The installers were very efficient and nice. They cleaned up well after finishing their work.

Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. Loan process was quick and easy. The window installation experience was very frustrating because they didn't show up twice. Originally scheduled on a Saturday at 9 a.m. We tried calling the Installation Department a few times around 10 a.m. and no one returned our calls. Finally, around 11:00 a.m. the Installer called and said they'd be there around 1 p.m., but then called us again and cancelled because they had to finish another job. We rescheduled for next Thursday at 9 a.m. and my wife took off work. On Thursday, we received a call from the Manager and were told the Crew would be there at 10 a.m. At 9:30 a.m., they called my wife and said they were in St. Pete and in route to our house and would be there at 10. Of course, once again nobody showed up. I called the office at 11 a.m. and was told that weather was causing delays. However, it wasn't raining in our area so I was skeptical and called our Sales Rep. According to the Sales Rep, the true reason was they were once again finishing other jobs and had to reschedule. The Sales Rep was very apologetic and claimed this has never happened (which is hard to believe). They rescheduled us again the following day between 8-10 a.m. My wife and I weren't home, but the windows did get installed and looked great. However, they didn't rehang our blinds and the hurricane shutters weren't done yet. The crew said they'd be back on Saturday to finish up at 12 p.m. To make a long story short, they didn't arrive until 5:15 p.m. and their own Crew was complaining to me that Reece stretches them too thin and there simply isn't enough time to complete all the work. Due to time constraints, I installed the blinds myself while the crew did the shutters.

Everything went well even fighting the constant rain showers, they had to work around.

A worker arrived in the morning and removed the windows and during removal two more employees arrived to install the new ones.

Great product, great service, awesome people! All work was done on time and as discussed. Everyone from sales, office, pre-installation, and installation was amazing. Can't wait to have them come back and do the rest of them!

The installed showed up on time. He didn't waste any time and went right to work. The job lasted less than we expected. He did a great job and I was very pleased.

They did most of the work in one day, they were very knowledgeable, very courteous, they cleaned up after themselves very well, and they installed a superior product. The windows are working out very well, not only did they cut down our electric bill, they reduced the neighborhood noise by 50%.

We meet this company at the home/garden show. We explained that we were going to close on our home in 19 days to call us at that time to schedule an appointment, to obtain a quote for new windows. That was a big mistake, this company will NOT stop calling us now. We have even told them, to stop calling, we opt to go with another company. Yet they continue to call our home, at least 4 times a day. We got to the point were we had to block their number.

BEFORE I BEGIN... I must say that the PRODUCT is the final reason I chose this company. The windows are TOP NOTCH. Awesome price, quality, and definitely the best choice for the product. The head-installer, a sub-contractor, however, resembled a total wrecking crew and was pretty Rambo-ish. The force that he used to remove the windows was far more excessive than necessary. He cut himself a few times, wrecked a kitchen lamp that was sitting on the buffet and left the broken bulb IN the lamp and the pieces scattered all over the kitchen table...no offer to replace the lamp, of course. The two workers were exceptional, thankfully, and the windows were installed beautifully - clean up was good after Destructo-Man went on to another job and left one of the two guys here. When a follow up call was made, I was told that glass particles were unfortunately part of the job. I totally disagree. I have had three of my other properties [in less than 6 years] have a full house window replacement and if the other companies were still around or not backed up I'd have gone to them, because they left my house with NO glass anywhere inside or outside, or aluminum strips and debris from the old windows scattered throughout the gardens. I would think with this kind of work there would be some sort of FILM to place over one side of the window so that glass doesn't go flying everywhere. The installers put the windows in perfectly and very securely but the removal of the old windows remains an issue that I won't soon forget.

This company has sent solicitors to our house before and they are pushy and rude. Today the same man "John" came to the door to tell me about how much money we could save. I couldn't believe that he didn't remember talking to me before. After telling him that I was not interested...again...he got defensive and visibly upset. I am tired of telling this company that I am not interested in their products and it is a shame that No Soliciting signs have to be posted for them to leave you alone.

Overall, good experience, but prices are a little high and energy saving is not nearly as good as the salesperson stated.

I called this company and requested someone come out and provide a cost estimate to replace 6-10 windows. They called back within two hours of my initial call, to arrange a date and time to come out. I work at home, so have a very flexible schedule, and they said they could come out at 10 am the next day. So far... so good. The company representative then asked if I was married. I replied no, but had a domestic partner of 17 years. They then asked if I could make the decision on whether or not to go with them. I replied honestly that I was the decision maker. The person insisted that they schedule a time where both I and my partner would be present to hear their presentation. I explained that my partner had no interest and that I... again... was the decision maker in this matter, so there was no need. Long story short, they refused to come out unless both of us were present, company policy. This is an extremely stupid policy, and is insulting by it's very nature, to presume that both parties need to be around, for something as simple as coming over to do an estimate for work to be done. In this matter I have the complete support of my partner to make the decision on what company we choose for window replacement, and he frankly doesn't want to be bothered, so what is their problem? They are needlessly making something that should be simple, overly complex, due to their antiquated and insulting policy.

It went very good. Their workmanship is pretty good. They knew what they were doing. They were really nice. He is very good. They cleaned everything. I don’t have any problem with them. It was worth it.

I love my magic glass windows that were installed be Reese. Our energy bills are very low now (originally around $400/mo, now around $150/month) and the sound reduction is great. They were a little pricey, but you can tell the quality with these windows when you use them.

Window installers were on time, very pleasant & professional. They went right to work and finished in a timely manner, they went beyond the necessary to make everything beautifully finished.

Arrive first thing in the morning & got set up quickly. Worked efficiently & professionally. Made same everything was clean & neat. Explained was done and what we need to do finish the door. Very happy.

We moved into our house in September and started getting bids on new windows almost immediatley. One day a man came to our door from Reece asking if we wanted an estimate on windows (they were canvassing the neighborhood). Talk about your good timing. We made an appt. and the salesman was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. We had never purchased windows before and were taken aback by the cost estimates we had been getting. Reece's quote was in the mid range of what we had received but their product was head and shoulders above the rest. A few days after we agreed to buy the windows another man came out and measured for the new ones. He too was very professional and extremely nice. A few weeks later the windows were installed and the two men did a great job. We had them put a bigger window in the bathroom then what was there so they had to do some cutting of the wall and everything looks great. They cleaned up and all that's left to do is some painting in the bathroom. Since we have a long list of improvements to do on our house, we only had the upstairs windows replaced now but we'll be contacting Reece next summer to have them do the rest.
