From Jon B. Orlando It’s difficult to know who to hire when you want to have work done on your home. I saw Corey’s website and immediately phoned him after reading and listening to reviews. Both he and his wife were like family from the beginning. Personable. Attentive. Caring. Corey altered his schedule and came out the following day and gave me an estimate and then (again) re-arranged his schedule to fit me in the following day to work on my house. He returned both my carpets and tile/grout to the way they looked when I bought my home two years ago. He explained both procedures prior to the work being done and the carpet dryer quickly. He was very considerate and protected the furniture prior to leaving. He has a client for life. There really is no one better in Central Florida to get the job done right for you. I highly recommend Mainstreet Cleaning. Corey and his team were a pleasure to work with. They answered calls and texts promptly, even after hours. They were timely in showing up for their appointments and were incredibly accommodating for the ever changing remodeling schedule. The quality of their work was excellent. The best part of their service is Corey’s commitment to go above and beyond as proven by his willingness to come do a demo test clean so that we could be confident that our new tile would match the existing. We were not fully convinced, but Corey’s took the time to explain how the sealing process would alter the final appearance, even hand sealing a piece to demonstrate the results. Corey’s professional knowledge was right on and the job was fantastic when complete. It is very evident that he takes immense pride in his performance and the results. I would trust Corey to do any work in my home and upon meeting him, I think you will also.

The tile floors throughout the house were successfully restored to their original surface. It was done better than expected. Corey did an excellent job and really cared about doing a great job.

Rugs were left cleaned and with no odors. Very professional job performed.

The travertine floors in the home we purchased were in need of a cleaning and polish so we hired Mainstreet based on the positive reviews here. Everyone was very friendly and professional and communicated well through the whole process. This was a large job and took 4 days to complete but they were on time every morning and cleaned up every night so as to be as least disruptive as possible. It was clear they cared about the quality of the work and were happy to fix little areas that needed extra attention. Also, we were concerned about the floors looking too polished as we didn't want an overly shiny floor and they did a great job of showing us the different polish levels and ultimately it turned out exactly as we wanted. I'll definitely use them again and have them already scheduled to polish our granite counters.

The results were excellent! The Technician was very thorough and professional. He installed wall corner overs to protect the edges from the moving hose, moved the necessary furniture and was respectful of our home.

I re-hired this Company for a new job after my initial experience with them that went extremely well. This new job, just like the first one, was done in a very professional and thought way, with the cleaning being done right leaving with me very happy with the results. No issues at all, just complete satisfaction with the work done.

Excellent. All work was done really well. I didn't expect my furniture to be cleaned so well. The floors came out beautifully. Corey and his team are very professional and they set exact times for arrival. None of that between 8 and 12 stuff! With our major renovation this team was the only one that did excellent work.

We had a couch and two side chairs cleaned by Denis R. Denis was great from start to finish. He let us know when he was on his way for our appointment, arrived on schedule. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very neat throughout the cleaning process. The furniture looks great. We also had the grout cleaning demo done by Denis and from the results will be getting all of our grout cleaned and sealed by Mainstreet in the future.

We were thrilled with Mainstreet Cleaning & Restoration's services! They worked with us to ensure the floors were done exactly how we wanted them to be. Our entire 3200 sq. ft. home is basically all travertine floors so it was a large job but Mainstreet Cleaning & Restoration had it all done in 3 days! The final look is just what we were going for! Our floors had not been done for over 10 years so they needed a lot of TLC! We also had them clean our oriental rugs and now they look again like the day we bought them! I would highly recommend Mainstreet Cleaning & Restoration!

Mainstreet was really great to work with and met my high expectations. Their communication leading up to the appointment is very good. Denis was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This was the only company I could find in the Central Florida area that could speak intelligently to me about their cleaning methods when it came to velvet. After speaking to Corey over the phone about it and seeing Denis work in person and reading their literature it's apparent that they really understand the appropriate way to clean various materials and textiles. Also they were able to fit me in on a tight schedule and I really appreciate that. Thanks guys!

Excellent quality and generous with his time

The results were better than I expected. The home is old and I expected the grout to still look old but when the work was complete it looked great - so good that I think we can wait to remodel for a year of two. Amazing work!

Everything went very well. Called requesting a short-notice appointment and got it, and the owner also provided the Angie's List discount. The technician arrived on time and proceeded to work right away. The carpet was left pretty cleaned and the long-standing stains were mostly gone with a faint trace/silhouette remaining for the darkest ones. Happy with the work done and will hire again when ready for the other areas of the house with carpeting.

He shows up on time with a big smile on his face and pays extreme attention to detail. We will not hesitate in recommending Mainstreet Cleaning and will be using them for many years to come.

We selected this company from 6 different bids to resurface our marble kitchen countertops. They were the most professional, had the most experience and the best trained staff, and although they weren't the cheapest their bid was in the ballpark. Their presentation of their qualifications was the best of any of the companies we considered, and the detailed explanations they gave for their estimate were the best. They were easy to schedule for both the estimate and the actual work. They showed up on time, took elaborate care to minimize mess, cleaned up perfectly, and most importantly, did a superbl job. Highly recommend this company.

I was 100% impressed with the high level of professionalism and quality of my services. Corey, the owner, is extraordinarily conscientious, and I can't say enough about his personal integrity. We had a situation where our cabinets were accidentally damaged during our service and he quickly took initiative to have them repaired without any inconvenience or cost to me. It is amazing that there are business owners out there who really do put their customers first!
