Description of Work: Put in alarm system in a semi-pre wired home. The owner who came to see me initially was knowlegable and eager to work with me. The installer was kind of abrupt and programmed my system in one way without giving me other options about how my system would work. My bedroom keypad was noisy even when the downstairs keypad was the one being used. I had never been given the option of silent use. Also, the keypad was programed so that the code had to be entered to set it. I was once again not given the option of having the system set up so I would not have to do that. This necessitated an additional service call which , although I was not charged, meant I was stuck at home to wait for it. |All in all, the service was good. It would have been better if the installer could have known that "one size does not fit all".. | |
