Was all good up until the installation, then the team of professional installers was 1 guy who showed up to do the work. Received $1000 windows with screens that donâ t fit, and good luck ever getting them back out to you to you to fix it. We got some guy complaining about why he was there and said he had to go to Home Depot and never came back.

Still waiting for the permit to be done. Months ago! I had to pay the balance before the plumbing was hooked up in the shower. Don't pay the balance until the county comes to do inspection.

Windows are good products, installation was on time, and overall the company has handled everything from financing, permitting, and installation. The price for ease of contracting HPA is that you may be overpaying as financing isn't competitive, they do not refer owners to home repair grants for Hurricane mitigation, and the homeowners insurance company will not reduce your policy or apply a discount unless all Windows and Doors are replaced. So overall the company was good, but as homeowners trying to make sure we spend our money as conservatively or as strategically as possible these are the things that I recommend future buyers to consider.

They installed new windows and did a very professional job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

They will not close out the permit for the roofing and won't provide an answer why. We have sold our house and can't close because of their incompetence.

I have been trying to get a warranty honored for the past four years. I finally managed to get them to answer me because I called the news, and Mr. Peter responded. It took more than three or four months for the replacement of my six windows to begin. They only brought two, and I'm waiting for the rest, but they have yet to answer me. There needs to be a follow-up or commitment to the client, which shows that I paid $25,000 for the bad work and the poor guarantee. We will continue to inform you how this ends.

Cody Jock and the entire team at HPA were wonderful to work with. Sierra. Expecially went out of her way to help me.. and if she couldnt help me..She would get me in touch with a person who would.. They always answered all my questions and were prompt at returning phone calls. Always keeping in contact with me on entire project and keeping me informed of what was going on. On the day of install. The 2 gentlemen I had worked almost nonstop on a Saturday and were here till 7pm. Making sure my doors were as close to perfect as possible. I ve had other contractors install doors and windows and they do not compare to the installers I had. Their attention to detail and perfection went beyond anyone else I've had before. Even after the install Cody called to make sure everything went well. And when I mentioned a very minor problem that was so minor to me that I really didn't think it was a big deal. He immediately put me in touch with the people that would take care of it..And there was more cosmetic issues that I wasn't aware of. So they returned. And made my new doors even prettier. They are the first company ever to contact me after a project was complete to make sure I was indeed satisfied. I talked to several different people within the company. And they were all top notch. I can't recommend Home Performance Alliance enough.GREAT JOB

Absolutely worst experience ever! Do not hire these people! They wonâ t call you back, they havenâ t finished the work 2 months after starting, they installed the wrong windows, only put one lock on my sliding door, they moved my brand new air conditioning compressor because to lazy to get to bathroom window and broke the base and just left it there!! They still wonâ t call me back! If I could leave less than half a star I would!

They were late. Even after several phone calls, was not notified until about 3:00 pm that they would not be here until the next day. Work was quick and efficient. Dumpster sat in my driveway for a week. Still waiting for County inspection.

Ricardo was such a huge help. He was very informative about products needed and the malfunctions of the old ones. He was resourceful, and quick. He was very manner able and knowledgeable the services required. He was a huge help!

Overpriced worthless company! I wish I could put 0 stars. Worst company Iâ ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Do NOT use them for the Florida grant, they wouldnâ t respond to voicemail or call back for the forms needed to get the grant. Now, 4 months later, they wonâ t release a lien they put on my home. Canâ t talk to anyone except an extremely rude receptionist. Go with another company, save yourself the trouble, they overcharged for the work too.

Left a voice message related to installing 2nd grab bar and fixing chipped tile. But one called back for > 4 weeks now. Also quality of glass door is not up to standard.

Work not done yet but Dylon the sales rep was awesome. Even referred him to friends.

Everything was great from start to finish. The only complaint I have is with customer service not returning the calls. Started out with the sales person Ty who we found out is no longer with the company. When I called his number he could have picked up and said he does not work there anymore. Then came Sara. When I called about a question she never would answer the call. I finally got ahold of her when she picked up the phone. To me that is not great customer service. We were going to go with West Shore but Ty recommended HPA. West Shore definitely gave a better deal we found out after we had it done. We do love our shower for sure but I think they could of gave us a better deal especially when you work with a Military Family.All & All the shower is great. Still waiting to hear back from Cory about an extra shower bar

The installers came on time and went right to work. They explained everything they were going to do. They were professional and made sure that they tore down the bathroom completely and clean up thoroughly. They did great work and was done by the afternoon. Tim the salesman was checking on the progress from start to finish, he made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, the whole experience was great.

They worked with us and got the shower installed earlier than they originally quoted to meet our schedule. Everyone from Tim the Salesman, to Niko, the installer, to Cory kn customer service, were professional and great to work with. The shower looks great!

Ryan put me on. He is the best salesman. Super personable. All around great guy!

Upon Andy COX, arriving to my house, he presented himself. And the experience began by telling me about Home Performance Alliance and the quality of the product they use. I showed him the problem and thatâ s when Andy took his time to check every detail possible and imaginable. He took the time to explain every finding while taking pictures and video. From the top of the roof, the inside of the attic and explained why the issues happened, and then took the time to discuss the product and th we best part is that I choose what I wanted and he provided a price that can work with my budgetâ ¦thank you Shawn for your help in making this possible. I will have peace of mind with HPA and a new roof that is high quality with a 15 years warranty.
