I have a block house built in 1996. I recently starting researching ways to “harden” my home against Florida storms. I initially thought a window film application would be the best solution. As I investigated glass technology, I realized the newer glass designs are far superior. I contacted Ryan at Reece Builders. We discussed details. I have a large number of windows, so we did the project in a couple of stages. In every case, every aspect of the project was flawless. The measurement was absolutely spot on. The installers were excellent and gifted craftsmen. Every new window fit perfectly. Everything was done correctly the first time. There were no “re works” for any reason. I mentioned Ryan by name here, but every single member of the Reece team is an outstanding professional and a pleasure to work with. When I look the construction of the Reece window compared to the original builder-supplied window, there is simply no comparison. The Reece window looks and feels much more robust, solid, and very well made. I have two east facing windows left to replace, literally next week. In the morning I put my hand on the old builder windows, and it feels like a hot frying pan. I go to the double insulated gas-filled Reece windows and they are cool to the touch. Actually, the vinyl frame is mildly warm, but I would expect that especially this summer of relentless heat and clear skies. That is the only heat transfer compared to the entire surface area of the old window. This is a great product and an excellent company to work with. Great crew on installation! Pour customer service. When called about the windows sliding the wrong way. They absolutely will not make it right due to the formed signed when we decided on the windows. But a day after the signing we changed our mind on the direction and let them know. Our rep admitted we called and that he did communicate the change. But even then they have made no attempt to fix it. So unhappy with the customer service. I would not recommend them solely based on customer service!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE ENDLESSLY HARRASSED, GET A QUOTE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL HOUND YOU NON STOP. THEY CAME TO OUR HOME AND GAVE US AN ASTRONOMICAL QUOTE OF OVER $100,000 FOR 14 WINDOWS AND 3 SLIDERS. WE OF COURSE EXPLAINED THAT WE WERE NOT INTERESTED BUT THEY HAVE PROCEEDED TO CALL US REPEATEDLY AFTER ***MANY ATTEMPTS** TO GET REMOVED FROM THEIR SOLICITATION LIST. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND BEING HARRASSED. COMPLAINT FILED WITH FTC, HOPEFULLY, THEY WILL BE MORE SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING THEM TO STOP CALLING.

Great! The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Installation went quickly with no issues. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone that needs new windows.

This company came to my home to give me a quote. The quote was ridiculously over priced!!! 23,000 for 9 windows and 2 doors if I bought it today. If I wait over 30 days the price goes up to 26,000 and some change. I told the lady I wanted to get a few more quotes before I decide. The lady was mad that I didn't agree to buy the windows now. To better explain how over priced they are : One tiny bathroom window 25x25 was $1,017 !!!!!!!!!! I replaced one bathroom window by myself with the help of a handy man for a total of $170 in my other bathroom. There is no need to inflate the prices this high for something that every home needs! When the lady left my home I noticed she had gotten her NAVY BLUE INK PEN ON MY BRAND NEW WHITE LEATHER COUCH!!!!!!!! I called Reece Windows and doors to complain and the guy told me to use hair spray and a paper towel. I tried doing that while he was on the phone and the hairspray dried out the leather on the area and now there is a hole in my couch!!!! The guys said he will pay for the cleaning if I send him a receipt (so I have to pay for it up front and hope I get reimbursed), but he will not pay to have the couch repaired. If I have a cleaner come out the hole will get bigger- SO NOW I AM LEFT WITH A NEW LEATHER COUCH WITH A PEN STAIN AND A HOLE IN IT!!! I don't recommend this company to anyone!!!! I am a full time student and I cannot afford to replace my couch. I work very hard for everything I have and I try to take good care of my home and my posessions.

Sales rep Amanda was very thorough and professional and followed up as windows and doors were being installed. The install foreman Andy was detail oriented and was aware of what other installers were doing. When we were told someone would call us, they did. This was very important to us as we have dealt with companies that we are still waiting to be called. From start to finish we are pleased with the company and the product.

Amanda Chiarenza was an exceptional sales rep! Extremely friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She was the best part of my entire dealing with Reece! She made sure I got what I wanted and wasn’t regretting the purchase, stayed in contact throughout the entire process, and even came back out when i decided to add a new front door to my order! The actual contractors that came out on the day of install were super friendly and didn’t mind my dogs, or cat, following them and supervising! I had worked the night before and they just let me doze on the couch while they worked, not disturbing me for anything unnecessary. The install was completed right before hurricane Irma, THANK GOODNESS! The only reason they didn’t get the 5th star was because they had no one available to show us how to property put on the hurricane shutters so we had to figure it out ourselves. Amanda Chiarenza even helped us through that ordeal via phone! She would be my go to for any windows or doors in the future!!

Amanda Chiarenza was very professional and willing to help explaining tha different types of windows. I will recommend her anytime. Actually my sister and brother in law called her and Recce wil install this months their new windows. The people that installed my windows were punctual and cleaned after them. This is the second time that I use Recce

It went very well. I was nervous because of nightmare stories I have heard about window replacement. I am glad to say no nightmares at this job. A few pieces were missing but were quickly found and installed. Matt and Clay were very professional. They did an excellent job keeping the work areas clean and tidy. They answered questions quickly and politely. I would definitely recommend Reece Builders and Regency Plus Inc.

The sales process was a little challenging, but overall we are happy so far. We had a lot of questions at the beginning and really wanted to trust the people we were hiring. That was not received all that well. I was concerned it was difficult to find a lot of information about this company on social media, and that almost made me not hire them. The sales person told us they don't sub out their work, but I believe they do have subs. They have been very nice and responsive. Calls and emails were always answered. The install was good, and everything was cleaned up. We had to call them the day before our scheduled date and they tried to delay us, but then found someone to do the job. That was concerning! the windows looks good, and the quality is so far what we expected.

Really need replacement of windows and Rilee was able to help me with quality windows.

The two gentleman came right on time. They worked through the whole install. They were precise and explained everything to where I could understand. Beautiful job!

Met salesman at Home & Garden Show at Tropicana Field. Gave him my information and he called the office while I was standing there and set up an appointment for the very next day at my home. I was pretty impressed with that. However, a few hours later someone from the office called and left me a voicemail saying they were "understaffed" the next day and that someone else would get back with me to reschedule. No one ever called back. The speed at which the appointment was cancelled with no follow-up call spoke volumes that they did not want the job as it wasn't a huge job that would warrant a big pay day for them. It would have been better if they were up-front about it. I would think that a business would know their staffing situation 24 hours ahead of time, especially when making an appointment through the office. Never again.

Skeptical when a man came by our home, but since we had been talking about getting new windows, we decided to get up an appointment. The was a little high pressure and we wanted to tell him to get on with it but the reviews were good so we went with them.
