Description of Work: I called them for an estimate three times and they never showed up. Never called to apologize and never attempted to find out why I turned them down.

Description of Work: At frist they were good. We had a big pine tree down after a storm and a big tree that needed trimed over the pool. Came out situp date and were back on the date with a big crew. They were in and out within a hour. They cleaned everything up after themselves. We very pleased until a few weeks later when we found a big limb left in the tree over the pool. Not a big deal, but to big and to high in the tree for us to get out. As to date we have made 5 different call to get it taken care of. Rude people on the phone, some telling us someone would call us back but nothing happened. At this point we are waiting for a strom to blow it out.

Description of Work: They trimmed a tree away from my house and cleaned up a few palms. They also mulched my beds.

Description of Work: I am pretty easy to get along with, however, this company's lack of professionalism prompted me to write a review. "Chris" came out and gave me a quote for tree trimming on 9/24/12. He stated that the men would be back the next day to do the job. Someone from the office called me the next day(9/25) and stated that they would be at my house around mid-day. By 4pm, I called and was told they "got behind" and couldn't make it. They offered to come the next day but I had to work so it was set up for Thurs. 9/27. Again, someone from the office called me this morning and said they would be out today but she couldn't give me a time. Needless to say, at 3:30 pm I called to see when they were coming. The man on the phone said I was on the 'schedule"...I asked him to please call the crew and find out what time and he said he would and call me back. Approx. 90 minutes later he called and said 'the best I can do is tomorrow". I explained I had waited all day for 2 days on my days off and nobody ever showed up or gave me the courtesy of a phone call(other than to tell me they were coming, when they really weren't) and that I did not want their business and would find another company. If this company has an A rating from Angies list, I don't think I will be using Angies list in the future. This is not a way to run a business.
