Description of Work: Reece Builders installed 17 windows in our home. The windows were expensive but of high quality that we were not disappointed by. Our heating and cooling costs went down. Outside noise decreased. Overall a great job and product.

Description of Work: Some of the workers were handing out flyers and came to my door. I needed windows and thought this would be good. The young man took my information and I received a call the next day to set up an appointment a couple days later at 7pm to look at the existing windows and talk about their product. The salesman shows up a a few minutes late but we did the inspection right away. It was clear that I needed good windows. After a 5 minute inspection he came in and we sat at the table. He started talking about the company and the products. I had done some research and knew they had really good windows. He kept talking about the company. Also showed me some newspaper articles explaining the company was good. He talked a lot about the quality and the process the company goes to make the windows. After about a half hour I was very interested and told him that we should talk cost. He says "In a minute". As I mentioned I did my research and was satisfied with the high quality. But he would not talk about the cost. Over the next two and a half hours I mentioned that I was interested in purchasing several times but he just kept showing me more newspaper articles and telling me how good the company was. It was after 10 pm when he finally wanted to talk cost. Then he made that last another half hour. Very expensive. He kept adding costly extras and when I mentioned that he just say "you need it". Now it was really late. I finally just told him no I was not interested anymore. If he had listened to me we would have closed the deal in less than an hour but he just kept going and over sold it. Too bad as they do have a decent product, just poor salesmen.
