Fantastic! The final product looks great. Corey was also really good about educating me on how terrazzo is poured, and the process for refinishing. The education piece is very much appreciated, as i've never owned a home with terrazzo before.

Could not ask for better experience. From the initial contact for and estimate through completion. It only takes few minutes with Corey to see that he's very proud of his company and the product he delivers. Very fair price, quality product and done on time can't ask for anymore than that. I will be referring him to my neighbors.

Corey and his assistant did an outstanding job cleaning and polishing my floors. They were on time, extremely professional and the cost was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I would definitely use this company again and enthusiastically would refer them to others.

They showed up on time, took great care to protect any adjoining surfaces (walls, cabinets, baseboards, etc), did a great job of cleaning up and finished in the exact time they estimated. They were professional and courteous (working around us and our house guests), and had a great attitude. In the end, I was happy to write the check and will certainly call upon them again should I have any issues.

Main Street Cleaners are first class people and they did a top notch job. We hired them to restore our Mexican Saltillo Tile that were water damaged and they did an outstanding job for us. They are very knowledgeable, polite and hard workers. They keep their work area clean and they are also extremely accommodating time-wise. Having gotten to know them over several days, I also believe them to be very trustworthy. I would have no qualms about leaving them alone working in my home if I had to run an errand. You can’t do better than Main Street Cleaning. To sum it up, I’d say they did a fantastic and professional job. 5 Stars. Excellent results! So much so, that we brought our rug from Sarasota area to have Main St Cleaning and Restoration clean it, due to having him clean our rugs in the past, while living in Orlando. Could not have been any more pleased.

It was incredible. The cream carpets now look like new. One stain was from a chocolate milk sippy cup spill. Not a trace. Boris was our technician and he was professional and prompt.

Prompt, professional, reasonably priced....what more can you ask for. Corey answered the phone when I scheduled the work. He walked me through the steps and processes. They were executed exactly as he described. Dennis came out and performed the work. What can I say....that guy is a rock star! Carpet and window treatment were cleaned with ease and look amazing. Couch no longer smelled like an old dog and looks great also. They did not disappoint from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about them really. If you hire, you won't regeret your decision. I'm glad I found them!

The shower looks brand new. I was amazed how beautiful it was restored. They even polished the tile floor as a bonus

I had about 1000 sq. ft. of Mexican tile that had to be cleaned and polished and Corey managed to get it looking great. I was thinking I'd have to hire someone to strip it down to it's original unfinished surface and reseal it, which was going to be costly. I had quotes as high as six dollars a foot. But Corey came and looked it over and decided he could make it look great without stripping off the old sealer. Sure enough, after his man scrubbed it thoroughly with a scrubber and resealed it it looks great. And for a fraction of the price. Also had them clean a couple of rooms of carpet while they were there and they got that carpet looking great! Very satisfied.

I called the company on 4/12 and left a voice mail. A few minutes later Corey called me back. He answered some questions I had and then scheduled a time to come out on 4/14 to measure the carpet. Shortly after measuring and checking their appointment calendar, Corey called me back and said they would be able to clean the carpets the next morning (4/15), which we were hoping for. The morning of 4/15 Denis called about 45 minutes before the scheduled start time to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 9am and started to work. He worked diligently and completed the job within the estimated time given, and our carpet looks great! I had always used a "big box" carpet cleaning chain in prior homes and was never really satisfied with them. I'm very glad I found Mainstreet Cleaning and Restoration. Being able to speak to knowledgeable professionals (instead of a call center rep in another state) who clearly knows what they're doing and take pride in not only their work, but in the customer service they provide, is refreshing. We will definitely use them for our future carpet cleaning needs.

They were very polite and easy to deal with. We scheduled a convenient time and they were prompt. While I feel the cost was a bit high I do believe it is the going rate for the services provided.

They came within one day of calling. Showed up on time and cleaned the carpets wonderfully after the whole family had the stomach flu (including two toddlers) needless to say it wasn't good BUT you can't see of smell anything. Carpets looks new :)

We purchased a 60 year old home and were pleasantly surprised when we found terazzo flooing under neath some hard to remove vinyl flooring that had been glued to the floor 40 years ago. Our initial plan was to lay tile everyone. Getting the flooring completely removed was challenging and left lots of glue/dirt that was covering the terazzo flooring. We tried to clean on own but that was going nowhere. Before Main Street was called, we engaged another contractor to clean & shine good portion of floor to see the results. The vendor ran into lots of issue with the old floor and ran into issues when applying the wax coating/shine that resulting in him taking three days and go way over his budget. Other than a few light marks from people walking on areas before try, the result was wonderful and we decided to clean more terazzo. We tried to re-engage the first contractor but he was not interested in do more work in areas that were not as large as one he did. We found Main Street Cleaning on Angie's List and Corey came out next day to take a look at work and provide estimate. Corey said there was no need for the wax/shine. He could make it look just as good without the marks and would seal his work after complete. The price was higher than our prior contractor but it was reasonable and we were convinced that Corey would do good work. Corey's team was able to schedule the work in a few days and complete it all in one. The result are amazing. His team did a great job. We might revisit filling some divots or taking off the wax from first job with Corey in coming years, but we are great with flooring for now. Based on above, we used Main Street Cleaning at another property to clean tile floors and remove outdoor carpet on patio & paint with epoxy paint. The insite flooring was done perfectly. There were issues with the outside work that we believe were impacted by them completing the work in dark... They had nails sticking up and a number of holiday. Corey was quick to send someone out the next day to resolve this issues to our satisfaction after we brought them to his attention. We plan to use this server again and would recommend without hesitation. Corey was always professional and prompt in his communications.

