This is a company that really cares.. After making a call they were able to schedule me right away. The technician was very upbeat and concerned. They checked my entire place and sprayed where needed. Have not seen anything since. What a great job

Some time ago I was referred to RRWebb from an acquaintance. He said the gentleman that did his lawn was so particular he would crawl on the ground inspecting it. So I called Webb, got an estimate, and said I only wanted that technician. They said, " Fine, no problem." At the first treatment someone else showed up. That should've been my first clue. They said my guy quit to go into another business. A few years later I found out he went to another company because he didn't like how Webb did things. Anyway, I stuck with Webb because they were a small business, not a big impersonal chain. I was never really happy with my yard. I made a point to be home to talk with the technician. I told him that while some clients may prefer to never interact with them, I expected him to communicate with me any problems or concerns, or ways I could improve my lawn. I would never hear from him unless I finally called the company to complain. His answer was always the sprinklers must not be working. While I knew there was nothing wrong with the sprinklers, their coverage or their watering time, I did once call a Sprinkler company to give it a once over. They found no problems whatsoever. I confess I just never did much about the lackluster care and service because I was too busy, or maybe too lazy, with other things. Just as I was going to call around for a new company, a brand new tech showed up and said my usual guy retired. I was hopeful for improvement. I was mistaken. I live on a corner and my neighbors were always, sympathetically, making comments about my pitiful yard. I was told to leave their signs in the yard as a warning to others. if I would call about a yard full of weeds, he still didn't come for a few weeks, around the regularly scheduled spraying. Well the final straw came recently when I got a call from my neighbor across the street. She said she was in her driveway when the truck pulled up and parked on the side of my back yard. She said the backyard sprinklers were just finishing and the guy sat in the truck for about 5mins. He then got out, put signs in the side and front yard, put the invoice on my front door - AND LEFT! No treatment! She was not only an eyewitness, but she has cameras, and had it recorded. I went over to watch the video, and sure enough, it was exactly like she said! I was flabbergasted. He was at my property for just under 11mins, including time sitting in the truck. I will say, I could not tell if this was my usual technician. I tried to still give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was having chest pains and decided to go to the ER. Maybe he felt explosive diarrhea coming on. Surely he would come back and spray, or at lease call, or have the company call and explain. NO. So later in the afternoon I called Webb and spoke to the man that sometimes answers the phone. When he answered I went into a speech, never in a loud or confrontational manner. You see, I foolishly thought they were victims as much as I was, I thought I was either going to find out something horrible happened to the guy and he was sick, or, I was letting the company know they had a bad employee who was an embarrassment to their work ethic, and they would deal with it promptly. I told him I had been a customer for years, most of them unhappy ( I said this because maybe I was never getting spayed, and the fault was with the technician and not the company.) I explained how I got the call from the neighbor - and that she had a recording of the whole thing. When I finished, all the guy said was "OK." i sat quiet. I figured he needed time to process this travesty. But no he said nothing. I said, " Did you hear me?" He said, "Ya." I said, "Don't you care? This guy is representing your company. If you could care less, please know that I will not be needing your service any longer, will not be paying this invoice and now feel compelled to alert Angie's List. He then hung up on me!!! I was gone from my home a few hours, but got a message from him in a polite tone. He said the technician was willing to come back and spray, and would like me to call him ( the technician ) I was too angry to call back. I didn't know my sister had contacted Judy at the company and reiterated my experience. She said Judy didn't seem to care either, but asked that I call her. A few days later I called to speak with Judy. She did not seemed concerned at all, and told me the technician said he sprayed. I said I HAD TAPE to prove he didn't! She never asked for it. She complained that I didn't call the technician. I said I had no reason to and that I'm sure he would've conveyed to his bosses why he didn't spray, and that she could then tell me. She again said he sprayed. I said, "I have the video. Why don't you want to see it for yourself???" She said I could send it if I wanted and that she acknowledges my request to cancel service and that she already voided the invoice. I wanted to post the video here, but my neighbors husband did not want to send me a copy because he was fearful of retribution as his property is identifiable. The funny thing is ( i can just start to find humor in this) is that a few weeks before this happened, i spread some Weed & Feed down myself and the lawn looks better than it has in years!

We have used RR Webb for a couple of years. Our neighbors were so impressed with our yard, two of them have since hired them. We are having terrible luck with our palms, so we are now having RR Webb treat them as well. Cost is for both treatments quarterly.

Did a thorough job with no ants in evidence after the spraying. Brenda observed remains of dry wood termites and recommended inspect from termite specialists. I do have termites. Disappointed in that, but pleased that Brenda recommended the inspection.

The lady they sent was a real professional. She did a thorough job. They also give an impressive 9 week warranty on ants not coming back...very impressive.

Brenda called me at my job as I requested, scheduled me, and came out and Got Rid of the Ants!!! (aaand any loafing spiders and roaches hanging around too) Brenda gave us a sheet showing the type of ants we had due to the rain and no winter to kill them off. Their products are pet & kid friendly which is Great because there are 3 cats, 3 geckos, a snake, and an 18 yr old grandkid in my home. She treated the whole inside of our home, the top, and the outside. Brenda also gave my granddaughter suggestions for after Brenda left in order to help us keep them away. I followed her suggestions and the Ants are still GONE. Sing it with me! (cue the Pink Panther music) dead-ant, dead-ant,,, dead-ant, teehee This company has been in business for 77 years, That says something. : )

Fantastic! So much so that several months later we hired them again. Certainly wished we had purchased the yearly deal as we live so close to water & bugs happen. Thx!!

A little unorganized in the office. Went to wrong address at first and came early in am so I wasn't dressed. She came back out a second time to spray because we say more roaches so her stuff didn't work for very long. The woman was very nice and educated me as she worked. I liked her and would use again if their product lasted longer.

Ron does a fantastic job. They are professional, proactive, and call before stopping by. We've been using them for over a year and our lawn looks great.

He was good, he just sent me a card to use him again sometimes so I guess that's professionalism. He came when he said he would that's a big plus to me when they show up when they said they will and he did the work and he left so it was fine.

They go around the house and they do a good job. I had a lot of ants. It seems like everybody was bothered with ants and they started a couple of months ago and I haven't had any ants, bugs, or anything. They're doing good. They do a thorough job and they clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend them. I'm very happy with them. Whatever they're doing, they're doing a good job. A woman came out and I don't know if she's related or what, but she came out every time and she would spray on the outside door and wipe the window and the door. They do an excellent job and I'm really happy with the service. The price is reasonable.

They put me on a schedule. I would use them again. They've been around a long time. I call them and I'm very happy with their service.

R R Webb Spraying Service Inc is working out okay. I hired them and atleast they come out every other month. They could be very thorough in spraying both the front, the sides and the backyard.

Frank was a really nice guy. He came out in May to get here before the hurricane season.

I was in the market for an ant barrier spray around my home, so when I came across the deal for $59 for indoor/outdoor - it was a no brainer. While I like a good value, I was more concerned in finding a reliable service provider, and I did. They communicated with me from the very start of the purchase. Brenda, my technician, stopped by when she was in my neighborhood, and left me a note, but never pushy. When I was ready to schedule they were prompt and courteous. Brenda took the time to explain the process, and she even went over and above to make sure my needs were met. I will definitely refer them to others and use them for ongoing maintenance.

Brenda explained everything as soon as she got here. She did an over and above service. She was very pleasant. I definitely will contact her for any future problems.
