Description of Work: The estimate was done yesterday and the crew of 6 completed the job today. I am very pleased with USA Tree Service. The men were professional, nice to deal with, very neat, and all debris was removed. I have large oak trees in my backyard that had some dead branches and other branches that were hanging over the house. There were 6 other trees that needed trimming and pruning which was also completed. The men were very careful not to damage anything in the back yard and put things back in their place. They worked together as a team and helped each other in a systematic pattern. I am very pleased and will hire again.

Description of Work: From the arrival of the 2 man initial crew on 12/8/14 they were complaining about the weather, how little they would make, cursing around my wife and child, and just overall very unprofessional. This never did change, they complained the entire time they were on the property 12/8 & then had to return 12/9 to complete the tree cutting. They did not keep their word on what they would be doing, caused damage to my home. Left a huge mess (bigger than should have been for the job) and left their bottles in the tree mess for us to clean up. Stump grinding couldn't even happen due to the mess, so that man returned on 12/11 to grind the stump, and he was the best mannered out of the entire lot. Then with the damage to the house, I was told someone would come look at it, which didn't happen within the time frame provided, I had to call and find out what was going on prior to going out of town. The owner just wanted to fast talk her way out of causing damage and belittle the damage (which should not have ever happened and only happened because of carelessness on the employees part.). -- NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY

Called them and they called back the same day with an estimate for the work. Within three days, the tree was gone and the work area was clean. I even got the Angie discount. Great professional job!

 + -1 moreOur camphor tree in the front yard was losing leaves this Spring. I called USA Tree Service to examine the tree and determine what was wrong with it. The representative examined the tree and didn't charge us anything since he was in the area. He said the mulch had to be pulled back from the trunk and that we needed to tell our lawn service not to fertilize under the tree. He also told us the tree needed the dead wood removed and tree fertilizer used (he told us the type to use). I pulled the mulch back, fertilized the tree, and contacted our lawn service. USA Tree Service removed the dead wood and said if the tree wasn't noticibly better in a month, to call them back and they would have an arborist examine it.
Description of Work: Removed dead branches from a camphor tree, and told us how to care for it.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate of work to be accomplished: cut back oak trees extending over roof line, cut out all dead wood on trees on west side of house as well as raising the canopy, cut all dead wood and low hanging major arm of a very large Live Oak in back yard, Trim and shape younger Oak in backyard, cut down dead Orange tree, trim back trees from neighbor's yard infringing on our property, trim and shape large shrubs on East side, raise canopy, open up and shape Lugustrum in front yard. The worker's were very professional, polite and the team was very knowledgeable on tree maintenance and how they should be trimmed to maintain the integrity of the tree. The yard was left as they found it, I did not have to go out and clean up after they left. It took them close to 3 hours to accomplish the total job.

 + -1 moreOur lawn guy came and said there was a lot of debris left behind. They said they would come back and I don't know if they did or not. When we looked back there it didn't look terrible but it didn't look completely clean. They did call us and sent a letter seeing if there was anything they could do so that was nice. They did do a few extra things and trimmed and stuff like that that they didn't have to do.

 + -1 moreWas told by gentlemen that they would be out that Thursday or Friday to do work.. Recieved a call Thursday morning stating crew would be there that afternoon. No one showed up or called to say they could not make it. Called Friday to find out what had happened. After checking girl said it appears they came back at end of day and just threw order back in tray. When asked if they would be out Friday was told earliest would be maybe Monday or Tuesday due to all the storm damage. At that point I requested that if they could not make it to consider the order cancelled. They did not show Moday or Tuesday and have not heard from them since.
Description of Work: They came out in a timely matter to give me a quote for trimming 2 trees. I had used them in the past and was very satified with the out come. Read the reviews on Angies"s list this time and felt they would be right for the job.

The work was performed promptly and professionally. My only negative, was the initial high bid and a little pressure to make a commitment.

The next day (Saturday), a team of 5-6 guys, including Chris-son of owners) came with equipment: dump truck, chipper, bobcat, high lift, and completed all work in 3 hours! Zach came, too, to clarify all work to be done-which was a real stress-reliever for me.
Description of Work: On 7 acres: trimmed (150-200-year-old) live oak-removed downed branch-did not disturb bee hive in tree. Cut & removed 2 dead turkey oaks. Removed dead branches from 30-year-old dogwood tree. Removed huge, downed live oak.