Our 20 year old carpet never looked better! We have used corporate steam cleaning companies in the past and they were never able to get the all the stains out. Mainstreet removed pet, rust and food stains that we had been looking at for years. We had a "bubble" that formed in the center of the living room carpet years ago and Mainstream stretched it out for $150, now it looks good as new. The treatment of the dirty grey areas at the edge of the wall-to-wall carpet and the crown molding was very successful, and had never been done before by the steam cleaners. We recommend Mainstreet without hesitation and look forward to using them again. Job well done!

Denis was fantastic. Prompt, courteous and thorough. He measured carefully and gave us a detailed estimate, then reviewed how he was going to accomplish the cleaning. We came back to carpets that looked like new!

We were very impressed with Denis and the work he did to get our tile both cleaned and sealed in our new home in Clermont. He was on time, super nice and courteous, and thorough in this work. We received a careful and complete estimate again once he measured the rooms and then he reviewed how he was going to clean the floors and seal them. He answered all of hour questions completely and got to work immediately, taking into account how much scent was going to be present at the end of the job. We home to an amazingly clean home, we are thrilled. Smelled clean, not perfumey. Had no idea the floors could look so good! We plan on using them in the future when we need the tile cleaned!

This is the second year we have used Mainstreet Cleaning to clean our carpets. Each time we have used them, Denis has arrived right on time and always calls beforehand to let us know he is on the way. He has always done a very thorough job and cleans up when he is finished. My daughter has had her area rugs for almost 10 years and wanted a thorough, professional cleaning due to dust and pollen allergies and everyday life's messes. It was important to us to find a provider that specialized in oriental and/or area rug cleaning as opposed to just a typical carpet cleaning company. Angie's list is obviously the place to go to find what you need. Mainstreet Cleaning & Restoration was rated well and the reviews were comforting. Mainstreet's webiste was also impressive and easy to navigate. Heck, we were impressed that they even had a website! Upon calling the shop, we found Debbie and Corey (hands on owners) to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and certainly professional. Corey came to my daughter's house to pick up the rugs. This put her mind at ease even further, as he was very personable and took time with her. The rugs were gone on time and returned on time, as well. Only took 4 days to do the service and have them back in place. Mainstreet pounded the dust bunnies out of those rugs, deodorized, sanitized, fluffed and buffed and shimmied and shook (maybe) until those rugs smelled and looked like new. No dust to aggravate the allergies anymore and the rugs look absolutely perfect! Denis (the head technician) returned the rugs and cleaned the chair which was filthy and a bit tired looking. He breathed some new life into that old chair and blasted the funk away! Our budget was tight and we were worried we wouldn't be able to keep these rugs since buying new rugs can sometimes be more affordable, but Mainstreet was able to work out a pricing that allowed us to save these rugs we love and also give us some more time on the chair. We will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to all our friends and clients. If you have oriental or area rugs that you'd like to have cleaned, these are the people to contact and to trust. They seem to have a strong sense of ethics; and, they understand the different fibers and different cleaning techniques, and that is extremely important when trusting a cleaner with your valuable rugs and furniture.

Absolutely, hands-down, the best carpet and tile cleaning company we've used. Very professional, from the initial phone call to the in-house estimate by Corey to the actual service performed by Dennis. Everything that was promised was delivered, exactly. Mainstreet Cleaners was able to restore carpets in our rental property that I thought were too badly soiled. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, the AC had gone out, which then severely limited the drying of the carpets. After the AC was fixed later that week, Mainstreet returned free of charge to re clean the master bedroom, which had been most heavily soiled, and had not dried thoroughly. It looks and smells like new now! They also did a fabulous job of cleaning the white tile and white grout in the master bathroom. I will definitely be calling them again when we are ready to clean the tile in the rest of the house!

As soon as I called Mainstreet Cleaning the owner, Corey answered all of my questions about what chemicals he could use to restore the flooring back to brand new. I was asking for a quote and after asking me specific questions and sending him a few pictures of the floors in their current condition he was able to give a quote the same day! As soon as I saw that the quote was very reasonable and competitive for this market I asked Corey about a specific day/time that I needed the job completed. He assured me that he could have on of his guys onsite for the job and that I would be satisfied. His associate, Fred showed up early to the job to set up his equipment. Fred walked the area with me to let me know exactly what he was going to be doing and the results I would receive. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his career. The job took exactly the amount of time that was allotted and the results were AMAZING! I am beyond satisfied with the customer service and execution of the restoration that Mainstreet Cleaning did for my business. I will definitely be hiring them for any future floor cleaning/restoration needs!

One word.......FABULOUS! It was truly a pleasure to work with a professional that delivers what they promised! Denis assured us that the work would meet our expectations and it exceeded them! At first, we thought it was a little pricey, but they proved it was well worth it. Recommend wholeheartedly! Having them back today (9/02) to do the living room/dining room, and to do the tile in two bathrooms.
