Description of Work: The techs called in the morning to confirm they were on their way and estimated arrival time, which they kept. They did a great job, very professional, explained the process, answered questions, cleaned up after themselves and were very careful about my furnishings etc. I would highly recommended them.

Description of Work: Due to problems beyond control re: scheduling, Trey arrived on Saturday with his team, Steve &Josh promptly at 12 noon. This was my first experience having A/C ducts cleaned & I was anxious about the overall outcome. My home was clean & in excellent order 4 hrs. later. Steve & Josh was professional & very courteous. I was extremely pleased with the service and definitely recommend Duct Doctors.

 + 0 moreThey arrived in the specified time frame and got right to work. They were extremely professional and did an excellent job. I'd hire them again in a second.
Description of Work: I bought the $295 deal for ten vents plus the dryer vent. I have 14 vents so had to pay an extra $80.00. This was disclosed up front and was not a surprise. My vents had never been professionally cleaned in over 10 years and were in dire need. Vortex did a fantastic job. They cleaned all vents, the dryer vent, the dryer vent connection tube, and bathroom fan vents. They even sanitized them which made the air seem much fresher.

 + -1 moreOverall this was a great experience and I would absolutely use Vortex again.
Description of Work: Junior and Josh came to my house on time, they were extremely professional, polite and were meticulous! I have 9 vents and two returns in my house and it took them roughly 4 hours to complete the cleaning, i think that represents how thorough this company's process is. They removed all of the vents and filters, cleaned them by hand, vaccumed the ductwork as far as they could reach, and then inserted a plastic pnuematic tube system to remove all the particulate inside the ductwork, while pulling the dust through a high powered vacumed out of the house. I have had other companies come provide estimates and their process doesnt even come close to what Vortex does. Vortex is nit cheap, but I have the beleif that you get what you pay for.
