Since they have been spraying everything looks great. The bamboo has completely come back and my plants look good. I think they know what they are doing. He really knows his plants, bugs, and fungus. He was very specific about what was eating and what would help. I considered him to be knowledgeable.

They are reliable. They have very reasonable prices for the services they provide. They will call before they come and do the service. Every time I talk to them on the phone they are very professional and have very good customer service.

The cost seems high but our plants and lawn are looking much better since we have been using this company. We will continue to use them.

I called and was told that Ivan would call me back the next day. Ivan did call the following day and we set up a time for him to look at my yard. Ivan arrived early which was great for me since I needed to go to work. As I suspected I had several kinds of bugs destroying my yard. I paid $120 for them to spray. Apparently they have to spray it twice but normally an application is $60.00. They'll be back in 21 days to spray again. I liked the fact that I did not have to sign a year contract (like some of the other companies).

Employees were friendly and courteous, however our lawn got worse and worse and they offered no explanation or further help just showed up sprayed and left. I am a Florida novice and expected more professional help in hind sight. Was an easy problem to fix, we eventually resodded the yard. It was not entirely their fault, but the damage could have been lessened if they had been more proactive. Good grief we hired them for their expertise.

I called to get an estimate on lawn service and asked if I could get an estimate on inside pest control at the same time. I said I could meet them any day between 12 and 2. I said I needed to be present for the outdoor estimate because I have dogs with access to the yard. I was told it would take TWO WEEKS to get an appointment for an estimate for both services. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I got a message from Ron saying he would be at my property between 2 and 4pm THAT DAY to give me the outdoor estimate. I immediately called back and was told the technician who is scheduled to come to my house in two days is not qualified to give outdoor estimates. I canceled both. So, they did not pay attention to my priority for an outdoor estimate, my scheduling needs nor the fact that I have dogs. I'll gladly pay more money to do business with someone I can trust to pay attention to my needs and is more accommodating.

So far so good. 10 days after first spray and I can already see my grass starting to come back. Very satisfied!

They have been very accommodating with us and they advised us on how to keep our dog safe after they treat our lawn. We have been very satisfied with them.

They have been showing up on time. They have been very good. The lawn looks really good. The guy helped pick up the puppy toys and did extra work. Their employees are much better versed and patient. They have comprehensive services as well. Each time they treated the lawn, it was $50 and each time, and the pest control is $35.
