. Left NO mess and were very professional. I would use them again with appropriate coupon offer. The cost of this service is quite expensive.

Duct Doctor of PBC arrived with their compressor truck and hoses. They ran 100 feet of hose from the parking lot up the stairs to my second floor condo. The truck runs the entire time because the a/c is shut off and the system is externally pressurized. Each duct is cleaned from the inside. Every vent cover is removed and thoroughly cleaned by hand. My condo had a strange deodorant/perfume smell from the previous owner which was overpowering. That weird smell is completely gone now. The 2 man crew worked steadily for about 3 hours straight. They were friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about this equipment. I now have a condo that is habitable. They also gave me a straightforward assessment of the state of my a/c system (which is good!) Keep in mind this equipment runs nonstop and is what makes your home in Florida livable. This is the best $510 I've ever spent. It's just like the old adage, "you get what you pay for." So don't be put off by the cost. Your a/c system and your personal hygiene and comfort are worth the money; it needs careful attention to maintenance. These guys are great!!! I'm so much happier.

Duct doctor was very professional. They explained all of the work and their methodology in completing it. With their large vacuum truck they pulled 10,000 cu ft per min through the duct work starting at the furthest vent from the air handler and worked toward the handler. While doing this they agitated the inside of the ducts with an air wand with whips on it to stir up the settled dirt. Duct doctor removed all of the vents, cleaned them with simple green, and when they were reinstalled they looked brand new. They also cleaned the coils and walls of the attic mounted unit. It took Duct Doctor about 4 hours of work in the house and in the attic to complete the job. They were very careful, very clean and very courteous. My neighbor saw their truck parked out in front, came over to look at what they were doing, and I think he will use them too. I was very satisfied with their work, and I felt like the price was fair given the specialty equipment they used and the 8+ man hours of work put into the job.

I’m not able do it right now because I need to cut back on expenses. They wanted to charge an extra $270.00

I called and they advised me that they were booked until the end of the year, but assured me they would try to find a spot and called me back two days later advising of an availability. They showed up right on time, and were respectful, efficient and professional. They took the time to show my why I was having a mold problem..and what I could do myself to fix it. They charged exactly what they represented. I was very impressed .... and relieved, because there are bad players in this industry. Duct Doctor USA Palm Beach are not among them. They deserve to do well if they maintain this level of integrity.

As far as the duct cleaning, the crew seemed to be professional and knowledgable. They were prompt and pleasant. They were unable to clean one section because of difficult access and so called to tell me that they had adjusted their charges downward. I do wish they had thought to ask me about my dryer vent, as I understand they did not clean that and although it is only about 18 months old, I understand they can be a real fire hazard. Fingers crossed that it will not be a problem before the next duct cleaning is needed in a couple of years.

Just purchased a house and wanted some things taken care of prior to move-in. it took 2 men 4 hours to clean all the ductwork, remove, clean and adjust all vents and clean the dryer vent. That's a good thing. No hurry up and done. They did an exceptional job and provided a lot of useful information. These guys were very professional and thorough. I would most definitely use them again.

Entire house air ducts cleaned along with duct covers. Vacuumed all affected areas. Three man team. Polite and professional.

It was a great company. They were so thorough; we haven't seen a single bug since they've been here. The clean up was excellent and very professional. The biggest thing about them that I loved was the 100,000 dollar truck they used that the vacuum was built into the truck. They basically sucked for five and a half hours on my ducts straight through and they super power thing just everything they cleaned right into this machine. They did the whole place and it was fantastic. With the coupon it was a reasonable price for the amount of work that they put in.

I just bought a house and the previous owners had 3 cats. My daughter and I are highly allergic to cats so I needed to de-catify the house prior to move in. Steve and Josh are two of the most professional young men I've ever met. They arrived early (called first to let me know their ETA) and spent about 5 hours in the house. I have two air handlers and tons of vents. They cleaned each vent AND hand cleaned each vent grill. They also brought "corner covers" for the baseboards so that their hoses didn't scratch the baseboards - my painters were just finishing up and they were thrilled with this detail. When they finished, they walked me outside and showed me a problem with my roof/soffit that they noticed when they were in the attic. Great guys, great service, well worth them money.

The service preformed was absolutely perfect. Tracy's communication was the best, he returned my call immediately. Tracy and his men are so VERY professional. They arrived on time. Their appearance was neat and clean. They explained everything to me in detail. They covered the floor and protectected the walls corners. I am highly recommending Duct Doctor USA of the Palm Beach County. You get what you pay for GREAT service.

Two operators showed up on time, promptly set up their rig, and promptly set up their $100,000 truck to work. They were here almost 5 hours. They were quick to show me exactly how everything worked. Two hours later the air is on, the house smells great, we are very happy. No attempt to upsell equipment, etc, they have nothing to sell but the service itself.

They did what the Big Deal stated. There were two technicians. The work was perfectly adequate.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really good. They were very professional. They came when they said they would. It took them a little longer than they said but they had warned me that it could be potentially. They came out about a week after I purchased the deal. We paid them $20 extra because we had one more vent than the offer was for. They explained very well what they were doing and why they were doing it. They gave me some example of things like that while they were doing it.

It was a pleasure to see two professional young men do a through job. There was no mess at all. and after they completed the job the odor I was concerned about was gone
