Great response to quote request. Estimate was done quickly and the work was completed the next day. The work crew came on time and took care of removing two trees, one dead that was close to our power service and one live tree that was over growing the roof along with leaning dangerously towards the house. Several other trees were trimmed up clearing branches from the roof. We are very satisfied.

If you want to hire a contractor where the crew shows up having no idea what to do, does not finish the job, leaves your property requiring you to spend 3 hours cleaning up, refuses to return your call, has crew members who threaten you, has an owner who promises you to honor the contract and never shows up to do so, and calls before the job is complete and begs for payment in order to make payroll for the week - this is the contractor for you - good luck. It will be the worse decision you ever make.

They did a great job once they got here. It took a month before they came after the free estimate. For some reason their records showed the job was finished. After they realized the error they were there the next day.

They are ok. They are good. They come on time. There were always here. We had one, and then we had about six workers. The workers were good, they did good work. They cleaned up.

Sloppy. They were supposed to remove trees to ground level, but they refused and left big stumps.

Cleared 3 large trees and several bushes and trees. Grinded stumps.

I was very happy with their work. I would use them again if needed.

On 9/14/16 I hired USA TREE SERVICE crew to trim our oak and palm trees. Their crew broke off the tops of two banana trees, (one was eight feet tall and the other one was twelve feet tall) and also damaged other adjacent banana trees. They also smashed the surrounding elephant ear plants. Emails were sent back and forth and I provided USA TREE SERVICE with photographs of the damaged trees. Equivalent replacement banana tree plants at a large local nursery would cost $150 per tree. On 9/18/16 I mailed a certified letter to the owner of USA TREE SERVICE requesting a reimbursement of $300, (of the $1740 I paid), to replace the two broken banana trees. As of 10/5/16 I have not received a response from anyone at USA TREE SERVICE. Consequently, the poor ratings I gave to USA TREE SERVICE.

Excellent! They were very prompt and affordable. They raked and swept up left over debris, nice clean up job. These guys know what there doing. I highly recommend this company. YES! I will hire them again.

I telephoned USA Tree Services, LLC, and requested an estimate to remove a 30-40 foot 25-30 year old Maple tree which was too close to my home. Chris, who did the estimate on the job, was questioned about clearing the weeds surrounding the base of tree. We were informed that was not necessary, as they were not needed to be saved. I called and spoke with Kim and questioned that the tree would be removed in reasonable pieces and the stump to ground level. I was reassured that this would happen on more than one phone call. What I received was a mess. The stump is over 5' tall and the tree is in pieces measuring from 13-14 feet in length to 6-8 feet, also there is a large branch leanings on my house. I was told by the crew they ran out time and had to leave. While I watched the crews remove the tree I notice they were having trouble with their chain saws. I believe the crew was not prepared to remove that large of a hard wood tree. The stump which was left has many chain saw strikes without completely cutting through the tree. The tree was actually broken partly at the stump leaving a very sharp exploded edge. At least three members of the crew tried to cut though the stump. I also saw one member unable to start one of the chain saws. I was unable to visually check the site because I injured by foot and I am not able to walk a great deal. I called the office to complain and was told that removing the stump to the ground was a questionable statement but was promised that someone would come to my home and check the job site.

Tom and his crew showed up the day after we had scheduled due to Tropical Storm Colin. This was not surprising as I was told in advance it would be dependent upon the weather. Tom asked me how I wanted my Queen palms trimmed and we decided to trim them just shy of hurricane trimming. He and his crew went right to work and removed the loose palm boots, trimmed up the palm fronds and cut down the dead palm tree I wanted removed. Everything was done to perfection!! Tom and his crew were very courteous and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did!!

Basically, the tree removal went pretty smoothly, but the issue was removing the limbs. Most places put these big limbs on a dolly and roll them to the front and chip them/cut them up. They were supposed to put down plywood so that my yard wouldn't be damaged. Instead, they just ran their dolly's through my yard leaving huge ruts and damaging the front yard. I called the company and the lady said that they would have someone come out and take care of it. They never showed up and I ended up having to hire someone to repair the lawn. They offered me a check for my expenses and I ultimately returned the check to the company.

Chris came out for the estimate. ?The original estimate was for $2,175. ?I thought that was really high. ?Eric called and I ended up getting the service for $1,850. ?They said they would call to confirm appointment and get the permit. ?They just showed up on Wednesday, September 26, without calling. ?I happened to be sick that day and didn't want them to do the work that day. ?They removed a very large tree from the side of the yard. ?They were supposed to grind the stump and clean up. ?They never did any of that. ?I was wanting to plant something there, but now I'm not able to do that. ?I'm required by the county to clean this up. ?If I don't clean this up, I will get fined by the county. ?My HOA sent me a letter about the debris in my yard as well. ?They said they would come out the following Wednesday, but they never showed up. ?They said they would come out Friday, no one showed up. ?The same thing happened on Saturday, as well. ?I never called the company back. ?I'm not going to waste my time since they never show up for appointments. ?The woman that works in the office came to my house to collect the check because she thought I bounced it (which I didn't). ?I ran to the bank that day and got a cashiers check. ?There was gentleman inside of the truck when she came to my house. ?The gentleman said they would come out two months from now. ?They were supposed to come back 3 days after the job. ?I have a certain amount of time that this needs to be done by. ?I would also appreciate it if she would just tell me that they're not going to show up. ?I'm tired of having appointments and them not showing up. ?I'm happy with the work that was done by the guys who came out. ?I'm just very unhappy with the woman in the office. UPDATED (10/15/2015) The company did what they could to make it right by me. The office manager and the workers were great and the final result is good, however I still feel customer service and follow up should be more important to the owner.

Once Mark took control, he made all the difference in the world. He arrived at the appointed time to meet me and give us an estimate. Once we agreed on a price, he and his crew did the work per our conversation. The tree was trimmed, the yard was clean and everything was done on time. Thank you Mark and crew for a job well done.

They gave me a complete and accurate estimate. They called ahead to tell me exactly when they would show and did so on time. They did an excellent job trimming several huge trees. They did a through clean up and even worked in the pouring rain to finish the job. I'm very satisfied .... Great job Tom and crew! I would highly recommend them.

Excellent. They brought a large team. Team lead spoke to me about what I needed done before they started. Then had me look at everything before they left to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. This is the third time I have used this company, and they have done a superb job every time. Will use them again in near future.

Upon initiial contact with representative, I specifically asked for stump to be ground down (to match itemized bid from competitor). After crew finished work on following Monday I was told that the stump grinder was a separate crew and would come later and I could paty at that time. Later that day after no one came to grind the stump I called USA and they told me that stump grinding wasn't included in the quote, only cutting stump to ground level. Well the stump was not cut level (about 10" above ground) and indeed the quote did say "level cut", so they sent a gentlemean out with a chain saw who did an acceptable job of level-cutting the stump. But I am not happy that I specifically asked for the stump to be ground for the initial quote and got something else. I guess the moral of the story is to check any written quote carefully and question any ambiguous language.

These guys are the best. Got estimate same day I called, work done within the week. They clean up EVERYTHING- my property looks great. Reasonable price for a large amount of work.

They were here and gone within 20 mins with nothing left to show they were even here, other than no tree. Another great job

The 5 men who showed up were polite, accommodating and professional. We have used this company many times and they have always gone over and beyond for us. Spoke mostly with Kevin who was very nice.

They were excellent and the best I've ever seen when it comes to tree removal.
