Description of Work: The bold guy (Corey) was extremely rude. Don’t know what I did wrong. He told me he won’t repair any cracks on tile, only clean and Shine. Called him back to follow up and asked if he would give any discounts because the quote for cleaning is $5,380! He first pretended he didn’t know who I was, then he rudely said he already gave me the estimate email. He gave give me a “take it or leave it” attitude. Totally unprofessional!!

Description of Work: I had 2 flights of 8 steps, stair landing, and 3 rooms + hallway stretched, then the following day 5 rooms and stairs cleaned. Main Street was great, coordinating the stretching and cleaning and providing professional, prompt and courteous people to do the jobs. I also had the stretcher patch a stained spot of carpeting, and he did such a great job that's I dare anyone to find the area! My 8 year old carpet looks brand new! They saved me from spending thousands on new carpet. A first rate organization for sure. |

Description of Work: I have a large 9x12 Sisal carpet located in my kitchen that had suffered greatly from the usual traffic and spills associated with a family including children and pets. I thought surely this carpet was beyond repair but asked anyway when Mainstreet Carpet Cleaning and Restoration was in my home for other carpet cleaning. They assured me it in fact could be cleaned but I still felt dubious given the material involved, however to my surprise the carpet was returned in mint condition with the amazing removal of all stains including ones on the fabric trim. I highly recommend this company for their expertise, professionalism and superior results.

He told me when he would be coming and also called on the way to say he might be a bit late due to the traffic. He was very good about telling everything I need to know without any extra charge. He did a very good job. The price was a bit high but the job was worth it.

+ 0 moreIt was a great joy to work with Main Street Cleaning! They were very professional in scheduling the appointment to come out and they were very accommodating to the schedule we needed. We're a very busy Health Club and we have a very full schedule. They showed up and moved along quickly and did a very good job cleaning the special flooring that we have in our Group Fitness Room. Our floor hadn't been professionally cleaned in quite some time and after Main Street Cleaning got done, it looked brand new. The attention to detail, being dressed professionally, being on time and coming back to check their work after the fact a few days later was something you just don't see in today's world. Kudos to Main Street Cleaning for a job well done and we highly recommend them to anyone that is considering doing some work with them.
Description of Work: They cleaned a special rubber flooring that we have in our Group Fitness room at our Health Club that's used on a daily basis by all of our members.

+ -1 moreNot only did they get all the spots out, the carpet looked brand new when they were done cleaning. We will never use anyone else again. They're always punctual, very professional and my wife is always happy and that's a big deal! Main Street is the only company you will ever want to use.
Description of Work: I have used Main Street Cleaning & Restoration multiple times and this date is the last time I used their services. We moved into a rental home and the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned before and it had multiple hard core stains throughout the whole house. Not only did they get all the spots out, the carpet looked brand new when they were done cleaning. We will never use anyone else again. They're always punctual, very professional and my wife is always happy and that's a big deal! Main Street is the only company you will ever want to use.
