Good communication and professional service.

It went well. We are still experiencing some ants and a few small roaches but they come our very quickly to spray again with no problem. Very friendly staff.

Bad lawn spraying service Webb Spraying is he worst lawn care company in the area. Unless you want your lawn overrun with weeds and fungus and the worst customer service ever I would not ever use them. They used to be a good company until the original owner retired. But I would not even let them near my yard ever again. All they care about is collecting your money. I had brand new sod put in in October 2011. Webb had been the only spraying company to service my lawn and now it is overrun with crab grass. I had 3 other companies come out to inspect their work and all 3 said there is no way that they are properly treating my lawn. So I called the office and the office manager hung up on me.

Kathy with RR Webb was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. She explained in detail the products used and where she would be spraying. She seemed honest and trustworthy, plus she was super friendly to my dog! Prices are fair and comparable. I am definitely setting up future appointments!!!

Kathy was very professional and arrived on time for the service call. I was having a problem with palmetto bugs and pharaoh ants which the spraying took care of.

Ron was our lawn technician for years and did a great job and was always there when promised. I may actually start using them again, after changing providers last year. I felt their price was a bit high for my very small lawn however. I also used them for inside pest control for years until the service tech kept changing and I felt they became sloppy. I have pets and it was a concern.

They have come out only once. I was impressed by the technician Frank, who came out to talk to me about the yard before I hired them. I am pleased with the work so far. They came out before I was even awake, they came out very early in the morning.

The Ratings say it all ... and the fact that I have used them since 2002.

I sent a request for an estimate on Angie's list and received a response quickly. I was told the technician in my area, Frank would be out to give me an estimate. The next day he came out, not realizing that my lawn was so minimal and that was really his specialty. He told me he'd have the tree and shrub expert call me to come out for an estimate. Within days, Morgan called and we set the appointment for today at 1:30. He was here on the dot, took a tour around my property after I told him what I wanted done. The estimate was very fair, no contract to sign and they would be out every other month for service. He noted that I had dogs and that he would call the day before so that I could unlock my gate for him. I was so impressed with their no nonsense approach, the timely manner in which they responded to me and they were very down to earth. Gave him the job on the spot and here I am, all the spraying is finished and I have time to write this review. Don't hesitate to contact them, they are worth every penny.

I've been using them on a regular basis for years. They provide excellent service, and are always willing to answer questions.

Outstanding service and always punctual. They also provide helpful information on lawn care and maintenance.

Another landscaper had sold me bad sod. They came out to spray and tried to revive it. The owner himself came out. They were prompt and puncutal. Their pricing was reasonable.

I have used them for about 15 years and it is a wonderful service. They are very knowledgeable, wonderful and punctual. I pay about $50 quarterly. I have had the same technician for two different houses we have lived in. They are great and I recommend them.

I think he does very good work. They are very professional and they do a very good job and they tell you what's going on. They have been very helpful about taking care of the trees and the yard in general better than the other people have done. I need to get someone to implement what they suggest. I think it is reasonable what they do and they come on a regular basis.

We are very satisfied. He calls ahead and lets us know when he will arrive. He is careful in the lawn and does not trample over anything. If we have any problems or concerns, he will address them, and keeps us up to date on what is going on with the lawn by letting us know which pest are most prominent for the season.

Because of their inattention to our lawn and possibly weakness or dilution of chemicals, my front lawn is dead and needs to be replaced. I have complained directly to them, to no avail. First they said it was grubs, then bermuda grass took over the st augustine. If they saw this happening, why didn't they take action before my entire lawn was gone? I have had 4 Angie's List sod providers come out for estimates and they all were shocked when I told them I still had lawn service with Webb; they said it looked like I hadn't done anything at all to my lawn and had just let it go. My next-door neighbor also had exterior service with Webb, and his lawn needs to be replaced as well. I called and spoke with the office manager; she was supposed to have the owner call me back. Two weeks later, no word; I called again today and had to refresh her memory -she had no explanation as to why no one called me back other than a possible wrong number on the account (in addition to a correct number). We've had the same number for 20 years, and the only other numbers in my account should have been a cell phone. If they tried to call me and had the wrong number, wouldn't they have looked in their files for the right number? They had the right number when they called to remind me of a service date. The company had a great reputation many years ago but clearly things have changed.
