The caulking around the shower is cracked and very uneven in places. We are finding it difficult to locate the same color of caulk to go over the cracked and uneven places. The most frustrating part was the installer forget to crimp the connection for the water and it ruined the drywall in our garage and water was soaking the garage floor. We stopped using the shower and called the company and had to leave a message that assured us that they would contact us within 24 hours. They did not contact us at all. We were able to get a plumber out to crimp the water connection for $150.00, but the drywall has disintegrated. We will repair that soon ourselves. CodyJ called to ask about the work and shared with him. No one has called about the issue.

The shower redo was expert and professional and looks great! My only complaint which I voiced to them after signing the paperwork was the process of getting the quote. As a single senior citizen nearing 80 I got smooth talked into getting a marble upgrade when only wanting a quote on a tile installation. I expressed not wanting small tile like my original 40 year old shower because at my age it was getting harder to keep clean and I was told about solid panels which would be very simple to clean and was shown pictures. I don't remember ever hearing the word marble until reading the paperwork on my own after signing. I didn't know anyone who had shower upgrades done so didn't know the cost which is why I wanted a quote. I was told the prices had gone up like everything else so what I was quoted I still thought at that time was for tile. My bad!! I will be extra leery of smooth talkers from here on out!

Horrible service

The installers were professional and nice . When I called regarding a problem with the dripping from the head of the shower they responded and fixed the problem. Very pleased with the sales rep. The project manager , the office staff and the installers. All a great team.

We had great service. Our installer Anthony was AMAZING he was very professional and was a perfectionist. He was very clean and respectful. He left my home very clean you would have never known he had worked it our home. I highly recommend Home performance Alliance and highly recommend Anthony. The Glass door installers I don't recall there names but they had our glass doors done in 4 days. And our shower looks AMAZING Thank you so very much

Anthony was very professional , no helper so 3 days to complete, Great job! I would recommend him to anyone Tampa Bay Custom Glass did a good job of installing the Glass enclosure but it took a week to get it done. Overall I was satisfied with HFC.

Pressured sales, false promises and terrible incomplete work. Pictures of completed project says it all. Look at BBB website for itemized complaint and pictures. Roofing over twisted and ripped out fascia. The district manager stated that they will replace fascia and soffit (as well as all plywood) through their pressured sales pitch. Never completed what they promised evidenced by the After Pictures posted here. This is how they left my home after their roofing was completed. Called their Hotline many times. No response. Will not call you back until you file a report with BBB. I should have read the complaints from both roofing and doors and window customers before I signed their contract. Terrible company victimizing the public. New update -September 2023-Home Performance Alliance roofing job FAILED INSPECTION and they have not rescheduled a new inspection nor will return calls or emails. They have affected my homes marketability (Good luck on selling or refinancing home with failed inspection) and are violating building codes.

As a Florida company Home performance Alliance is well positioned to be expert in Hurricane damage mitigation. I trusted them to replace all the bedroom windows in my 1951 Florida home. They assisted me at every stage of a complicated program working with MySafeFlorida Home (MSFH). I could not be more satisfied with their product, DuraShield Impact Windows, and HPA support.

A positive Perrin r at every level. Kaley in the office is extremely helpful and an asset to HPA. Daniel Wells is a very knowledgeable salesperson.

Buyer please beware. I wish I had read the reviews for this company prior to working with them. Hired them to replace the builder grade front door with a custom door in June 2022 and the job is still not done. I literally had to drive to their location at one point because they would not respond to text, emails or voicemail messages. They did not measure the door properly and had to reorder one this took 6 months I honestly believe they reordered the door after I showed up at their business, all their brochures show the glass on the door as frosted only for the door to arrive where you can see through it. They claimed it was the lighting on the pictures (false advertisement). Its August 2023 and the door is still not finished calling them does not good. I called and texted back in May 2023 I was told they are waiting for an inspection; I am still waiting. I am going to work with the county myself to get the door inspected, this company is beyond terrible do not pay them upfront you will regret it.

They did a price match for a competitors price plus a little less. Work has not been completed at this time.

Do not hire this company. They are great until they get your money. I had fell for their B.S. The day they came out to install the windows they told me that the screen for my front window was damaged and that they would get a new one for me and it might take a week and a half to two weeks to get it. I said ok great no problem. Well that was two months ago. I have called the company customer service but they never answer your call and never call you back . I have even spoke to the sales man that came to my house. Still no call back or anything from this company. So I guess my next step is to bring my screen directly to them.

Very professional, Charlie always picked up when we called or called right back, delivered everything they promised and didnâ t require payment until the job passed final permit inspection, we highly recommend their services!

Job was done quickly

Loved the install of two showers. One was conversion of tub removal to shower. Our installer worked from time he got here to time he left for 4 days. Wonderful work. Both look great. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs shower conversion.

The most unprofessional company I have ever used. They have not completed the work and it is been over a month since they started. Do not give this company your business

The salesman/representative will make promises that they do not keep. We hired them after receiving damage from hurricane Ian. They were the most expensive and stated that if we sign with them today all of our sheathing will be replaced because it is very old and they were supposed to replace our facia that was ripped off by hurricane. They put drip edge of roof over torn, hanging and mangled facia. The solar attic fan that was installed is not working, nails were all over 2 sides of yard and not one piece of plywood/ sheathing was replaced. Shingles were not the color that we chose. Lastly, HPA promised that we will be registered for the Safe Home Mitigation Grant for $10,000. We were never registered by them and there was not free wind mitigation study completed by HPA as promised that was needed for this grant that we were told by HPA would offset the roofing cost. They will not return calls or emails to their Hotline
