The crew came in on time and got to work immediately; they explained the job and got to work immediately.The crews did a fantastic job in record time; upon completion they vacuum and picked up any debris; They took the time to do a walking inspection of the work out door, and indoor; and took the time to explain the operation and maintenance of the windows.

The crew seems to really care about the work. They have gone above expectations.

Sales associate very accommodating, very knowledgeable, no high pressure Installers very professional, courteous, clean Office personnel accommodating My only two suggestions are small ones but would have made the experience superior instead of very good 1. The window treatments had to be taken down to install the windows. I was told by the installers that they could not be put back up for 24 hours. Although this sounds minor, I am not able to put the treatments back up myself and will have to payfor them to be rehung 2. I was given a morning/afternoon window for the county inspector to come to inspect the installation. I asked and was granted a morning inspection. It wasn't until around 4pm that the inspector showed. Although I realize that Reese has no control over the timing of the inspector, it would have been better for the Reese employee setting up the inspection to be upfont and say they really had no way of knowing when during the particular day requested the inspector would be by- that way I would have at least been prepared. These two suggestions would not prevent me from using Reese in the future. Again, I was overall very satisfied. The suggestions are meant to only improve the Customer Service experience.

Roger came on time and did a great job!

Initially very personable young man came to home with a flyer. Followed through imediately with my questions. Set up appointment, arrived on time, very knowledgeable. Installer came another day to go over details. Crew arrived on time, worked professionally.

It was outstanding. Everyone that arrived at my home, from the first salesmen to the men who came to install the work, were all extremely professional. They did a beautiful job. It has since cut my power bill almost in bill. I highly recommend them.

Two of my windows don't accommodate the blinds that were initially installed. They happen to be the two largest windows in my home so I felt rushed to hurry out and get curtains installed to keep from living in a fishbowl.

I made two phone calls to Reece Builders & Windows Inc. but they were too pushy and I did not want them in my property. I would never use them again in the future.

They are quality products but they are kind of expensive. I have 4 more windows to do in the future.

The salesman came to our house and explained in great detail all about the windows. When we decided to replace the windows, he arranged for the installer to come to our house and take measurements and decide how the installation would have to be done. Since each window had to be custom made, it took a few weeks for them to be delivered for installation. The installation crew showed up on the morning of the appointed day and finished the job in one day. They hauled away the old windows and cleaned up their mess, except for some caulk that they got on a piece of furniture and a small amount of debris that was not swept up in one room. (By the way, they do not clean the window glass after they finish - that is not their responsibility). The man that was the head of the installation crew went through the house and inspected each window and explained about cleaning the frames and general maintenence. He seemed to be in a hurry and sort of breezed through this step, so that I didn't really get a lot of what he was saying. He had me fill out a satisfaction survey form, but said he didn't really care what I said, because it wouldn't make any difference. This was not for Reece, but apparently something that he had to do as a subcontractor. Reece sent out their own person to check out the work, and he answered our questions.

The salesman was courteous and thorough. The coordinator of the project was prompt and courteous. The installers did a great job, were punctual and efficient. The only criticism I can think of was that I wish they would have covered my furniture better as a fine layer of construction dust was on many items despite their efforts to keep everything clean.

It was supposed to be a 1 or 2 day job, but took several times for Sam (who installs the tubs) to come out and do more work.

I was pleased with the quality, workmanship, professionalism and friendliness of each of the persons involved. The windows were cleaned, and cleanup was done efficiently. .

Excellent work, installer showed up exactly when said he would. Worked quickly and efficiently. Showed me use and care of the windows afterwards as well as the install of the hurricane shutters (extremely easy!). Very pleased with product and process.

The salesman arrived on time. After that it went downhill. He brought several window samples into the house, spent an hour describing ea window. It was very in depth information. Much more than we needed to know or understand. We told him we were mainly interested in price. He told us to "let him do his job". It wasn't a rude comment but we got the point. After 2 hours of listing to everything abt the windows, he started measuring, then it took him another half hour to give us the price. We were only having 6 windows done, they are just regular windows, nothing special. He told us it wld cost $12,500! Of course we said no b/c we told him when he walked in money was a big factor. We needed to keep the price down since we are on a fixed income. He never acknowledged our comment. After we told him the price was to high, w/o skipping a beat he says to us "how about $5700". That made us angry. Why didn't he offer that price in the first place. I feel as though he was trying to rape us on the price! That is over 50% mark up. Maybe that is the way it is done, but he and his company (in my estimation), are ripping people off. I did eventually hire someone else. Clear Choice Windows, Chuck was wonderful, kept the price down and was in and out of the house in 1 1/2 hours. His prices were right and we did hire him. I will write another review when Clear Choice finishes the job.

Both the technicians were very professional.

I have reported this company in the past for Soliciting to our house with a visable NO SOLICITING sign. Today they did this again. I am tired of this company ignoring our wishes.

They came on time, performed the work and cleaned up. I am very satisfied with their work. The service crew answered all my questions.

They came over and bought sample window before estimating. The person who came was very friendly and answered all my questions. I didn’t like the fact that he tried to sell me the windows forcefully. They were very expensive and didn’t respond initially. I will not use them in future.

They were on time, kept me informed, and finished in the time expected.

They arrived on time, completed the work in a reasonable time. The crew was courteous, very conscientious, and it was an overall excellent job.

We have a No Soliciting sign at eye level on our front door. The door to door salesman rang our doorbell. I answered the door as he started his speel. I told him no thank you and proceeded to tell him that we have a No soliciting sign. He told me we could save lots of money with him. I again stated that we have a No soliciting sign and that we are already under contract for new windows and that we are waiting for them to be ordered (made). He then told me I didnt need to be rude about it and started to walk away. I called their office after this event.I informed the manager on the phone that I would be reporting this to Angie'slist. Even though the person on the phone apologized, they need to respect consumers by not going door to door or read posted signs if they do conduct business like this. When I want a contractor I log into Angie'slist and find one myself. I do not want people just showing up at my front door selling things. This is why we bought the No Soliciting sign. Will never use this company.
