The owner, Corey Pellerin visited us and gave us a competitive quote.He also took time to inform us of the work he would carry out and how we could maintain the floor once cleaned.At our request he revisited and cleaned a sample area for us to compare.The difference was amazing and we requested the work be done as soon as possible.Corey and two of his team arrived a day later punctually and got straight to work, in a polite, professional manner.Any areas of concern were immediately addressed and we now have fantastic looking flooring!! Due to the coating already on the floor it took the 3 guys a further day to complete the work but despite this Corey kept to his original quote. We are delighted with the work and have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.If all businesses were like this to deal with, life would be so much easier!! Mainstreet's staff was very professional and courteous. Quality customer service is important to them and they aim to please. They were very thorough and even recommended a great company to perform tile repairs on my broken tiles.

Look no further than Main St Cleaning & Restoration!!! We have travertine tile floors in our kitchen, dining room, family room, hallway and bathroom. We hired another company first (another provider on Angie's list) to come out and clean/reseal our floors and it turned out to be a huge mistake! After the other company completely failed to clean and fix our floors they damaged, we started calling other providers on Angie's List. We had several providers come out and provide us with quotes and show us how they could clean/seal our floors and fix the first companies rings they left on the tiles. We started to learn a lot about travertine tiles but we really received an education when meeting with Corey (owner of Main Street Cleaning & Restoration). Corey is an exceptional business owner who truly understands his craft, honest and cares about his customers. He put all of our worries, anxiety and concerns to rest. His approach is great and takes you step by step on what he will do with your home. After initially meeting with Corey and letting him know we were ready to get our floors done, he scheduled us really quickly. On the day the work was to begin, Corey and Denis (technician) showed up and got right to work. These two are work horses!!! Our floors needed a lot of work and they made sure ever little detail was being taken care of. The job ran over and they had to come back the next day and finish the floors. When they were finishing up and we were able to see what our floors would look like and they looked FANTASTIC!!! We were blown away and could not be any happier!!! My family would be happy to refer Corey and his company! Stop looking anywhere else and choose Main St Cleaning & Restoration today!!!

Corey was very pleasant and informative when I called. He came out personally to measure, quote and set a date. Dennis the tech was prompt and friendly. Price quoted was all inclusive - no extra selling on cleaning day. Carpets look great, four years old and look like new!

The provider showed up on time and performed the job in a timely manner. He made sure to cover up any adjacent floors to make sure they weren't impacted by the restoration process of the terrazzo floors (which are located in the middle of the room surrounded by other floor types including hardwood and laminate). The floors looked great once complete, everything was cleaned up and there was nothing to show that someone had been working there, other then the beautiful shiny floor left behind. I work from home and was concerned about the noise level while the work was going on, but there was minimal disturbance and I hardly noticed they were there. He also took time to explain how to maintain the floors going forward. I would definitely use this company again due to their professionalism and the quality of work.

Fantastic, fantastic....If I could give MainStreet Cleaning an A+++, or Triple A rating, I would. I mean the work was great. The results were just as they said it would be. I worked with both the owner (Corey) and the technician (Dennis). Both were amazing. They know how to clean tile and carpets. Corey worked with me and provide a discount which was really nice. So many times, businesses will not work with you. If you want your cleaning done correct, just call Mainstreet.

They were a little bit more than other service providers but they provided more of a specialty with their equipment and that was what we needed for the carpet. The guy that showed up was great. He was able to take care of anything that we needed. I might go with another service provider for maintaining but if I needed a deep clean done I would go with them. They did throw in a rug cleaning for free which was nice and we did not even ask them to do that.

They were very professional, very prompt and were very courteous about calling ahead. I worked directly with the owner.

The carpet cleaning experience went very well. Denis arrived on time, was very attentive to the carpet's special needs and, as advertised, placed plastic under each leg of my metal living room tables, the chair and sofa legs and a very heavy table/floor lamp. The price was as quoted, so no surprises at approx. $465. The Big Deal cost $192 for 300 sf, so when service was performed, I paid $275 for an additional 430 sf. (.64 per sf). I believe this made the whole package regular price. However, when Denis applied the protectant, he applied the one year protectant instead of the 6 month protectant, which was a bonus. While I sent Corey an email asking for the Senior's discount for this package, he did not respond, so in the end, I think I paid full price for the carpet cleaning. The area rug cleaning, although a little pricey at approx. $805 for 7 different size rugs ($645 with a 20% discount), the area rugs were cleaned very well, also. Denis advised me that he cleaned them, as well. So, while the scheduling and routine communications are with Corey, the main technician seemed to be Denis. I like that, so you can get answers to your questions from the person who knows the answer right away. I am familiar with higher pricing for carpet and rug cleaning, as I've always preferred to have it done professionally by someone with the right equipment and "care" mentality and would definitely recommend Mainstreet Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. for all your carpet/rug cleaning needs. Definitely a good pick!

We had flooding in our home and our woven wool rug was saturated and smelled very bad. Corey Pellerin from Main St Cleaners picked up the rug and took it to his shop where he completely cleaned and deodorized it. When he delivered it I was amazed at how vibrant the colors looked a rug that is at least 20 yrs old. Corey also cleaned our hooked dining room rug without charge. We were extremely pleased with the results. Main St Cleaning THOROUGHLY cleaned the rug. Our insurance co suggested we have it "spot" cleaned, which would have never worked. I am going to use them again later this yr when I have my oriental rug cleaned.

I would definitely recommend them to other members. Their quality was definitely an A, and their punctuality was an A plus. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Overall the carpet looked and smelled new. Chemicals were applied to kill any bacteria from the toilet backup. Carpet was dry within 12 hours. I will always call Mainstreet for any flooring job I want done well.

They were great. Got to me quickly after I first contacted them, was communicative, pleasant, and prompt in answering my questions, came within a couple of days, explained the process they would use until I understood it, returned the rugs in a quicker timeframe than they'd estimated, and took care to properly lay the rugs back out. The rugs are clean and I am happy.

They were expensive but you get what you pay for. They were excellent and I was very pleased. They truly got stains out of the carpet that didn't return.

I took the rug since it was small to the company's location and asked about the procedure and was given a tour of the facilities and explained the process which would be used. I was told that they could not guarantee the one spot that I was concerned about, but the smell of the urine (which was my major concern) could be eliminated. I left the carpet/rug and was told it would take approximately two weeks for it to be cleaned and dried properly as the rug is approximately 2"-3" thick with dense wool pile. I was quite pleased as the urine spots were gone and no smell. the original colors looked great and even the small spots that I did not think would come out were gone. There is some of the spot left on the fringe, but the Mr. Pellerin informed me he could have gotten the spot out but the fringe would have been very whitish. I felt he made the right judgement call on that as a very white fringe would not have gone very well with the coloring of the carpet and it is not that noticeable unless you know the stain was originally there. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use again.

I called and spoke to the owner's wife. (This is a family owned business, which is a good thing in my book.) She was friendly and took key details in a professional manner before turning me over to Corey, the head of the business. Corey was clear and patient in discussing my circumstances and was able to give me a rough idea of cost up front, which allowed me to evaluate the cost versus my budget. More importantly, he was flexible in his scheduling and even offered me the same price break on tile cleaning that Angie's List members were then getting on carpet cleaning. On the appointed day, Corey sent out a top-notch technician, Denis, to clean and seal my tile floor and bathroom shower tiles. Denis was on time and even gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival, he quickly assessed my situation and confidently assured me that the job would go well. Denis then spent nearly 6 hours deep cleaning about 750 square feet of tile using a multi-stage process, drying the tile, and then sealing it. He was careful not to damage the baseboards which had been painted a week or two earlier. He sealed the grout lines using a solvent (as opposed to water-based) sealer, which should last a long while. Throughout, Denis worked around another contractor (an electrician) and me (replacing locks and doing other condo repairs) in a cooperative and friendly manner. When Denis was done, the tile looked almost like new, save unavoidable issues like tile chips and some missing grout due to the earlier tenant's abuse. I was pleased with the job they did. They also honored the price given to me on the phone with no hidden fees or charges, which in this day and age is a real pleasure. I would definitely recommend Mainstreet Cleaning for tile and grout cleaning and sealing.

We are a business and had found Mainstreet Cleaning through a reference. Looked them up on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. They were very courteous, professional, worked hard, was on time. We are located on an airport and had them come in a clean our tile in both of our hangars and the work that they did was a "night and day" difference. Would highly recommend them!

I have used Mainstream Cleaning and Restoration for my home carpet cleaning for several years now and they completely deliver on all advertised work as promised. Corey Pellerin, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and and fully responsible to the client. I had used several other services prior to Mainstream Cleaning and the results were not nearly as good nor did the carpets remain clean for as long as they do with Mainstream's methods. I highly recommend Mainstream Cleaning and would use no other service after working with them and experiencing their outstanding results in carpet cleaning.
